Very dirty! Glue tables and floors. Sanitary facilities catastrophic. Rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's.

I haven't experienced anything like that here in Neheim or anywhere else at McDonald's. I ordered a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger and got chicken nuggets instead. I then complained and got a cheeseburger. Everything's ok up to this point, now here's the kicker. I know that you get the cheeseburger and everything is ok, the gentleman actually took the 4 chicken nuggets out of the box and disposed of them.

Es tut uns wirklich leid das wir gerade auf die völlig bekloppte Idee gekommen sind euch zu besuchen und essen zu bestellen. Ehrlich, wir beide kamen uns gerade vor als wären wir echt etwas ungelegen gekommen. Ich weiß auch nicht was mir in den Kopf geschossen kam, als ich dann nach etwas mehr als 15 Minuten des Wartens für uns allen ernstes Bestellen wollte. Das kommt so nicht noch mal vor. Versprochen. Übrigens das Essen war letztlich echt wirklich gut - bei Nase's Frittenbude - und wir waren satt. Allerdings hatte ich gestern etwas zu viel Curry auf der Currywurst. Aber nun, dass ist ja ein anderes Thema. . .

I've never seen a McDonald's like this without a changing table. I know other McDonald's are child-friendly, but two-story buildings with so many tables and so much space that you can't build a changing table is really weird.!

The service was absolutely cheeky… no words!!!! I had to wait 16 minutes to pay and then I was rudely asked about my age. Here I ask myself the question, why do they want to know this? The food was still cold when it arrived at the table and the extra order was not taken into account, despite the additional costs I had to pay. All in all, a bad shed that needs to be torn down.

Attention MC-Drive buyers! Here you are being systematically screwed over! It's beautiful madness. Here I am surprised every time, and in a negative sense. Since I assume that employees can't be so scatterbrained that they "accidentally" forget something every time, one could almost suspect that there is a system behind it. Sometimes parts of the food are missing (sometimes nuggets, sometimes a burger) and if you want to be clever because you remember how things went the last time, the toy from the Happy Meal is missing. An absolute disgrace!!!! So all MC-Drive customers: check your orders for completeness! Another update after another three orders: Once I didn't get a Happy Meal, once I got a cheeseburger, once I got 6 nuggets.

Getting to and from the parking lot and to and from the dive in are a disaster. Otherwise everything was fine.

Evaluating the quality of the food turned out to be a level 6 puzzle. After fighting the broken terminal, enduring the waiting time of over 20 minutes half-starved and completing the staff's language bingo, we were still able to "enjoy" our food. Well, almost, strictly speaking, we first had to discuss with the employees about forgotten fries and mayo, but to err is human and I'm not too petty. The trip to the upper floor ultimately turned out to be a fatal mistake, because "old McDonald's" farm animals would have felt at home there. Wet, dirty and the only thing missing was the rats.

The driveway has already ruined the fender. If you want to drive from the rear parking lot to the exit and the mcdrive is full, you should be patient. High risk of accidents... the rest is just normal like all other branches. And check your packed food. Something is often missing

A very classy and pleasant-smelling establishment with fantastic service and elegant sanitary facilities. Every meal there is a real culinary delight and I have never found any defects or anything similar in the preparation of my food. I wouldn't consider myself a regular customer, but I do have some history with this place. I associate him with special moments and a lot of fun. It has a very good location in the heart of the metropolis of Neheim and has plenty of parking and seating opportunities. Rumor has it they have an exceptionally good foot massage. I haven't been able to convince myself of it yet

It is a normal branch. It was clean, nothing going on. Parking is free. What can you say about McDonald's? Service is already there and the order is brought to the table if you want it. There is nothing vegan there.

The store itself is fine. Generally clean (there are sometimes exceptions) and the orders are usually made correctly. However, they are not at all strict about breakfast times!! Although it should be the case that breakfast lasts until 11:30 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays, you can do whatever you want here and breakfast sometimes ends at 10 a.m. during the week. I've been there a few times now (just after 10) where all I was told was that there was no more breakfast. That simply can't be the case. There are clear rules that you should adhere to if you don't want to lose guests. Nowadays I much prefer to go to normal cafes and restaurants again because McDonald's generally only disappoints you.

