This pizzeria or this shop or whatever you should call it is a complete disaster!

We really enjoyed our meal there and the service was also very good We would visit the restaurant again.

We went to this pizzeria this evening based on a recommendation. However, we were a little disappointed. There were three of us and we ordered 2 pizzas and 3 water because one of us didn't have an appetite. We were then looked at strangely by the somewhat unfriendly waitress and understandably felt very uncomfortable. Two tables that came after us and ordered were served their food before us. The pizza didn't taste as good as we were told. We've eaten much better pizzas. The little, younger waitress who picked us up was friendly, but she packed up the rest of our pizza that we wanted packed, along with the trash, and gave it to us. We have never experienced this anywhere before. See photo below. Not recommended!

Better avoid! There were five of us there in the evening. The restaurant is quite large and also large and looks a bit like a hall covered in brick wallpaper, the tables are carelessly set with canteen cutlery, one of the tables had loose screws as a set. The service came quickly and was friendly. then the menu: around 200 dishes!!! - It becomes difficult to get by with fresh ingredients and without the use of convenience food... unfeasible. The bread (without oil and salt ;) was a kebab flatbread, followed by paste with seafood (easy on the stomach, lukewarm - went back immediately - in addition to paste, it consisted of ready-made sauce with a lot of surimi and 5% of other ingredients (mussels). The pizzas came out nicely wooden tray and looked quite good, but tasted sticky and were not crispy at all, but only a finger high - looked As if from an assembly line, the waitress asked kindly if she should pack up the (plentiful) leftovers, I said: please don't! Finally - as it should be in a pizzeria - an espresso: please never order again - lukewarm broth in a cold cup. We then asked the waitress why, among other things, the cups were cold: "They're just on the shelf and we don't have an espresso machine." Note: there was a small, fully automatic machine behind the counter. The friendly service can't help that!! That was by far the worst pasta and pizza in the Wetterau district, plus a loud waiting room atmosphere and espresso broth. We were really disappointed because before (2-3 years) it was always good.

Good value for money if you pick up. It's quick, the staff is nice.

I've had better pizzas, but it wasn't bad either, not much topping... A bit dry. Service and ambience top... One thing to complain about...there are only pizzas measuring 36 and 43 cm, unfortunately no small pizzas.

Good Italian in the middle of Bad Nauheim. There are no parking spaces and you have to search a bit on the street. This pizzeria is known for its huge portions. Even the small pizza is hardly manageable. We always take some of the big pizza home with us! Crazy, the prices are great! The salads are also very rich and tasty and inexpensive. Unfortunately the staff can be a bit moody at times, which I think is a shame. The other day around 8:50 p.m. we wanted an espresso after dinner (4 people) and we were told very rudely “we're closing soon, the machine has been cleaned”... and that's it It's only over at 10 p.m. We paid, there was less tip and then we went for an espresso in the pub around the corner.

Very tasty pizza. Nice service, the pizza almost overwhelms you 36cm for a small one is already a house number. But at a good price, no more expensive than 28cm pizzas in other stores.

I've eaten here many times, but unfortunately the quality has declined. At least when it comes to the steak meat and the tzatziki sauce, I was very disappointed. You couldn't chew the meat properly because it was very tough and the sauce was definitely not a tzatziki sauce but some kind of mayonnaise sauce. So definitely not what I ordered. Either the chef has changed or the quality standards have gone down. Things used to be quite good, so make sure you get back to your old standards with steak and tzatziki sauce.

Tried the Groß Pizza, and it definitely delivers on size! Perfect for 2-3 people with medium appetites, making it good value for the price. The pizza tasted fresh, and the undercarriage was solid—no soggy crust here. The spot has a nice vibe, great for a casual hangout with a friend or a group. While it didn’t blow me away, it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for something satisfying

Very nice restaurant that was almost full to a few seats. Was given a friendly welcome and was served promptly. My order arrived quickly considering there were so many people. Approximately 25 minutes. Had a large pizza frutti di mare. Maybe there could have been a little more toppings on it at a price of 17 euros but it tasted great and I left the restaurant satisfied and full.... Note for several people it would be better to have a table at mealtime pre-order..... I'll be happy to come back.....

The service seemed a bit rushed, but once we ordered the food was on the table quickly. It was delicious and filling. Unfortunately the salad with burrata was only served with mozzarella.

