A truly welcoming restaurant with very friendly staff. We had an excellent meal with high-quality products and good wine. The place is in an excellent location. They often organize evenings with music. I recommend you check this place out 😊
We had a pizza with broccoli and hollondaise sauce and a pizza with 4 types of cheese and mozzarella crust. Both pizzas tasted delicious. We can only recommend eating on site, it tastes best that way. The service was also very friendly and also responded to special requests.
I was there twice this week. Once alone in the evening and once at lunchtime with my wife. What can I say? That week in the evening I was so excited that my wife wanted to go there with me on Saturday alone to talk about it. I'm in Bad Nauheim for rehab and my wife visited me.
The food here is really very good and also the price/performance ratio. Aaabut the controls should be slowed down a bit. By that I mean the petite blonde woman. If you ask beforehand what the difference is between pizza and pinsa and you choose the pizza several times, you should be able to serve a pizza. Especially since the restaurant was pretty empty at lunchtime. And if the guest kindly chooses the wrong dish anyway, you should at least call up the price of the dish you ordered and not the price of the wrong dish. Unfortunately, the lady completely screwed up here and then more or less ignored us. We remained friendly and when I later told my wife that the Pinsa was €3 more expensive, she was really annoyed. She won't want to go there anymore. I, on the other hand, had to deal with a very nice gentleman during the week who served me perfectly. It can be so different.
Solid pizza, no frills.
Nothing to drive here specifically for, but if you're in Bad Nauheim anyway.
Price performance very good!
Minus point: No card payment possible. This is not up to date.
Anyone who still has something to complain about here can't be helped. An extremely cozy and pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and attentive service, crowned with simply great cuisine. Rounded off by an unusual, high-quality wine list. For me, absolute top marks. My wife and I will be back very soon and are looking forward to the next perfect evening at Zulegers.
War schon 2 mal da Essen war ok, Service schwankend je nach dem wer bedient.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ok schönes Ambiente aber ich würde beim Dessert mir noch ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wünschen.
Today I went to eat locally with 4 others.
Apart from the fact that the schnitzel consists of 80% breading, the waiter also deducted €5 from me.
At the end I had paid my bill of 1x Hugo, 1x Fanta and 1x Cola and 2 schnitzels
I gave the gentleman a tip
He came back 2 minutes later and said he hadn't charged me for the Hugo. I wasn't entitled to a receipt either
Well, I gave it.
At home I looked at the menu and saw that I had wrongly given the waiter the €5.
Sorry, but I won't be taken for a ride. Impudence!
If you're looking for warm hospitality, good food and respectful treatment, you shouldn't go too close to this establishment - it's best to do exactly what the owner personally advises you to do: keep walking.
My encounter with the owner was anything but culinary - but rather unappetizing. Before I could even see the menu, I was approached on the street in a tone more reminiscent of a bad reality show than a place trying to welcome customers.
After he simply shouted “no” at me as I walked past without even looking at me when I asked if there was still a table available, the owner of the shop aggressively followed me out onto the street when I pointed out to him that that’s not the way to talk to customers.
His last sentence was: "At your age you don't know stress anyway. Just keep running and don't come back."
If I could, I would give 0 stars.
