Good house in a beautiful location. It's a beautifully located house and I've stayed there several times. If you have the time to use the park and the surrounding area, it is worth living there. Most travelers are (perceived estimates) business customers and the restaurants in the hotel are also well designed for groups. The theater next door has a changing program and events There is nothing to complain about. What I always notice during my stays (attention, a purely subjective assessment) is that there is something impersonal about the house. But it's like that in all larger hotels and chains. But it doesn't really influence my rating. However, I think that this traditional house needs to be run with a little more "warmth". I find the smoking area in the entrance area to be bad, as some conference groups like to smoke up the area, especially in the evening. However, this is probably difficult to solve in terms of the building, because smokers have to be able to smoke in an acceptable environment and distance.

Wonderful little town with a lot of flair.

I stayed here for three nights as part of a seminar. The house has a charm that is reminiscent of the old imperial era. However, the property needs renovation, especially the rooms, to today's modern standards.

The receptionist, whose name I don't want to mention, was extremely unfriendly. As a guest, you don’t want to hear statements like, “It’s not our problem.” Although the problem was definitely a hotel problem. The rooms are very dated and the furniture, especially where the refrigerator was installed, was moldy. Even for the little money, it's not worth staying there.

I was in this hotel as part of a training course....even at the reception you didn't feel warmly welcome...a very outdated hotel with a backlog of investments...you can tell that the only focus here is on profit. ...I imagine a 4-star hotel differently....the location directly at the spa park and close to the city compensated for a lot....

Breakfast has everything a woman and a man can eat in the morning. Maybe you should try making fresh scrambled eggs. The rooms are large, the staff is very friendly. We had very nice experiences both in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa area is clean, the organization was a little lame, but you can spend a few nice hours there. The friendliness of the hotel staff should be emphasized. What didn't work at all and doesn't correspond to a 4 star hotel: the beds. Because of the sliding back and forth, the nights were torture for us. The breakfast. Dried scrambled eggs, dry bacon...I don't want to list it all. The running around of the staff at breakfast, who are obviously instructed to constantly run along the tables like zoo pumas. Terrible! They're very nice about it, but you're sitting there a little uneasy when someone checks every 15 seconds to see if your plate is empty. A cleaning lady may not have understood it completely or meant it well, but "Do not disturb" should definitely mean that this room will not be opened and cleaned! Defective fittings (room 268 left sink and bathtub), empty hand soap and missing shampoo.... also doesn't belong to 4 stars. The age of the hotel is obvious but we didn't find it bothersome. The overall cleanliness was okay and the price was completely acceptable.

Perhaps because of the fall rain, we were able to enjoy fall even more abundantly. Dolce's surroundings. The interior of the hotel was large and cozy, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were clean and fresh, which was nice.

The conference itself took place the next day in the hotel's impressive theater, a truly special location that creates a great atmosphere. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. All in all a successful stay, I would come back at any time. Five stars!

MICE IN THE RESTAURANT The hotel benefits from its good location right next to the spa gardens, creating a relaxing atmosphere for relaxing walks. What is positive is the friendly and helpful staff, who always try to make your stay pleasant. The massages offered were also excellent and contribute to the wellness experience. Unfortunately, a few shortcomings marred the overall impression. Mice (!) were spotted in the restaurant area, raising concerns about hygiene. A selection of cakes was also completely missing - a point that is surprising for a wellness hotel. The maid entered the room several times without notice, which compromised privacy. The junior suite was very worn and did not offer the expected quality. There was no appropriate equipment such as glasses for the third person in the room. The bathroom was also very small, and a defective ventilation further reduced comfort. In addition, the elevator to the spa area turned out to be broken, which made access difficult and it was unpleasant to bump into guests in the conference area in their bathrobes. The wellness area itself is relatively small and therefore hardly meets the expectations of a wellness hotel. The organization in the restaurant was also inadequate and sometimes led to chaos. A parking fee of €14 per day seems hardly justified given the shortcomings mentioned. Overall, the hotel scores points for its location and dedicated service. However, the above-mentioned deficiencies in equipment, hygiene and organization impair relaxation and significantly reduce the feel-good atmosphere.

... unfortunately, after having stayed at this hotel almost 50 times, I was denied a late check out. Although I expressly requested it when making the reservation and upon arrival. As a now platinum member of the Wynham Group, I'm actually entitled to it. If I had been told in advance that there was no way to do this, it might not have been so bad, but I was really annoyed, especially since there wasn't even an apology from the staff. I am very disappointed.

The location of Dolce is of course incredibly good. We found the view from our superior room, the wonderful beds and the spacious DaySpar area almost as pleasant. Definitely 4 DEHOGA stars if it weren't for the breakfast: For me, the selection and especially the quality of the food and drinks were more on par with a well-run guesthouse in the DJH. In my opinion, the attentiveness of the service corresponded exactly to the impression that the breakfast room as such made on me. I felt a bit like I was in the casino for political officers in the former Palace of the Republic.

This four-star hotel is very conveniently located if you visit Bad Nauheim. Near the center and next to a large and beautiful park. The rooms are fine, the beds good. The bathroom is also okay. Large hotel with lots of rooms for events, but you can tell it's getting old. Rooms could use a renovation, in many bathrooms there are heavily clogged drains (in our case in 14 out of 50 rooms). Food OK, but not 4 star standard.

