An unusually good price-performance ratio.

Super nice hotel centrally located in Bad Nauheim right next to the park. Lovely rooms and lovely surroundings. Large hotel with many meeting/conference rooms. Good breakfast buffet and possibility of parking.

Very good hotel, great pool, good gym room, unfortunately the shower enclosure is too short, so the bathroom is always under water after showering. I had been here for 2 weeks business trip. Rooms in first floor are a few old and have no AC. Other room I booked was quite good. AC, cleaning service, breakfast or restaurant are all good one. Especially all around of hotel is green. You can feel the nature and see the squirrels. Receptionists are also very helpful. Some of them seem to be nervous sometimes but they might be in a bad day. Normal. Thank you.

The rooms are pretty old and in need of renovation

This hotel is an absolute must do.

We celebrated our wedding there. The food and service were very good. You're not allowed to spend the night there. Even the beautiful view doesn't justify the price of the room. 180€ for one night. No toilet paper, no large towel. No fridge and no safe either. No blinds, just thin curtains. The rooms overheated. No real light, just sparkles. Every nook and cranny is saved at the expense of the guests. You can see yourself in the bathroom mirror, but shaving and putting on makeup is almost impossible. Very unfortunate

Beautiful old and above all large hotel in a central location. We have been there twice so far and were satisfied. Friendly service! What we weren't entirely happy with was that we found coffee specialties at breakfast (e.g. cappuccino) undrinkable.

Very nice location, in the middle of the spa park and therefore traffic-calmed. The rooms are large and spacious, but unfortunately furnished a bit plainly. Not nice: The air conditioning doesn't work, which is very unpleasant when the outside temperature is 35 degrees. The restaurant is recommended; in summer you should definitely take a seat in the inner courtyard, if only because of the avenue of plane trees.

Beautiful location, beautiful concert and theater hall, well-kept atmosphere

Very nice hotel in a top location. Very suitable for a holiday with your dog. The pool is very large and is therefore ideal for swimming lengths. Breakfast is very rich and there is plenty of space to sit, including on the terrace. The rooms need further modernization, especially an adjustable bracket for the television would be ideal.

Quiet hotel & with small drawbacks. The hotel is getting old in parts, but it has to be said that it is huge. Pleasant for one or 2 nights as there is also plenty of parking available.

The hotel is very nice, attractive, harmonious furnishings, great bar, two restaurants (only one was open, small selection of warm food), an unbeatably beautiful location right next to the park and very close to the pedestrian zone. We had the standard room facing the courtyard with a view of the trees. The furnishings were functional, the size was perfectly fine, the bathroom was small and had a bathtub. We'll definitely be back.

We were here over the Pentecost weekend and would like to give feedback on the accommodation, service and breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and the complex itself is really beautiful, especially the outdoor areas and the adjacent park with the possibility of long, great walks. However, the hotel itself has already seen its best years - it is very old. Our room (standard) was very large and clean. Also great, the small balcony with lots of greenery. We would like to positively emphasize the friendliness of the staff at breakfast and in the bar. The breakfast itself was okay. We noticed the staff at reception as particularly negative on all three days. There was no friendliness here. We also tested the spa area. This was fine and sufficient. Saunas, steam room, swimming pool, free towels and water.

Rooms are getting old. Very few sockets, near the bed under the bedside table. Shower/bathtub in one. High and narrow entry. Wellness hotel. Water 28 C. Ideal for events, seminars. Charge directly at the spa park. Downtown within walking distance.

I was recently at a conference on site with around 180 people. The Dolce gives a rather shabby impression both inside and out. The rooms in particular are reminiscent of this. The theater could also use new chairs. In general, the entire hotel would benefit from a renovation. The food was good, but there was room for improvement compared to other hotels of this class. As far as the service is concerned, we were very satisfied. The hotel's employees deserve special mention. Overall, it's okay, the quiet location and the impressive park in front of the door obviously contribute to your well-being. For business trips or conferences, it should be mentioned that there is a lot of space for conferences and meetings and, due to the versatility of the rooms, requests can be easily accommodated.

Wonderful hotel, our wedding venue

I spent some time in the hotel lounge today and felt very comfortable!

A very large hotel, with many seminar rooms. The rich breakfast buffet tastes very good and once something was out of stock, it didn't take long until it was back. Lunch and dinner were just as good, with plenty of choices for meat and vegetarian dishes. You sleep peacefully in the rooms. The directly located park invites you to take a walk. My only gripe is that more attention needs to be paid to fire prevention and the employees must be sensitized accordingly so that the fire/smoke barriers do not become wedged in the future.