Disgusting establishment, I do not recommend it to anyone! I won't go here again - there were several unpleasant moments. I'm not allergic - but after I ate several pieces of pizza two months ago, I became covered in spots. This has never happened before or since in my life! It feels like they are saving a lot on quality products. It is also alarming that they are constantly looking for staff and no one works there for a long time - i.e. cooks change like gloves - which also does not add optimism. In the establishment itself (inside, by the way, it smells like a factory canteen, and these cheap tablecloths on the tables, terrible cutlery and crockery, lack of napkins - I’ll keep silent about this for now) you can’t sit at a table either - we came with 3 children, they wanted to feed them pizza and more something, but drink something yourself - no, you can’t do that. How is this possible? I'm not hungry - why should I order for a large amount? Are you short of money, or what kind of service is this? Moreover, the order was not for a small amount. They turned around and left. I don’t recommend it to anyone - there are places in the city that are more welcoming.

Open until 2:30 p.m. and refused service at 2:10 p.m. Never again. impudence.

Delicious pizza and great service

Our group of five walked in and requested a table, though only three of us planned to eat. The restaurant was nearly empty, with just one table occupied and all others available. However, the staff member informed us that we could only be seated if everyone in our party ordered a meal. This policy might have made sense if the restaurant had been busy, but with almost all the tables vacant, it felt unreasonable. Overall, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

We have often ordered from Roma to pick up and it has always been good (also price/performance). Today we ordered again to pick up (1×pasta, 1×pizza). It would be ready after 30 minutes. After 25 minutes we were there, there was already a packaged dish at the counter that had not yet been picked up. Our food wasn't ready yet, but we were a little early. After another 25 minutes (50 minutes after our call) we asked what was next and how long we would have to wait. The lady said our food had just been finished. Among other things, she gave us the packaged dish (where the pasta was inside), which had been sitting at the counter at least since we arrived. I asked how that could be and that it would definitely be cold already. “Unfortunately” the packaging was still hot from below, otherwise I would have checked more closely on site. I'm sitting at home now, the pasta wasn't even lukewarm anymore... I expected something different! Especially how the situation is handled, of course there are days when there is more going on, but open communication helps! Then the customer can decide for themselves whether they come that day or maybe another day.

We were greeted by an unfriendly waitress who told us that we should order a main course because we weren't too hungry and wanted to order something small. We were shocked.

We ordered four pastas and the parmesan cheese was chargeable. We had never experienced this in any other Italian restaurant! In addition, we couldn't pay by card because only cash payment was possible!

I had dinner there with a friend and her family. Unfortunately, the food was anything but edible. Meat skewers were absolutely dry and not edible; I had to look for tomato sauce on the pizza. Only the schnitzel tasted good, but the fries that came with it were fried to death. In addition, the waitress constantly ignored us despite the empty shop and we could only pay after about 20/30 minutes.

Completely ruined my birthday. The pizza barely had any sauce and didn't taste good at all. Fries were like they came from a street snack bar and were not edible. Side salad was fresh but had hardly any dressing. Skewered meat was so dry you couldn't eat it. After we told the waitress, who completely ignored us for 20 minutes, that the skewer of meat was not edible, she just said that she had passed it on to the kitchen. There was no money back or an apology. Based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Great service and delicious food

Stomach pain and diarrhea! Had dinner there with the family. Pasta dishes were predominantly consumed. All family members who ate noodle dishes developed stomach pain and diarrhea late in the evening. Will inform the health department about these incidents!

After playing a little outdoor violin concert at the European Elvis Festival, I blindly followed the recommendation of two local boys whom I randomly asked for the best pizza in town and luckily: they were right! Literally the BEST pizza I’ve had in a long time, the big size probably lasts me for 3 days - at a great price also, considering the epic taste & quality plus super central location. The service staff team seems to be very well trained, everything’s going fast & seamless but without any hectic despite the work load & the best part I feel is the owner, a rare handsome live version of young Elvis, taking sweet & lovely care of the takeaway order business. So happy that I discovered this blessing, can’t wait to come back & enjoy this amazing place in the heart of Bad Nauheim!! :) Buon appetito y’all, Stay happier, stay beautiful, stay rockin, Ivory Presley-Garrett 🤍✨

I was late and still hungry. Restaurant was completely empty, but the service was super friendly. Pizza was huge and came quickly. It tasted good too.

I had tried here by considering google comments. Cash is only method and portions are very big. I suppose that is the main reason to have this big comment points. I think pizza was not bad as well as not very delicious.

