We live near McDonald's in Neheim. We've been to several McDonald's on the road, but what we've noticed time and time again is how overwhelmed the staff is. Orders are incorrect, sometimes items are missing. This can be resolved on site, but we get rude replies. And today was the icing on the cake. We ordered breakfast at 10:14. At 10:53, we finally got our takeaway bag (we were passing through for a day trip) after several inquiries. Apparently, the slip disappeared, we were told. The food (a McDonald's wrap) was cold, and the wrong one! I had ordered bacon and got cheese. If it had been warm, it might have been even tastier. Unfortunately, we only noticed in the car that a McDonald's muffin was completely missing, as well as the Nutella we had ordered. As I wrote at the beginning, we travel a lot and have been to many McDonald's, but we're definitely never going back here!
