I was there last night. I actually wanted to order something. We waited for 20 minutes and were ignored by the employee during that time. There were notes everywhere saying that there was a free drink at lunchtime. In return you would be happy to receive a positive review!! Are you serious? 😀 The store was full, but only because people had to wait so long

I wanted to order three burgers around 2:30 p.m. today. The two order terminals were both occupied. The three people behind the counter had time and took my order. When I wanted to pay by card it said "if I pay by card I have to order at the terminal". I would have had to start again. Then I left and won't be coming back.

The service was quick and everything was still warm. The chicken nuggets were warm and very tasty, but unfortunately the fries were a little sticky. Unfortunately there were no more 2 sweet and sour sauces so I got a portion of ketchup. However, the waitress could only communicate this to me in English, which wasn't a problem, but I could imagine that it could be a problem, for example for older people. Still 4 stars, not too crowded and the machines where you ordered worked well and helped.
