We had a larger order (€177) for takeout. So, we were missing a meal and a Big King XXL. You can totally save yourself the hassle. The BK employee said he took extra time to make sure everything was complete. Well, they just couldn't do anything. Maybe it was the wrong day of the week, or they simply ordered too much.

I've been there several times now, but today (August 29, 2024) was the last time. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I have no other choice here. You come in and you're seen, you're not even greeted. Since someone in front of me had a slightly longer order today, I ordered at the new terminal. I placed the order at 4:53 p.m. Thankfully the card readers didn't work, so I would have had to pay in cash. So I've already taken out my €3 so that I have it ready. I stood there and stood there. There were 2 employees who prepared food at one speed (as I read in reviews that have already been written, I'm not the only one who sees it that way). I was looked at several times so they noticed me too (at least it seemed that way to me). One employee walked past the checkout, did something and went back to work. After 10 minutes at 5:03 p.m. I left and will definitely not come back. Conclusion: At the beginning I always thought it was okay, but over time it became more and more unfriendly. I can't give any recommendation.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired; if the displays aren't working, it's almost impossible to order anything because the service is poor. I've experienced much better things at other branches.
