Waiting for over half an hour. Barely fluent in German and not even able to pack the goods properly. It can hardly have been about speed, never again

Ordered food via the app for the umpteenth time, again like today, another 60 euro order, and asked twice if everything was in it, and again you got home and half of it was missing again, such an incompetent team I haven't experienced that in a long time, the same idiots have been working there for years and can't even manage to complete an order. I'm so fed up, it's not about the money for me, it's about the fact that you want to eat something at home and Every time something is missing, please hire new people or tear the place down

2 points deducted for service, there are no opening times at the drive-in counter, the restaurant was lit up on Sunday mornings, and so were the advertising boards with breakfast, so I stood at the ordering counter. After 5 minutes of nothing happening, I drove to the second counter and asked politely, the answer was: our opening times are written on the front door. (after driving through McDrive once you reach the door) and 2 stars deducted for the ambience, the outside of the Mc Donalds looks like it did 30 years ago when it opened. I rate the food 5 stars because I am aware that I am visiting a fast food chain and not a gourmet temple, so I can only rate fast food, and it deserves 5 stars, it is filling and costs money. And that's exactly what fast food should do

Very clean, tidy... highly recommended

Toilets are not clean. It smells very much of urine and there are traces of excrement from the previous user on the edge of the toilet. The tables on the upper floor were all dirty and not wiped. The return carts were all full, so you had to somehow put your tablets on top. Instead of normal chicken nuggets, we got the spicy ones. Wouldn't be so bad if the spicy nuggets hadn't been in a box of regular nuggets. It was also stupid that they were included in the Happy Meal. Two books were selected for two Happy Meals. But only one book was included and unfortunately one that we didn't want in the first place. There were young people hanging out on the upper floor who didn't eat anything and generously took over the seats. Overall, a real disappointment. It's a case for Team Wallraff.

A typical McDonald's. Great cleaning staff. This is not always usual. Great children's play area with tables in a slightly separated area. With large orders you always have to be careful that nothing is missing or mixed up. But it is always easily refilled if something is missing.

Sort of dirty, storage trolleys overflowing. Employees are more busy entertaining than working. The floor is sticky, there are food residues everywhere on the floor.

You should sabotage McDonald's. What is offered here as breakfast toast does not look like toast, does not taste like toast and, above all, is not the size of toast. Rip-off at its best! Something is always missing from the order via McDrive. As well as on August 19th, 2024 around 4 p.m. Ordered for 6 people. Paid €50. Then at home when unpacking: Three burgers are missing!!! They appear on my receipt but not in my bag!😉 Of course no one picks up when you try to call the branch.🤣 How can this happen all the time? With such a large order, even after handing over the bags, I can't check whether everything is there and rummage through the bags and count. Is that a method? It happens all the time, even with other guests! Since you don't value satisfied customers, we will no longer visit McD, there are enough alternatives. Worst service ever!!! The staff was very friendly to us and brought our order to our table after a short time. The cleanliness was okay and not objectionable. In any case, the clientele on a Saturday evening doesn't give you a feeling of security. I certainly wouldn't go here again at 8 p.m. with my daughter. Tuners, speeders and Talahons in one place do not invite you to a relaxed "quick snack". The burgers two Royal TS were poor. The meat was very dry. The fries aren't salted and the cola from the paper cup just tastes like it's made of cardboard without a straw. This was our last attempt. McDonald's lost us. It's been a long time since I've been to mcd again. And it was definitely the last time I bought anything to eat here! It was shocking how outrageously expensive everything has become here. At the same time, some of the burgers have become a third smaller than they used to be. The whole thing really borders on a rip-off. Never again!

Unfriendly staff, forgot half the order...unfriendly!

I ordered an Oreo coffee with chocolate sauce. This arrived without the chocolate sauce. After requesting a new one, I got a McFlurry WITH ICE CUBES. Who the hell puts ice cubes in ice cream?! It doesn't matter that I got the wrong order for the second time, but an ice cream with ice cubes?!

It would be nice if delivery could finally be made to old Arnsberg... you would deserve well that our Burger King doesn't want to have anything to do with such a supplier program here

This was the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to and it wasn't busy. Of the 4 employees, 2 disappeared immediately and one employee just walked from left to right, had private conversations and looked at her watch every 30 seconds. The one employee who was left took care of all the orders on her own. Waiting time for 3 burgers and 2 drinks was 20-30 minutes and as I said: it wasn't full.

Don't buy the mcflurry, it gave me bad diarrhea

Tables dirty, long waiting time. The employee didn't process the order and, when I asked politely, turned her back and didn't respond. Waiting 40 minutes for two standard menu items has nothing to do with fast food.

The ice cream tasted bitter. Complaints were only possible under protest. Interior pretty shabby.

I've been here again for a while and I noticed that the prices have now gone through the roof. I ordered 3 burgers to take away, which turned out to be a bad mistake because a lot of things were missing, e.g. All side dishes except for one sauce. The burgers were cold and carelessly put together, the whole thing for just under 28 euros is a disgrace. McDonald's has also lost a lot of flavor in terms of taste.

It was now the last attempt...and again it failed completely. Order placed for delivery at 9:47am. Delivery time for lunch break 12:15 p.m. was given and confirmed. Last update of faded gold M is now: Delivery time 1:38pm (!). Break over. And again everyone was in a bad mood, again like every time when ordering from MC-Donalds. Sorry, but that's it for now. If you want food, it's better to order somewhere else!

