I didn't have a room, just attended the variety show. The atmosphere was okay.

A pleasant short stay with a great breakfast in wonderful peace and quiet.

Large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The spa area is very good, with a proper swimming pool. The breakfast is decent and leaves nothing to be desired. The location is central, yet quiet.

We booked this hotel because it's a 10-minute walk from the Sprudelhof thermal baths. We arrived earlier than check-in time (3:30 pm) and had to fill the time with sightseeing in Bad Nauheim. An earlier check-in wasn't possible. We liked the room. However, be aware that the two single beds were pushed together. They slide apart when you turn over. On the day of our arrival, we visited the spa area. The saunas were clean and great for relaxing. The €10 entrance fee was included in our booking. The breakfast buffet was ample and good. Unfortunately, on the second day, the eggs and bacon were cold. Making pancakes was easy and a great addition to the rolls, bread, croissants, fish, cheese, cold cuts, muesli, quark, and other options. Check-out at 11:30 am on the day of departure is great, as it allows you to have breakfast and pack in peace. The service was always courteous, pleasant, and friendly. The room was clean, and the hotel had a special charm and a wonderful atmosphere. Luckily, we managed to find a free parking space outside the hotel, so we didn't have to pay the hotel €20 per day for parking, which we felt was excessive for hotel guests.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and had booked half-board. Check-in was a nightmare. The employee asked if we wanted breakfast. When we replied that we had booked half-board, she explained in a loud and condescending tone that this wasn't possible at our price. Despite showing her the booking confirmation, she insisted until a colleague confirmed our half-board arrangement. Her behavior was unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful. There was no apology—instead, she even asked what was wrong with her behavior. This put a damper on our stay right from the start. Since we were apparently not on the schedule, we weren't invited to dinner until 8:00 p.m. By then, the buffet was already nearly empty and wasn't replenished, even though it's officially open until 9:30 p.m. The food and breakfast were okay, but fresh rolls from a bakery would have significantly improved the breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, but the furnishings were dated. Parking costs €20 per day, but there are free alternatives nearby. Conclusion: Average at best. The reception and the completely unnecessary discussion about half-board had a lasting negative impact on the stay. €20 per day for parking is also completely exorbitant.

The rooms are a bit dated. Dampness runs from the windows to the floor. But everything else was relaxing and great. The massages were some of the best we've ever had. My wife received a small bottle of sparkling wine in her room for her birthday. The breakfast was very plentiful. If there's anything to complain about, it's the high parking fees for guests. €20 per day seems excessive to me, especially since you can park on Frankfurter Straße for as little as €3 a day.

Not a recommended hotel! Why: - The staff is consistently unfriendly, the entire team. Something seems off; there's a bad atmosphere among the employees, which the guests immediately notice. I've rarely experienced anything like it. Rooms: - They're old, but still okay. However, they really need a renovation soon; they're outdated. Location: - Great, quiet location by the park. A nice starting point for walks, and easy access to the city.

We had a wonderful end to 2025 with good food, excellent service, and great organization on New Year's Eve. We had a double room with a connecting door to an accessible room for my mother, which was perfect for us. However, a chair with armrests would have been a welcome addition in the accessible room. The bathroom in the accessible room was fully equipped, including grab bars, a shower stool, and so on. The service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. The staff throughout the entire hotel were very friendly. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service.

For years now, we've been taking a wellness holiday with our sons over Christmas. This year, we're staying at the Dolce for the first time. It's important to us that the swimming pool, saunas, and fitness studio are located within the hotel and easily accessible in bathrobes. A small elevator goes directly to the spa.