The chicken salad I just picked up is sublime. The salad, very little of it, looks like it's a bit older. That gets zero points. Addendum...now I know why it's so old.... Normally it comes with extra dressing, which was also included. But the salad is full of vinegar and oil dressing. Apparently someone didn't pick it up yesterday.

I was completely satisfied, the pizza is huge, the price performance is more than justified. The staff is also great. I would go there again at any time and would happily recommend it.

Mistake! We were 3 adults and 3 children. 5 people ordered food, one only something to drink. It turned out that you CANNOT order just drinks, even though FIVE other people ordered full dishes!!! One person was FORCED to order whatever was the cheapest, as long as it was on the table, paid for, and then went to the trash. Scandal. This restaurant shouldn't exist.

When you eat there, every guest is forced to order food. Considering that the portions are large and not exactly cheap, that's a bit of a necessity. The dishes, pizza and pasta, as well as the salads are SUPER DELICIOUS and the pizza tastes like in BELLA ITALIA! CONCLUSION: Better to pick up than eat there!!

We have definitely been here over 40 times since 2020 and have eaten there 3 times. The food was always very good = TOP! 7 times when we ordered takeaway we only got half of a pizza with a topping like onions or mushrooms because my daughter doesn't like them. Suddenly that's no longer possible, even though every other Italian does it, because Italians are known to love children. Suddenly this is no longer possible here and the lady got upset when I mentioned that this had already been done several times and was common practice in pizzerias.

100% recommended. I've never had such a huge pizza in front of me. So go there extremely hungry and enjoy.

The pizza was baked with a scraper and sold. Absolutely unimaginable was the sight when the pizza was lifted and a cockroach was lying underneath with it baked.

very large pizzas, varied menu. Prices acceptable. Food very good. very friendly staff and great service. Visit was on June 29, 2024. Highly recommended, if you are asked for a honeydew melon schnapps, definitely try it. A class of its own. Try it yourself and decide for yourself. Will definitely come back, the only question is when :)

Let's start with the not so good stuff. It's a shame that parking options are somewhat limited. Payment can only be made in cash (no card payment) Use of the toilet can only be guaranteed if you get the key from the waitress, which makes discretion really difficult. Now for the positive: The food is really delicious. I didn't see anyone leave here hungry. The prices are absolutely reasonable and special requests are also catered for here (as far as food is concerned) So far I've had pizzas, schnitzels, pasta, salads, but there are still a lot of variations, so there are still plenty of reasons to stop by there 🤣 The waitresses are really very friendly. The ambience is, let's put it this way, it doesn't suit my taste 100%, but I'm there for the food😉 Whatever it is, it's clean and that's what counts. Overall I would give this a 4.3 out of 5,

After I entered the restaurant for the first time, I immediately noticed that you could only pay for your order in cash. Since I didn't have enough cash with me, a waitress pointed out to me that there was an ATM in front of the location. I then withdrew 50 euros there. The next day I was surprised when I saw that a fee of over 5 EUR had been charged for the withdrawal. To eat: I ordered a Pizza Atlantic with a side salad. Both the pizza dough and the salad dressing were very tasteless. The lettuce leaves were far too big and beyond that the salad didn't consist of much else. I didn't like the pizza topping either. I won't visit the restaurant again because I feel like I was ripped off there.

Very nice restaurant with nice service. The small pizza is 36 cm (!!), so you should be hungry 😅 But you can also get the rest packed. Price-performance is absolutely recommended. We will be back definitely

Great restaurant, courteous service, great pizza. When paying we were quoted an immensely high sum because our table was mixed up with another one. We were there during the week when there wasn't much going on, we didn't receive any receipts. Check your billing then everything is OK.

Bad experience. I wanted to eat pizza with my children, but we also had to order drinks if we wanted to eat in the restaurant hall. Even though we ordered several things, they don't accept payment by bank card. There was a young man who wanted to pay by card. Unfortunately, he did not pay attention to the instructions he received from the employees. I never felt comfortable with the treatment there, as if you were taking the food for free or paying out of pocket. But as for the lack of respect and unprofessional treatment of the restaurant staff, I advise you my friend that you can find many good restaurants nearby that will be happy to provide you with delicious food.

Great pizza at a fair price. The pasta dishes are also highly recommended, especially the lasagna. The premises have been completely renovated and give the restaurant a special flair. Also suitable for pick-up and on-site eating.