2 points deducted for service, there are no opening times at the drive-in counter, the restaurant was lit up on Sunday mornings, and so were the advertising boards with breakfast, so I stood at the ordering counter. After 5 minutes of nothing happening, I drove to the second counter and asked politely, the answer was: our opening times are written on the front door. (after driving through McDrive once you reach the door) and 2 stars deducted for the ambience, the outside of the Mc Donalds looks like it did 30 years ago when it opened. I rate the food 5 stars because I am aware that I am visiting a fast food chain and not a gourmet temple, so I can only rate fast food, and it deserves 5 stars, it is filling and costs money. And that's exactly what fast food should do

Toilets are not clean. It smells very much of urine and there are traces of excrement from the previous user on the edge of the toilet. The tables on the upper floor were all dirty and not wiped. The return carts were all full, so you had to somehow put your tablets on top. Instead of normal chicken nuggets, we got the spicy ones. Wouldn't be so bad if the spicy nuggets hadn't been in a box of regular nuggets. It was also stupid that they were included in the Happy Meal. Two books were selected for two Happy Meals. But only one book was included and unfortunately one that we didn't want in the first place. There were young people hanging out on the upper floor who didn't eat anything and generously took over the seats. Overall, a real disappointment. It's a case for Team Wallraff.

A typical McDonald's. Great cleaning staff. This is not always usual. Great children's play area with tables in a slightly separated area. With large orders you always have to be careful that nothing is missing or mixed up. But it is always easily refilled if something is missing.

Sort of dirty, storage trolleys overflowing. Employees are more busy entertaining than working. The floor is sticky, there are food residues everywhere on the floor.

Then at home when unpacking: Three burgers are missing!!! They appear on my receipt but not in my bag!😉 Of course no one picks up when you try to call the branch.🤣 How can this happen all the time? With such a large order, even after handing over the bags, I can't check whether everything is there and rummage through the bags and count. Is that a method? The staff was very friendly to us and brought our order to our table after a short time. The cleanliness was okay and not objectionable. It's been a long time since I've been to mcd again. And it was definitely the last time I bought anything to eat here! It was shocking how outrageously expensive everything has become here. At the same time, some of the burgers have become a third smaller than they used to be. The whole thing really borders on a rip-off. Never again!

I ordered an Oreo coffee with chocolate sauce. This arrived without the chocolate sauce. After requesting a new one, I got a McFlurry WITH ICE CUBES. Who the hell puts ice cubes in ice cream?! It doesn't matter that I got the wrong order for the second time, but an ice cream with ice cubes?!

It would be nice if delivery could finally be made to old Arnsberg... you would deserve well that our Burger King doesn't want to have anything to do with such a supplier program here

This was the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to and it wasn't busy. Of the 4 employees, 2 disappeared immediately and one employee just walked from left to right, had private conversations and looked at her watch every 30 seconds. The one employee who was left took care of all the orders on her own. Waiting time for 3 burgers and 2 drinks was 20-30 minutes and as I said: it wasn't full.

I've been here again for a while and I noticed that the prices have now gone through the roof. I ordered 3 burgers to take away, which turned out to be a bad mistake because a lot of things were missing, e.g. All side dishes except for one sauce. The burgers were cold and carelessly put together, the whole thing for just under 28 euros is a disgrace. McDonald's has also lost a lot of flavor in terms of taste.

If you want food, it's better to order somewhere else!

Very cool shop here. Saturday evening atmosphere is better than in any 3-class porno. The communication in the store is first class. Low-flying chairs would improve the mood here. We were there early in the morning. Order at mc drive. Everything was very friendly, the staff were very attentive for the time of day. We were completely satisfied (I've been to worse shops). There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It's a good branch. Thanks to the service, it was simply great.

Food as always 10/10, but still 1 star because one of the staff was so unfriendly. She is at most 1.50cm tall and around 50-60 years old. I took a balloon, whereupon she snatched it out of my hand and shouted at me with the sentence: "that's just for children" (I'm 15 🥲), I couldn't answer because I was so shocked (my girlfriend was too). 😂

Über essen braucht man ja nicht viel sagen entweder schmeckt es oder man lässt es aber was unverschämt ist gilt allerdings generell für alle Filialen dass die Burger ziemlich klein geworden sind Hier in dieser Filiale das größte Problem ist dass die Bestellungen fehlerhaft sind oder bzw. Oft ein oder mehrere Teile fehlen über Soßen kann man mal weg sehen aber nicht wenn Pommes oder gar Burger fehlt

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Besuch bei McDonald’s. Sehr unorganisiertes Personal: absolut überfordert bei der Koordination, wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, einiges hat dann noch gefehlt worauf wir dann nochmals 10min warten mussten.

Nach geschlagenen 50 Minuten habe Ich mein Essen auch mal bekommen. Und wenn man sich beschwert hat, hat man nur eine patzige Antwort zurück bekommen. Geld zurückzubekommen war auch nicht möglich weil niemand mit einem geredet hat. Der schlechteste, unfreundlichste und unstrukturierteste McDonalds in dem ich je war. Die sollten sich schämen!!!