We stayed at this hotel from December 27th to 31st and would like to share our experience. The service and location are definitely the highlights. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always eager to resolve any issues quickly. The location is also excellent – ​​the city center is easily reachable on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes, making the stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, however, there were some significant defects in the room (Junior Sweet) that considerably marred the overall impression. There was visible mold in the window frames, and one window pane was cracked. The toilet seat wasn't properly attached and wobbled considerably. The paint was peeling off the towel rack, giving it a neglected appearance. Most critically, there was no smoke detector in our room, which is absolutely unacceptable for safety reasons. Additionally, the upholstered furniture was visibly dirty with clearly visible stains. Another issue concerns the electric vehicle charging stations: these were unfortunately not compatible with our vehicle. It would be desirable to have more or more modern charging points available to support different types of vehicles. In summary, the hotel has potential due to its good location and very friendly service; however, the aforementioned shortcomings urgently need to be addressed to meet expectations regarding comfort, cleanliness, and safety.

We had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We didn't use the spa area, so we can't comment on that.

We stayed at the Dolce Hotel as part of an event and were already familiar with the place from our childhood. Many reviews mention that the hotel is showing its age – and indeed, this is precisely what gives the building a certain charm. However, the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly; the dark stains on the walls, in particular, detract from the overall impression. While the hotel apparently meets the DEHOGA criteria for a 4-star hotel, in our personal opinion, it doesn't quite live up to this standard. This was evident upon arrival. A hotel of this size and history could truly shine with the right staff. Unfortunately, there was a lack of warmth: the keys were handed over, and that was it. A brief personal introduction – for example, about the spa, breakfast, or restaurant – would have greatly enhanced our sense of well-being and, in our opinion, cannot be replaced by a tablet in the room. Ultimately, it is the people who bring a hotel to life. I myself completed hotel management training, and there, a warm welcome was considered absolutely essential – for all employees. We had a similar experience at check-out: we weren't even asked if everything was to our satisfaction. Had we been asked that question, we probably wouldn't have bothered with the online review. On the other hand, we'd like to commend the staff at breakfast – they were very friendly and attentive, thank you so much! 🥰 And this again shows that it's the people who make the difference, because the breakfast buffet itself is rather average.

The room is large, but absolutely outdated. There are holes in the sofa bed and the furnishings look like they're from the nineties – it's really uncomfortable and no longer up-to-date. The gym is the same story. I wanted to go for a run, but the treadmill squeaks so much that it's practically unusable because it hurts your ears. I definitely won't be coming back.

Wonderful little town with lots of charm. We're coming back to Bad Nauheim for a wellness weekend in January 2026. Of course, we'll be staying at the Dolce Hotel. The hotel has the best location, and the breakfast has improved significantly in recent years. The spa area and the overall ambiance have also developed very positively. We're already looking forward to it.

Beautiful, clean rooms, great location, very close to the Christmas market and the city center, pleasant spa area, and a very dedicated receptionist. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. The breakfast was also good and offered a wide variety. However, for a 4-star hotel, I would have expected more service: it was self-service only, and there were no freshly squeezed juices – details that are now standard for this category. The reception was particularly disappointing. We were greeted rudely, and the young woman at reception seemed listless and grumpy, making us feel unwelcome. The staff definitely needs improvement. Furthermore, there was considerable confusion upon our arrival, as four rooms were booked under different names, and the receptionist initially couldn't locate the reservations. She didn't even bother to look further. Only her older colleague was finally able to help us. Overall, a beautiful location and a good breakfast, but unfortunately, the service doesn't meet 4-star standards.

A relaxing stay with great service and a wonderful tour My stay at the Hotel Dolce Bad Nauheim was a complete success. I was particularly impressed by the excellent location, the attentive service, the diverse wellness options – and, as a special highlight, the guided tour on Friday afternoon. The hotel is quietly located near the spa gardens yet centrally located – ideal for walks or excursions into the surrounding area. The welcome was warm, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. The guided tour on Friday afternoon was a real highlight. It was informative, entertaining, and provided fascinating insights into the history of the hotel and the surrounding area. A great idea that made the stay special! The wellness area was also impressive – with various saunas, a beautiful pool, and relaxing treatments. It's a wonderful place to unwind and recharge. I felt very comfortable and would gladly return. I definitely recommend it.

