A very disappointing experience at KFC Rames. I order regularly from KFC and often use the discount coupons – I've never had a problem before. However, this time I was treated extremely unprofessionally by the shift manager. I clearly stated that I wanted to order coupon number 248 twice. This wasn't the first time I'd ordered this coupon twice – so I know it's okay. However, after paying, I realized the amount was much higher than expected. When I asked, I was simply told, "You can't order the same coupon twice." Without explanation, without apology. Even worse: He didn't even understand me properly at first. It was a complete lack of communication and completely unprofessional. It seemed like an excuse to simply charge more money. I honestly felt cheated. Very disappointing behavior. I truly hope this incident is investigated, as it was in no way up to the standards I expect from KFC.

The restaurant is superb, with modern and comfortable furnishings. The cuisine is exclusive and high-quality, but the portions are smaller. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't particularly recommendable; the selection is very limited and nothing special, and the bread and rolls are completely dry.

It's going ok. The staff are very friendly and you're hungry, but it's not really tasty. Unfortunately, prices have followed the general trend and are too high for the quality offered.

This store changed my life!! Thank God I was still able to buy shoes in size 36 here!!! The staff is really incredibly nice and you are welcomed as if you were part of the family! Really amazing, the best experience of my life!!