Unfortunately, this hotel has seen its best years! Luckily I was only here for work and therefore not self-paying. If I imagine that I would have wanted to spend a nice wellness weekend here with my partner, I would have been absolutely disappointed. The rooms are worn out and you can tell that the entire hotel is in dire need of investment. Unfortunately, despite the huge selection, the breakfast didn't convince me at all because they only use cheap food. You can notice and taste it straight away! My tip: quality instead of quantity The restaurant in the lobby has completely exorbitant prices. Here, too, the quality of the food is not good. The ambience was ok here. I can positively rate the friendly staff and the beautiful location.

The hotel was pretty nice and clean. I wish breakfast was included, and we ended up eating out because it's cheaper. If I remember correctly, it was around 25-30 euro per person for breakfast, maybe even more, but don’t hold me for my words since I might be wrong altogether. The parking place is pretty safe since you can't leave the parking area without paying for parking. Definitely wished parking was free, though. You would think it would be included since you're staying at the hotel, but unfortunately 😕it's not included. We paid 35.20€ for two days.

4 stars??? - only for the prices in the hotel bar! Very annoying experience for quite a bit of money. The worst was the breakfast - inedible! Old cheese that rolls, visibly damaged sausages, cheap baked rolls, orange juice that tastes like quench, cappucino from an old machine that works with milk powder. Horrible. Place in a dark corner - unfortunately the light is broken. Room: "Superior" room with rusty fittings, musty smell from the bathroom drain. Two simple chairs as the only seating next to the bed. No kettle. Stained wall. Hotel corridor with very stained carpet and pieces of furniture lying around. Window frame with chipped paint. Lots of dogs (which doesn't bother me personally). Spa area: I didn't want to try it under these circumstances. Parking costs extra (10 euros per day).

I've known Dolce since I was a child. Back then it was still called the Park Hotel. Hardly anything seems to have changed in the room furnishings. The rooms urgently need to be renovated and redecorated. Parking fees are quite expensive. The breakfast is very good and offers a wide selection. The sauna area and the adjacent swimming pool can almost make you forget about the uncomfortable rooms ;).

I spent a weekend (Friday - Sunday) relaxing in this hotel with my best friend (booked through Lidl travel). We were welcomed very warmly and were able to check in on time; There are sufficient parking spaces available on site. The room was well equipped (classic box spring double bed, small seating area with 2 seats, desk with chair, TV cabinet with small empty refrigerator and storage space, closet with enough space and a safe, a wardrobe, bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet, balcony with seating). Additionally, a bottle of water and instant coffee/tea (kettle in the TV cabinet) was provided free of charge. The room was very clean, enough towels and a bathrobe were provided per person. In the spa area there is a small fitness room with various cardio machines, free weights and a weights tower (extra towels are provided). In the sauna area there is a bio sauna, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, foot baths, showers, a small outdoor area and a relaxation room with loungers (sauna towels are also provided here). The pool area looks very spacious, but unfortunately could not be used due to repairs. Various beauty treatments can be booked, but we didn't use them. We really enjoyed our stay and don't rule out booking this hotel again. Restaurant Senses: We were both very impressed by the selection and quality of the food; the price-performance ratio was very good (my personal recommendation is the ox cheeks). We were served very nicely (big compliments to the service team) and felt very comfortable. Emotion Bar: Was our personal highlight; We have rarely had so much fun at a hotel bar. The wine recommendation as a welcome drink was to the point (I even ordered this wine for home), the bartender is an absolute top asset for every bar, both professionally and personally; We even had our special requests fulfilled. At this point, thank you very much again!

Nice old fashioned hotel with a spa. We stayed one night and everything was good. Gluten free options for breakfast.

Stay for one night. Service was very friendly, rooms were fine. Only the window in the shower was very stained. Otherwise satisfied so far.

For the money, the neighboring hotels are much better. Only a small bottle of water in the room. Parking fees of €14 per night. Additional small bottle of water €4 Cow tax, where neighboring hotels also have to waive it, has to be paid here: €6.5 The double bed is a single bed that is simply pushed together and then moves apart while you sleep. The location is unique, but there are several hotels where it is much better.