Here is a brief recap of our complaint, to which you have not responded. My wife and I were in Bad Nauheim on Friday, October 17, 2025. We spent a lovely day at the Sprudelhof thermal baths. We had purchased a superior room from you for €137 plus tourist tax. 1) Upon check-in, a young woman gave us the keys for room 466. We took the elevator upstairs, but couldn't open the door; only red paint was visible. We took the elevator down to reception. 2) On our second check-in attempt, the young woman released the keys for room 466 again. We took the elevator upstairs and were able to open the door, but the room was occupied! We took the elevator down to reception. 3) On our third check-in attempt, a different receptionist took over. She quietly scolded the first woman and gave us room 326. My wife saw that the check-in form mentioned room 467, but unfortunately didn't mention it to me or the reception! We took the elevator up and were given a cold standard room overlooking the parking lot. Unfortunately, we didn't have the strength or nerve to complain again. The room wouldn't heat, only the bathroom did. The bottom line: it was nothing. We had a cold standard room overlooking the parking lot for €137. At check-out, there was no compensation of any kind other than an apology. If you treat your customers like that, one day you'll have no customers left! We will book a different hotel next time we stay in Bad Nauheim. Never again Dolce :-(

We stayed from October 17th to 19th. The hotel's location is great. The room (superior) was nice and large, with a balcony. The decor was a bit dated/rustic, but there were plenty of storage options. We could only describe the hotel restaurant as substandard. The poor chef was apparently alone and completely overwhelmed, so we couldn't be served, and we were recommended to go to an outside restaurant. Even an online table reservation for the following day remained unanswered. However, the spa area and the friendly staff there made up for it 100%. Highly recommended! The reception staff were also friendly, but on the day of departure, I was given an expired exit pass for the parking barrier, which meant I initially blocked the following cars because the barrier didn't open for me. All in all, it was a relaxing short break.

A very spacious, formerly fashionable hotel with a magnificent park and facilities (hall, theater, etc.). Very centrally located.

Nice rooms, good service, rich breakfast

Loved my stay! We had a 'Superior' room, just one room category up from the cheapest one and had the most gorgeous view of the park. The sauna is amazing, and the pool is beautiful.

Definitely the best hotel in town

We were very satisfied with the service, even when there was an occasional problem with the room. The staff in the restaurant and bar were very accommodating and friendly. The location is unbeatable, right next to the park.

We've now spent a total of three weekends at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experiences have been mixed. On the first weekend, we received a free upgrade to a suite. It was actually quite large and in good condition, apart from the bathtub and the attached shower screen. Unfortunately, this is no longer standard and (as we saw) difficult to clean and remove the mold. The other two nights were spent in the Comfort rooms we booked. One of them was in good condition (246), while the second (240) was noticeably worn, with dents all over the doors and walls; comfort didn't look like much at all. The rooms are quietly located; three of us had balconies overlooking the spa gardens. Paid parking is plentiful. Dogs are welcome at the hotel for €20 per night, and they provide a small bag with a bowl, blanket, etc. for our four-legged friends. We highly recommend the bar and restaurant. If you're looking for peace and quiet, it depends on whether and what kind of events are being held at the hotel. The pool, the fitness room, and the sauna area are also worth mentioning. It's not big, but it's clean and modern. At breakfast, there are apparently regular waits to be assigned a table. This is okay, as signs in the elevator indicate this. With your consent, you'll be seated at a table with strangers; otherwise, you'll have to wait longer. Everything's fine. However, it's a matter of luck (and not just at breakfast) as to which staff is on duty. While some employees are very attentive and friendly, others have had us set our table ourselves after being asked three times and then take the used plates away ourselves. There are also sometimes considerable waits for refilling the buffet, especially when it's full. A corresponding notice at checkout was noted. Regarding reception: It's a shame when I'm asked twice (in a shirt or polo shirt and jacket) if everything was okay, whether there were any chocolates as a farewell, etc., and when checking out in a hoodie, I just get a printed bill with the words "Card or cash?" and that's it...! That leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Again, it depends on the staff you're dealing with, and I certainly don't want to make a blanket judgment. We've decided against a fourth weekend and will instead stay at another hotel in Bad Nauheim. Overall, the hotel is okay, but for the price, there's still room for improvement.

