Shahba just got better! I've always been happy, but after the new menu I'm a real fan! The taste of the dishes is on a new level - fresh, perfectly seasoned and simply incredibly delicious. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. The billing is incorrect at the checkout. I got way too much back. I had to give math tutoring for a bit. Today I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fries. In the drive in. The water for €4.00!!! I didn't take it with me after all. I got half-cooked, dry fries. They didn't put the cheeseburger in my bag. I think I won't come back and try the snack chain across the street

I was just at the drive-in with my friends. A younger man at the window told us in his broken German to never come back because we explained to him the difference between Coke Zero and normal Coke, since we had ordered it and he and simply said that it makes no difference what we drink!!!!! Then we called them directly on site to complain. The person who answered was angry immediately after 2 seconds and threatened to give my number to the police and hung up on my face without me being able to say anything! Not recommended at all. Impolite . Everything happened on January 21, 25 at 10:10 p.m.