Old run-down hotel with an enormous renovation backlog. The prices charged for rooms in this condition are overpriced. Why this hotel has 4 stars remains a mystery to me. The service at the reception was very unfriendly and incompetent. We were only briefly informed that the swimming pool was closed at short notice (the ceiling partially collapsed), and we were not offered any compensation for this. Other hotel guests received free parking. Therefore, guests are not treated equally here. When we got to the room the heating was turned off, so a cold room awaited us. How good that the sauna worked. Relaxation room was unheated, just great! Breakfast is acceptable for the price, but it was better here and the staff were also friendlier. Why the empty plate is pulled out from under your nose and everything has to be cleared away so hastily is also a serious mistake on the part of the service! Wanted to eat in the restaurant one evening, ambience -1000%. Although many tables were happy, we were seated next to two group tables. The crowd of people clearly wasn't quiet. All I had to do was get up and say no thanks to the waiter! Such impudence and incompetence on the part of the waiter, an impudence! We visited the hotel a second time and were doubly disappointed. We were so looking forward to the swimming pool. Conclusion: Never ever again will this hotel see our money! Recommendation: Save your hard-earned money and book another hotel! Nobody wants these experiences!

Hotel very old-fashioned, lots of carpeting and little renovation. Swimming pool broken, we didn't receive any information about it, neither when checking in nor when picking up the bathrobes. Steam bath was also broken. The booking was incorrectly stored in the system, so we didn't have breakfast even though we paid. Only after discussions could this be resolved. Staff tried hard but were sometimes overwhelmed.

Parking is outrageously expensive and is even billed for even though it is not used. Staff friendly and location quite good.

Absolute Enttäuschung! Wir sind für ein Wellness Wochenende mit Gutschein gekommen und haben (nur) auf Nachfrage vorher erfahren, dass der Pool geschlossen ist. Vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass auch das Dampfbad nicht nutzbar ist. Das hätte man uns mindestens mitteilen müssen, als ich vor der Anreise explizit gefragt habe. Es gab weder einen Ersatz noch eine Entschuldigung dafür. Die Atmosphäre ist eher wie ein Lost Place, riesige Flure, leer und kalt. Dafür sind die Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig, allerdings alt und nicht besonders gemütlich. Die Waschbecken waren schimmelig und obwohl die Dusche modern wirkte war auch dort Schimmel und die Konstruktion sorgt bei jedem Duschen für eine Überflutung des Badezimmers. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein und ebenfalls völlig veraltet, das Bild war kaum erkennbar. Die Sky Sender, die in unserem Gutschein enthalten waren gab es nicht. Die Lage ist gut und man kann auch zu Fuß gut in die Stadt und den Park kommen. Der Parkplatz ist ständig besetzt und unglaublich teuer... Wir sind nichtmal darauf gekommen und mussten über 30 Minuten durch den Ort fahren, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, ausserdem gab es nicht genug Plätze wir haben Sonntag Morgen 10 Minuten gewartet und einen Kaffee im stehen getrunken bis uns andere Gäste netterweise Plätze an deren Tisch angeboten haben. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen! Auf Nachfragen bzw. Beschwerden per Mail habe ich nur schnippische Antworten erhalten.

Ich habe das Jugendstil Theater beim Hotel besucht. Zum Hotel selbst kann ich nichts sagen. Nur zum Theater welches eine Augenweide ist. Leider hat es dort wenig Beinfreiheit. Bei einer Vorstellung von 20 - 23:30 Uhr war das etwas anstrengend und ich wusste irgendwann nicht mehr wohin mit meinen Beinen. Nach der Pause war es unglaublich warm. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch dort werde ich etwas dünneres anziehen. Die Akustik und die Lichteffekte waren prima. Zu bemerken ist noch das es besser ist ohne Jacke ins Theater zu gehen. Denn nach der Vorstellung stehen viele Menschen vor der Garderobe und warten. Alle anderen die direkt zum Ausgang möchten müssen sich durch diese Menge durchschlagen. Geparkt habe ich auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz. Das Ticket habe ich vor der Vorstellung gezahlt. Es hat 7 € gekostet.

Seit 2000 bin ich regelmäßig auf Konferenzen in diesem Hotel. Großartig waren die Zeiten als wir im Pub after work mit Billiard gefeiert haben. Das wurde leider durch das Hotel beendet, der Pub wurde nicht mehr allgemein geöffnet. Seit etwa drei Jahren bin ich trotzdem sehr glücklich. Der Service - auch mit uns länger auszuhalten - und einen glücklichen Eindruck zu vermitteln hat erst geklappt seit Deniz Batista für uns zuständig wurde. Bevor hatten wir den Eindruck Ballast zu sein und mit ihm waren wir plötzlich Kunde. Vielen Dank Deniz. Wir vermissen den Pub nicht mehr dank dir.