We have been regular visitors to Bad Nauheim for a few years now and always stay here. Quiet location, not far from the center, sauna, pool, massages, food, etc. We were actually very happy with everything until our last visit (as of October 2025) when we found out about the new breakfast prices. The whole time it was €10 per person, but now they have brutally increased it to €20. So, just to understand, €10 breakfast for a 4-star hotel is actually very cheap, it is understandable that there is inflation and that prices have to be increased somewhere and unavoidable. But you understand what a gradual, healthy increase is all about. I visit almost exclusively 4-star hotels every year, several times a year, all over Europe, and the breakfast prices per person are currently €12, €13, max €15 on average (Switzerland excluded 😄). But to increase the price straight away from €10 to €20 is really outrageously outrageous, I think they could go more slowly with the increases. So, dear friends, I can recommend the hotel and will continue to use it on our future visits to Bad Nauheim, albeit without breakfast. The bottom line is that you can sleep in if you have the chance, you're no longer tied to specific times, and there are plenty of options for breakfast near the hotel at reasonable prices. There's always a limit!

Third time at this hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is on the decline. Significantly less fruit selection, lukewarm egg dishes, and ill-dressed service staff. In my opinion, something's missing.

We really enjoyed it; the rooms were spacious, and the pool and sauna area were very pleasant. The location is perfect for exploring the "small town" in just a few minutes, and the Sprudelhof thermal baths are also just a few minutes' walk away. (The spa card includes an additional hour 👍) The only complaint is the small TV. But otherwise, everything was good value for money.

I don't expect a dripping shower in a hotel of this category, which, despite immediately reporting it to reception, was merely noted. The remote control batteries were dead. There's no communication about how to use the parking ticket for entry and exit... all in all, more for the 70+ generation.

Typical conference hotel. The paths are very long, and it's a few minutes' walk to the conference room (at least from my room). The standard breakfast is nothing special, but the scrambled eggs were quite good for a buffet. You can also have an omelet made. The wellness area is great, with two saunas (60 and 85°C) and a steam sauna. There's a pool and loungers outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful; only at our final event did there occur an unpleasant incident where the service concept was completely lost. Very annoying, as it was otherwise a pleasant stay. Connection to Frankfurt is okay, and you have to walk 15 minutes from the train station. There is a bus, but if you're unlucky, you'll have to wait longer than you walk.

I always enjoy my visits to the Dolce in Bad Nauheim. From the reception staff, to the cleaning staff, who do a fantastic job, to the staff at the breakfast buffet, which always has great, delicious food. Everyone at the Dolce is always friendly and takes care of all concerns without any fuss before they become a problem. However, I do have one suggestion or minor criticism about the breakfast buffet... because unfortunately, the fruit juices only offer a selection of citrus juices, but unfortunately, no alternatives from other fruit juices. It's difficult with an allergy... but in my case, they always tried to find a solution immediately. Thanks to the entire Dolce team for always making my stay in Bad Nauheim pleasant and carefree.

The price-performance ratio at this point was completely unjustified. There was very little fresh fruit at breakfast, and no clean towels were provided during the room cleaning.

Once upon a time, and now it is again. Now that we've visited your hotel for the 14th time, we've experienced highs and lows. We, as well as our friends traveling with us, are delighted at how the hotel's exterior and interior appearance have changed for the better. A morning swim in your pool, which contributes to a successful day, is a pleasure and increases the anticipation of the very rich breakfast, as in previous years, which leaves nothing to be desired. The diverse offerings and quality at Senses are also of a higher standard. All in all, four days that we will repeat as soon as possible. Our friends are also convinced, after their first stay, to come back. There's no need to talk or write about the perfect location; it's simply hard to beat. We stayed there three times as we travelled around Europe. We were in Standard rooms the first two stays and they weren't great the last time it was a Superior room and we'll worth the small upgrade cost. Staff were excellent and patient with our weak German speaking attempts. For us the location is great. We have friends nearby so we visit them between excursions.