Great company event with (youth) style! We had a truly unforgettable team event at Dolce. With our almost 70 employees, we wanted to stay regional with overnight stays and we made exactly the right decision. The team and especially Chantal Valentin supported us with advice and support, gave us professional advice on planning and took our individual wishes into account with a lot of patience. A big thank you also to the service/kitchen/banquet team for the outstanding support from morning to night. We can recommend the team building offers to everyone, each a highlight in itself, depending on the occasion and preferences. Excellent organization and implementation by the “Event kollektiv” team - great fun guaranteed!! And the location at Dolce is simply perfect for this. Super great location. Since I was there as a wedding guest, I can only describe what I saw and experienced. Clean rooms, nice staff, everything on site - restaurant and the free wedding ceremony took place in one place. Great location for photos and video recordings too.

I had been here for 2 weeks business trip. Rooms in first floor are a few old and have no AC. Other room I booked was quite good. AC, cleaning service, breakfast or restaurant are all good one. Especially all around of hotel is green. You can feel the nature and see the squirrels. Receptionists are also very helpful. Some of them seem to be nervous sometimes but they might be in a bad day. We celebrated our wedding there. The food and service were very good. You're not allowed to spend the night there. Even the beautiful view doesn't justify the price of the room. 180€ for one night. No toilet paper, no large towel. No fridge and no safe either. No blinds, just thin curtains. The rooms overheated. No real light, just sparkles. Every nook and cranny is saved at the expense of the guests. You can see yourself in the bathroom mirror, but shaving and putting on makeup is almost impossible. Very unfortunate

Beautiful old and above all large hotel in a central location. We have been there twice so far and were satisfied. Friendly service! What we weren't entirely happy with was that we found coffee specialties at breakfast (e.g. cappuccino) undrinkable.

Very nice location, in the middle of the spa park and therefore traffic-calmed. The rooms are large and spacious, but unfortunately furnished a bit plainly. Not nice: The air conditioning doesn't work, which is very unpleasant when the outside temperature is 35 degrees. The restaurant is recommended; in summer you should definitely take a seat in the inner courtyard, if only because of the avenue of plane trees.

The hotel is very nice, attractive, harmonious furnishings, great bar, two restaurants (only one was open, small selection of warm food), an unbeatably beautiful location right next to the park and very close to the pedestrian zone. We had the standard room facing the courtyard with a view of the trees. The furnishings were functional, the size was perfectly fine, the bathroom was small and had a bathtub. We'll definitely be back.

We were here over the Pentecost weekend and would like to give feedback on the accommodation, service and breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and the complex itself is really beautiful, especially the outdoor areas and the adjacent park with the possibility of long, great walks. However, the hotel itself has already seen its best years - it is very old. Our room (standard) was very large and clean. Also great, the small balcony with lots of greenery. We would like to positively emphasize the friendliness of the staff at breakfast and in the bar. The breakfast itself was okay. We noticed the staff at reception as particularly negative on all three days. There was no friendliness here. We also tested the spa area. This was fine and sufficient. Saunas, steam room, swimming pool, free towels and water.

I was recently at a conference on site with around 180 people. The Dolce gives a rather shabby impression both inside and out. The rooms in particular are reminiscent of this. The theater could also use new chairs. In general, the entire hotel would benefit from a renovation. The food was good, but there was room for improvement compared to other hotels of this class. As far as the service is concerned, we were very satisfied. The hotel's employees deserve special mention. Overall, it's okay, the quiet location and the impressive park in front of the door obviously contribute to your well-being. For business trips or conferences, it should be mentioned that there is a lot of space for conferences and meetings and, due to the versatility of the rooms, requests can be easily accommodated.

Wonderful hotel, our wedding venue

I spent some time in the hotel lounge today and felt very comfortable!

A very large hotel, with many seminar rooms. The rich breakfast buffet tastes very good and once something was out of stock, it didn't take long until it was back. Lunch and dinner were just as good, with plenty of choices for meat and vegetarian dishes. You sleep peacefully in the rooms. The directly located park invites you to take a walk. My only gripe is that more attention needs to be paid to fire prevention and the employees must be sensitized accordingly so that the fire/smoke barriers do not become wedged in the future.

If I imagine that I would have wanted to spend a nice wellness weekend here with my partner, I would have been absolutely disappointed. Unfortunately, despite the huge selection, the breakfast didn't convince me at all because they only use cheap food. You can notice and taste it straight away! My tip: quality instead of quantity The restaurant in the lobby has completely exorbitant prices. Here, too, the quality of the food is not good. The ambience was ok here. I can positively rate the friendly staff and the beautiful location.

The hotel was pretty nice and clean. I wish breakfast was included, and we ended up eating out because it's cheaper. If I remember correctly, it was around 25-30 euro per person for breakfast, maybe even more, but don’t hold me for my words since I might be wrong altogether. The parking place is pretty safe since you can't leave the parking area without paying for parking. Definitely wished parking was free, though. You would think it would be included since you're staying at the hotel, but unfortunately 😕it's not included. We paid 35.20€ for two days.

4 stars??? - only for the prices in the hotel bar! Very annoying experience for quite a bit of money. The worst was the breakfast - inedible! Old cheese that rolls, visibly damaged sausages, cheap baked rolls, orange juice that tastes like quench, cappucino from an old machine that works with milk powder. Horrible. Place in a dark corner - unfortunately the light is broken. Room: "Superior" room with rusty fittings, musty smell from the bathroom drain. Two simple chairs as the only seating next to the bed. No kettle. Stained wall. Hotel corridor with very stained carpet and pieces of furniture lying around. Window frame with chipped paint. Lots of dogs (which doesn't bother me personally). Spa area: I didn't want to try it under these circumstances. Parking costs extra (10 euros per day).

I've known Dolce since I was a child. Back then it was still called the Park Hotel. Hardly anything seems to have changed in the room furnishings. The rooms urgently need to be renovated and redecorated. Parking fees are quite expensive. The breakfast is very good and offers a wide selection. The sauna area and the adjacent swimming pool can almost make you forget about the uncomfortable rooms ;).