Ordentliches und sauberes Hotel. Allerdings ist es schon gewaltig in die Jahre gekommen. Parkplatzsituation extrem schlecht geregelt, erst Recht wenn ein Heimspiel der Eishockeymanndchaft ist... Rückstau bzw. Hotelparkplatz gesperrt, trotz freier Plätze. Soll sinnvollerweise für Hotelgäste reserviert werden, allerdings müssen die es erstmal bis zur Schranke schaffen. Wenn man dies so macht, müsste an der Schrankeneinfahrt ein Mitarbeiter stehen, der das direkt vor Ort regelt. Bei der Abrechnung darauf achten, dass der Parkplatz richtig abgerechnet ist... In meinem Fall leider eine Nacht zuviel abgerechnet... Habe dies allerdings erst im Nachhinein bemerkt.

Wir wollten einen dreitägigen Wellness-Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen. Eine von drei Saunen war ausgefallen, die finnische Sauna erreichte nicht die angegebene Temperatur. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Schwimmbadnutzung zurzeit nicht möglich sei. Im Saunabereich wird durch eine Beschilderung um Ruhe gebeten, das Personal ist jedoch so laut, dass eine Entspannung erst nach unseren Hinweisen und Bitten um Ruhe, möglich war. Die Zimmer sind mehr als renovierungsbedürftig. Die veröffentlichten Fotos haben fast nichts mit der Realität zu tun! Als Entschädigung wurden uns die Parkgebühren erlassen. Diese Hotel verdient keine 4*, wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Enttäuschend. Habe das Hotel vom Kollegen übernommen, er wollte ein romantisches Wochenende erleben, es hat bei ihm nicht geklappt - also bin ich eingesprungen. Was soll man sagen, es sind angeblich 4 Sterne. Wo die Sterne sind, weiß ich nicht. Aber erst mal das Positive. Betten und Kissen sind bequem. Frühstück auch lecker. Kann man nichts beanstanden. Sauberkeit ok. Jetzt das weniger gute: Parkplätze 14€ bis 11 € am Tag. Empfinde ich als zu teuer. Unser Zimmer erinnerte uns an ein Altersheim. Großes Bad für Behinderte Menschen. In der Dusche keine Ablage für Utensilien. Der Duschkopf ist so verkalkt, einfach widerlich. Hätte man schon längst austauschen können. Beim duschen macht es einen unglaubliches helles Geräusch. Wieso das Reinigungspersonal das nicht weiter an die Technik sagt, verstehe ich nicht. Der pfeifende Ton ist so unangenehm . Ich hatte danach Ohrenschmerzen. Keine Wattestäbchen. Fön ist eher für Männer mit Glatze um die Kofhaut anzutrocknen. Frauen benötigen ca. 30 min bei der Stärke. Die Toilette behindertengerecht, nur sind wir nicht gehbehindert. Krankenhausvibes waren 100 %. Das Schwimmbad war kaputt sowie Dampfsauna. Leider hat uns das an der Rezeption niemand gesagt. Was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Weil das sollte eigentlich Wellness Wochenende sein. Kein Teppich im Zimmer. Sehr ungemütlich. Kaum Steckdosen. Neben Bett nur ein langes Kabel. Die Lampen sind schief angebracht. Das Bett steht an der wand, eine Person muss somit immer reinkriechen. Keine Couch im Zimmer um sich hinzusetzten. Ich habe am Empfang nachgefragt, warum wir ein Behindertenzimmer bekommen haben, Antwort es wäre das übliche Standardzimmer. Auf der Homepage des Hotels ist dieses Zimmer aber nicht als Standardzimmer abgebildet. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung für das nichtfunktionierende Schwimmbad. Wenigstens ein Drink aufs Haus hätte man anbieten können. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, weil viele Punkte zu 4 Sternen einfach nicht passen. War schon überall auf der Welt , auch in Absteigen. Das war dann aber 2 Sternehotel und man hat nicht viel erwartet. Hier hat sich meine Erwartungshaltung leider nicht erfühlt.

Wir waren hier beim diesjährigen ovag Variété und können nur sagen..Es war einfach wieder umwerfend gut, phantastisch, genial ! Die Fotos und Videos kommen den Dargebotenen nur annähernd nah..Deshalb Karten bestellen! :-)

Waren zum Wellness Urlaub über Silvester dort. Schön eingerichtet. Einladend, freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und professioneller Service rundum. tolles Frühstück (lohnt sich wirklich sehr!). Wellnessbereich (Sauna, Dampfbad, Pool waren sehr schön). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Dolce ist ein typisches Tagungshotel, ein sehr verschachtelter Bau, erinnert an ein Parteitagshotel der SPD. Lage ist zentral und sehr gut. Grosser Parkplatz. Die Suiten sind exzellent und angenehm. Aber: Im Sommer gibt es keine feste Klimaanlage. Das Personal könnte besser geschult sein. Fitnessraum und Pool sind schon um 7 Uhr morgens mit jungen Leuten knallvoll belegt. Keine Chance auf eine Nutzung vor dem Frühstück. Dafür grosser Vorteil: Weil dies ein typisches Tagungshotel ist, gibt es schon sehr früh Frühstück. Das Dolce ist für Menschen, die zur arbeitenden Bevölkerung gehören, klar zu empfehlen.