Very quiet hotel, clean room, beautiful view of the spa gardens, delicious breakfast, and cocktails at the bar to end the day. Upper floors with a view of the park! I'd love to come back! It's better to park your car in the garage, as there might be some resin on the paintwork that needs to be removed in the open space.

What a great place to relax and feel pampered. We had two connected rooms with a fantastic view of the park. The hotel is within walking distance to the park as well as to downtown Bad Nauheim. The front desk personnel was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Sales and marketing assistant Frau Patz went out of her way to accommodate us with a special request we had. The rooms, sauna area, and breakfast were wonderful; the receptionists were bordering on arrogant, just barely friendly.

I got burned inside the facility due to their negligence. Despite the visible injury, the staff did absolutely nothing — not even basic first aid cream, even though they clearly have it for employees. The manager just said “we’re not allowed to give medication” and offered no help at all. Completely unacceptable in a place with saunas and burn risks. Very disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism.

I photographed a wedding here and absolutely loved the location! There are so many great photo spots both in and around the hotel, as well as in the spa gardens, and you can be assured of a perfect wedding ceremony regardless of the weather. Booked a comfort room and received a very low standard. Dinner wasn't up to 4-star hotel standards. Unfortunately, the breakfast time has also been changed; in my opinion, it's too late for business meetings.

We were only there for a weekend, but it was wonderful. A great room, a breakfast that offered everything, and attentive, friendly staff both at reception and in the bar. Excellent wellness treatments, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, the immediate proximity to the spa gardens. All of this combined is practically perfect. We'll definitely be back. The hotel is located directly next to the spa gardens and close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and competent. The rooms are very spacious, and the balcony overlooks the greenery. The breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The Senses restaurant offered a culinary end to the evening. The separate spa elevator was pleasant. The sun terrace under the large park trees was very idyllic. A small note: the pool was a bit too cool. A very unique ambiance with an Art Nouveau theater. I would happily recommend the hotel. We stayed here overnight on our way to our vacation. A friendly welcome and a friendly farewell. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Various types of sausage and cheese, various eggs, bacon, sausages, salmon, muesli, fruit salad, etc. The bread and rolls were a bit dry. Filter coffee was in pots. A coffee machine for latte, etc. A variety of juices were available. Friendly service in the breakfast room, too, and there was enough space for all guests. The hotel is in a quiet location right next to the spa gardens. Our room was spacious and clean. There was a slight mold growth in the shower. If we visit Bad Nauheim again, we would choose the Dolce.

This hotel is the definition of lame

A very dated hotel. There's a huge backlog of renovations inside and out. The price/performance ratio isn't right. It can probably finance itself with all the seminar guests who have no other choice. Breakfast and service were the best here. The core room category is "subterranean."

A beautiful setting located in the city center. Spacious and well-equipped room. However, for a hotel of this caliber, the rooms are not air-conditioned. A pseudo-air conditioner is provided, making more noise than fresh air. A real punishment.

Outdated and heavily underinvested. Bathrooms like those in a hospital. Typical hotel standard, but not a 4-star hotel. No air conditioning. The price for one night is completely exorbitant. I won't be back.

A beautiful, centrally located hotel right next to the beautiful spa gardens in Bad Nauheim. The town is also a 5-minute walk away via the spa gardens. The rooms are very tidy and clean. The hotel staff at reception and in the service area are extremely friendly...just what you want when you're enjoying a break. The breakfast buffet is excellent, even excellent...you rarely get so much choice. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, and all in all, we spent a relaxing weekend there...we'll definitely be back.