Phew - unfortunately I can't give a good review. I bought pizza shrimp today and what can I say. Dough wasn't cooked through, it wasn't crispy. I had pasta with salmon and the homemade tiramisu as dessert, the pasta and the salmon were cooked to perfection, the tiramisu was a poem. Pizzeria Team, I would like to express my deep disappointment with my experience at your establishment. Today I was served a hair pizza, which I found extremely unappetizing. When I confronted the waiter about this, I was falsely blamed and asked to pay for the pizza. This behavior was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Were there this afternoon as a family with two small children. The children were starving, ran a lot all day or rode their balance bikes and were not in the best of moods. But they were quiet during the meal. Because of a small thing (parents will know this), my son escalated and started screaming loudly. I had the situation well under control and he would definitely have gotten it in the next 2 minutes. Then the boss came to our table and told us that if our child didn't stop screaming, we would have to leave the restaurant! Incomprehensible! How child-unfriendly and unempathetic can you be? We left our drinks almost full and left. The pizza was delicious, but the behavior doesn't work at all

For me the best pizza in Bad Nauheim. The price/performance ratio for the 40cm pizza is very good. I usually pick it up myself. It's a shame that the delivery service is often not available. But still 5 stars for me!

Hello Mr Roma, I would like to thank you for the great pizza. The service is a thousand times better than what the critics wrote. I find it very positive that families with children are less desired. Finally some peace. This is THE pizza that you are used to in your Italian homeland. The quality is outstanding!! Many star chefs eat here regularly.

You are not allowed to take dogs in there. It would be nice if this had been communicated or if it were on the website. I had a very warm welcome around the corner - also a pizzeria. Mega Pizza...always worth a visit

We were in the restaurant today with 8 people, we know the restaurant in Milano times and have had very good experiences, we come from Bad Homburg. Milano used to be unbeatable, today Roma, this restaurant with the new owner, is almost unbearable. Today we had reserved a table, the first thing we noticed when we entered was that the service and the waitress were annoyed. First we wanted to go to the toilet to wash our hands, these were locked. You need a key for this. The tables were sticky so we asked the waiter to clean the table, to which the young friendly waiter apologized and quickly cleaned it up. We were 6 adults and 2 teenagers and only 6 menus were handed out to us. One of the teenagers just wanted to order something to drink, we were forced to each order a main course. The drinks came quickly and so did the food, this is very positive, but corn was forgotten on one of the pizzas, we pointed out to the waitress that we had ordered the pizza with corn, the waitress disputed this and started talking to us Discuss that this would not be true. After a short discussion with the waitress, corn was added to our pizza. The food itself was very, very tasty. Only the operation and service leaves something to be desired… When we wanted to pay, we could only pay in cash, there is an ATM in front of the front door, which is a big advantage. After we had paid, we wanted to chat in a circle, shortly afterwards a waitress came to us and, annoyed, cleared our table, the plates and glasses were cleared away, even though we hadn't finished drinking yet! It seemed to us that if we didn't order anything more, the table would have to be cleared, so we left the restaurant. Our conclusion: you have lost us as customers, it's a shame that this restaurant has lost so much and employs employees who don't do their jobs with friendliness.

Was in Bad Nauheim for rehab. Visited this restaurant on recommendation. Everything was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. Then I was there two more times. There was nothing to complain about.

The small pizza is as big as an XXL pizza elsewhere. Have the vegan version or something Without cheese, elsewhere you only get a tomato topping with a sparse sprinkling of vegetables, but not here! It was as plentiful as it was delicious!

The first inconvenience is that it is not possible to pay with Katra, only cash. We ordered two beers and tea to start. The beer mugs were served without saucers and the water for the tea was not hot enough and a very small quantity. My wife and I ordered the main course and our friend, who is in a sanatorium and came after lunch, announced that he would not be ordering anything else, at which point the waitress protested vehemently and asked us to place our order. In this situation we abandoned our order. I want to warn you: If someone wants to order just one drink, they will be forced to order the main course!!!

On February 18th, 2024, as a rehab participant, I had dinner with my 2 friends (who visited me on that Sunday) in this Roma Ristorante in Bad Nauheim, more precisely; My 2 friends were hungry and I just wanted to order a drink! Suddenly there was a big problem, I should (had to) order something to eat so that I could sit there with my friends! There should even be a law for it!!! I have now been in rehab for 4 weeks and have eaten in at least 10 restaurants in the same city with other visitor friends, there were 0.0 problems because I only ordered something to drink!!! A total no-go restaurant that I will never visit again!!!