Ei sehr schöner Veranstaltungsort. Waren zum 20. Internationalen OVAG Varieté. Ein sehr schöner Abend und einer guten Show.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.... Aber sonst sehr schön und vor allem schön gelegen. Ohne Auto leider schlecht zu erreichen! Ansonsten ist insbesondere das große Schwimmbad toll. Man kann richtig schwimmen. Das Frühstück ging so... Der Saal war leider immer sehr überfüllt. Wir waren im Winter dort. Im Sommer mit Außengastronomie ist es bestimmt schöner.

Super tolles Programm, bin begeistert war ein sehr schönes Abend.

Wellness gebucht, leider wurden wir kurzfristig informiert, dass der Pool gesperrt ist. Als wir dann dort waren, war die Dampfsauna ebenfalls defekt. Eine Ersatzleistung wurde nicht angeboten.

In die Tage gekommenes Hotel, trotzdem schick. Die Lage am Kurpark ist genial. Man kann locker zu Fuß alles erreichen, auch die neue Sprudelhof Therme:) Leider ist das Restaurant Personal nicht wirklich 'gut' , da wird schonmal das Tagesmenü (sehr lecker übrigens) mit dem Standard Preis angerechnet, statt mit dem Tages Sonderpreis 🙁 immerhin fast 8€ Unterschied

Schwimmbad cool Sauna könnte liebevoller sein

Immer eine Freude im Dolce Gast zu sein. Wir schätzen das nette Personal und die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen für 5 Nächte mit Halbpension da. Im spa Bereich war leider der Fitness Bereich direkt neben dem Ruheraum, was eine beträchtliche Ruhestörung zur Folge hat, außerdem war auch das Dampfbad defekt. Das Restaurant Platanenhof wo die Halbpension in Buffet Form Angeboten wurde, war leider immer nur zum Frühstück geöffnet, und abends geschlossen was bedeutet das wir jedes mal dahin gelaufen sind und wir dann in das Restaurant Senses Gehen sollten. Da bekam man dann im Rahmen der Halbpension dann ein drei Gänge Menü mit 2 verschiedenen Hauptspeisen eine davon vegetarisch angeboten. Der Rezeption war es wohl nicht möglich den Gästen durch einen Aushang oder ähnliches die's mitzuteilen, schade für dieses große Hotel.

Eine super schöne Zeit.Tolles Frühstück. Am Empfang hat alles geklappt. Die Karten für Silvester lagen bereit.

Tolles Hotel freundliches Personal

Unser Zimmer war sauber und großzügig in der Raumaufteilung. Alles da, was man brauchte für einen angenehmen Aufenhalt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Matratze nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart, nach meinem Emfinden. Hier und da könnte die Hotelanlage einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Vor allem im äußeren Bereich hat die Außenfassade sehr unter den Witterungsverhältnissen gelitten. Gleiches gilt für den Frühstückssaal. Auch hier gibt es einige Ecken die etwas renoviert werden dürften. Dies war aber für unseren Aufenthalt nicht abträglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und das Personal war kontinuierlich damit beschäftigt aufzufüllen wo es zur neige ging. Einzigst der Kaffee aus den "Vollautomaten" war unterirdisch. Der schmeckte wie billiger, löslicher, Kaffee. Im Spabereich ist die Raumaufteilung etwas ungeschickt. Da sich der Fittnessraum direkt neben dem Ruhebereich der Saunen befindet. Es glich eher einem Unruheraum da man jedes Fitnessgerät dass in Aktin war lautstark im Ruheraum hören konnte. Das Personal war ausgesucht freundlich, egal ob Rezeption, Service Zimmer, Service Gastro oder der Barkeeper. Der Standort ist für einen 2 bis 3 Tage Aufenthalt perfekt. Innenstadt mit Fußgängerzone und super Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar. Frankfurt oder Wiebaden sind innerhalb 40 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ich war vollauf zufrieden und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt im schönen Bad Nauheim über den Jahreswechsel.