This was our third time staying at the Dolce in Bad Nauheim. A fantastic hotel with a beautiful view of the magnificent park, soothing peace... pure relaxation! The breakfast was a highlight, as were the lake, the Johannisberg, the town within a 2-minute walk, a large indoor pool, restaurants, pubs, and cafes everywhere you look... there really is so much to do. It was wonderful, and we'll be back very soon! Thank you so much for everything, we felt very, very comfortable :))

Spa appointments, which were booked through the hotel as part of the package, had to be requested there first; the ladies at reception had no idea. - The card in the room didn't work, so we had to go back downstairs and get a new card. - At dinner, when we were already seated at the table, we were told that there was no 3-course menu, only a buffet. The explanation given was that there were too many guests, so it wouldn't work. They could have communicated this via email beforehand or upon check-in, then they might have been able to cancel the meal and go out for dinner in Bad Nauheim. -The buffet was disappointing in both selection and quality. The main courses were unappealing and boring, and the beef was dried out. The soup and dessert were good; we ate them until we were full. -The rolls at breakfast were hilarious: tiny, pale (unbaked?), and dry. Like pre-baked rolls you unwrap and then leave for three days. You could barely cut them, let alone chew them. So on the second day, I wanted to eat toast, which was also the cheapest bread available, and the toaster didn't work. It took four employees standing around it until it worked (the plug wasn't plugged in properly). -The heater in the shower was pretty rusty. -The air conditioning was very loud, and the exhaust air was on the balcony near the lounge chairs. If you wanted to sit there, you had to turn them off. -When checking out, no one asked if we were satisfied; the ladies probably didn't even want to know. -When we left the parking lot, our parking ticket was invalid, even though we had paid, and we had to go back to reception to get a new one. -Everything was very sprawling and confusing; some signage would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel, located directly at the spa park and on the edge of the city center; good service, great breakfast, and a large swimming pool

A dated hotel with a beautiful pool, comfortable beds, a good shower, and air conditioning in the room. The location is excellent, right next to the spa gardens and close to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was nothing special, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. I've rarely had such a breakfast in a hotel. The evening buffet also looked anything but appetizing. However, the fries we ordered as an alternative were very tasty.

The room and the service were good. The only thing that bothered us personally was that the pool was only open until 9 p.m. during the week, and you hardly had time to go back in the evening. I think it should be open until midnight. The breakfast also needed improvement, as there was really only the same thing every day and hardly anything new. However, I thought it was great that if you arrive with a dog, you get a small gift.

The rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable, there was a balcony, plenty of parking (€15 per day), but no charging stations. There was a kettle in the room, a swimming pool, and direct access to the Art Nouveau Theater. It was in a great location by the park. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to go to the theater without having to walk far. I think the prices are a bit too high for what you get. An additional night from Saturday to Sunday would have cost another €285, and breakfast would have been an extra €22 per person. Breakfast didn't include salmon, rice pudding, or porridge. But there were plenty of other options. I'd especially like to mention Ms. Lehmann as a figurehead for customer service, friendliness, and a highlight! Sue made the breakfast room very welcoming. Thank you. No bellboy!

The hotel is truly beautifully located. Surrounded by lush greenery. However, it's showing its age. The colors of the furnishings, as well as the rooms and floors, were certainly up-to-date back then. Nowadays, we have LED lighting, which would create a more harmonious atmosphere. Upon arriving in the room, I noticed that the subsequently installed air conditioner had fallen out of its bracket. I was able to fix that myself. However, the plug to the nearest outlet was too short. It was rather uncomfortable in 39-degree heat on the 4th floor. The problem was quickly resolved, however. I had expected more from the breakfast for this category. The selection was plentiful, but the quality not so great. I'd rather have something a little less but with more flavor. I don't think the scrambled eggs were eggs at all :-(

That depends on the age of the visitor...from 75 upwards it's ok, under that not so much. The hotel is very dated and with it the furnishings, the service, the breakfast selection etc...Unfortunately the management is resting on the laurels of bygone times or the visits of Elvis etc. The realistic demands of the guests in the here and now are ignored. This starts with the breakfast buffet, which is already empty by 9:00 and never refilled, and ends in the bathroom, which although was equipped with two shower heads, the fittings for the mobile shower head have been removed, so that only the rain shower can be used, provided it is possible to set the water temperature to a pleasantly warm level. This raises the question for the guest: How do you clean the shower cubicle??? I don't want to go into detail about the built-in tripping hazard in the form of a slight elevation within the cubicle, which unfortunately isn't visibly marked. All in all, a real shame!

The hotel dates back to the 1980s and desperately needs a complete renovation. The conference rooms don't meet modern standards either. The location is great, and so is the service. I'd be happy to return after the renovation.

It's easy to follow in Elvis Presley's footsteps. Bad Nauheim is a lovely little town.

Room no 254 needs a little TLC. New paint and a new shower handle ( it is no possible to use the shower without making the floor of the bathroom very wet) Beside these two complaints all was good. Will come again.

Great and peaceful location close to the park and small shops. The hotel restaurant is also good. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda. Our suite had dried urine and potentially more under the toilet. We were offered another room but no compensation.

The location is great...right in the city...still lots of greenery...really beautiful...shopping opportunities 👍 The rooms are okay...not the newest...but clean and spacious...that's what matters... The food is okay...but not a huge selection...still enough... The only thing is, the refills aren't so great. I would definitely recommend it...

Got to go to a 70th birthday here, it was just fantastic. Huge conference area. Fantastic spa & pool area, only one other using the pool while we were there, altho spa area doesn't open till 1000. We paid a little extra and upgraded our room, got a balcony but twin beds instead of a double, room was good, clean & tidy, no usb charging ports that i could see, Great buffet breakfast, you can sit outside in the courtyard area with the Sun shining down, glorious. Had a dinner included and not a great choice of offerings and cancelled a dinner for the following evening because of it. Had a great relaxing time here and would go back, altho they didn't appreciate the Pogues playing on our balcony at 2230, we didn't think it was loud🤷🏼‍♂️

We were here for a short vacation and would definitely like to come back. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a "superior" room so we could also use a balcony. The staff (including thanks to Ms. Schley) were very accommodating and super friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and was exceptionally good. In some places you can see that the hotel itself is getting a bit old, but that also adds to the charm. The sauna area is small and nice and is sufficient for those who only want to take a sauna occasionally. For all other passionate sauna guests, we recommend the whirlpool spa, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Overall, thank you for the very relaxing short vacation!

A beautiful hotel with direct access to the park. Room with balcony is very nice and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again to Ms. Schley, who delivered the television immediately. Thank you very much. Everything is beautiful here. Oh, what a great breakfast.

Nicely located hotel in the middle of the countryside. The view of the park and the roofs of Bad Nauheim definitely recommends a visit, and the spring market is also an interactive offering with attention to detail. However, the corridors in the hotel are not very well lit and are getting old. In addition, an employee in the café was not very motivated and “she made you hurry”.

We've been coming to the hotel for years.....always Dolce because it's beautifully located, a short walk into the city, beautiful spa park right next to the hotel. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, especially Ms. Lehmann, who prepared a birthday table for us. She deserves a medal!

We were just there to have coffee. That means we would have liked to drink coffee. Unfortunately the waiter put us off four times, which unfortunately took a long time. The waitress we spoke to after waiting 20 minutes also said she would come to us shortly. Unfortunately it stayed that way. After 35 minutes we left. The two of them apologized because they apparently hadn't seen us, even though we spoke to them directly. For me the dolce is through at the bottom. I'm only giving it one star because I wouldn't post it otherwise.

The room was old and worn but clean. There's still a lot of room for improvement at breakfast.

Best hôtel in town with great pool

Always my pleasure. The hotel has a lot to offer plus all the Elvis events that happen there. I'm already looking forward to another visit. Summer Elvis festival definitely.