Very cool shop here. Saturday evening atmosphere is better than in any 3-class porno. The communication in the store is first class. Low-flying chairs would improve the mood here. The customers yell at the staff and the cleanliness of the store also leaves something to be desired. Normally it is unreasonable to eat here after 11 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We were there early in the morning. Order at mc drive. Everything was very friendly, the staff were very attentive for the time of day. We were completely satisfied (I've been to worse shops). There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It's a good branch. Thanks to the service, it was simply great.

McDonald's, but I got a straw with my cola!

Food as always 10/10, but still 1 star because one of the staff was so unfriendly. She is at most 1.50cm tall and around 50-60 years old. I took a balloon, whereupon she snatched it out of my hand and shouted at me with the sentence: "that's just for children" (I'm 15 🥲), I couldn't answer because I was so shocked (my girlfriend was too). 😂

Über essen braucht man ja nicht viel sagen entweder schmeckt es oder man lässt es aber was unverschämt ist gilt allerdings generell für alle Filialen dass die Burger ziemlich klein geworden sind Hier in dieser Filiale das größte Problem ist dass die Bestellungen fehlerhaft sind oder bzw. Oft ein oder mehrere Teile fehlen über Soßen kann man mal weg sehen aber nicht wenn Pommes oder gar Burger fehlt

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Besuch bei McDonald’s. Sehr unorganisiertes Personal: absolut überfordert bei der Koordination, wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, einiges hat dann noch gefehlt worauf wir dann nochmals 10min warten mussten.

Nach geschlagenen 50 Minuten habe Ich mein Essen auch mal bekommen. Und wenn man sich beschwert hat, hat man nur eine patzige Antwort zurück bekommen. Geld zurückzubekommen war auch nicht möglich weil niemand mit einem geredet hat. Der schlechteste, unfreundlichste und unstrukturierteste McDonalds in dem ich je war. Die sollten sich schämen!!!

Es ist eine Unverschämtheit,das McDonald's-Fahrzeuge auf öffentlichen Parkplätze ( 3 ) parken und Anderen den Platz wegnehmen.Außerdem kann man den Müll im Umkreis von mindestens 200Metern wegräumen.

Man wartet über 20 min auf das Essen, obwohl kaum etwas los ist und das für ein Eis, einen Burger und eine Pommes. Das Restaurant selbst ist unsauber und nicht gepflegt. Obwohl extra ausgewiesen haben wir keine Monopoly Gewinnchancen zu unserem Essen bekommen…

Asyunterkunft 2.0. Unfreundliches Personal was keinerlei der Deutchen Sprachen mächtig ist. Dann fehlten mir zwei Pommes, ich ging also wieder rein. Die Indische Tante an der Kasse, wollte davon nichts wissen, und wollte von mir Geld haben, als ich dann sagte, es fehlt aber, ging sie einfach weg, und lies sich nicht mehr blicken, musste dann den Chef ansprechen, selbst dann habe ich nur 2x Mayo bekommen, obwohl ich 3x wollte... Unfähiges ausländisches Personal ganz ehrlich. Stellt Leute ein, die vernünftig Deutsch sprechen können, und keine Flüchtlinge

Der Service, eine Katastrophe. Am driveIn wurden wir mit einem, nicht sehr freundlichen Tonfall und den worten:,, Hallo" begrüßt. Die junge Frau am Schalter sagte, nach unserer Bestellung, in einem Kommando Tonfall ,,Vorfahren" Freundlichkeit gleich null. Laut ihrem Gesichtsausdruck war sie nicht wirklich motiviert, nachdem wir zahlten, standen wir noch einige Minuten neben der jungen Dame am Fenster. Offenbar interessierte sie sich mehr für ihr Handy, als an die heranführen Kundschaft. Ich hab schon einiges erlebt ik dieser Filiale, aber so eine demotivierte, schlecht gelaunte und unfreundlich Service Kraft mit Handy während der Arbeit am Schalter, ist mir noch nicht unter gekommen......

Erschreckend, wie lang man auf seine Bestellung warten muss und wie überfordert das Personal erscheint!!

MC Donalds mit zwei gemütlichen Etagen toller McDonald's

Es ist jetzt das Dritte mal in Folge das wir entweder das Falsche bekommen oder etwas entscheidendes fehlt. Für mich definitiv das letzte mal McDonalds. Bei den Preisen kann ich erwarten, dass ich auch das bekomme was ich bestellt habe.

Am liebsten würde ich keinen Stern vergeben!!! Der Service ist zum kotzen!!! Ich will einmal erleben das die Bestellung vollständig ist oder das richtige eingepackt wird!!!! Normalerweise müsste Mann den Kram nehmen und den rotz über die Theke werfen!!! Bei so viel Geld das man bezahlt erwartet man das man auch ALLES UND DAS RICHTIGE BEKOMMT!!!

Stellenweise elendig lange Wartezeiten, auch unabhängig von der Anzahl der Gäste. Personal aber immer freundlich und bemüht, Lokal und Toiletten sind sauber.

Es ist so ein normaler MC Donalds. Aber der hier ist meistens nicht wirklich sauber. Das liegt ggf an der Kundschaft, doch reinlich ist er eher nicht. Leider möchten die Kinder immer wieder da hin

Verkehrstechnische Katastrophe. Wenn man oben parkt und im Lokal ist und der Drive in ist voll, kommt man nicht weg. Wir haben nach dem Essen 20min. gebraucht, um vom Gelände zu kommen. Nie wieder...

Eigendlich sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Essen ist halt MC.Donnalds. Toilette war halbwegs sauber. Man sah sogar Beim Essen das seltene geschöpf: Putzfrau.(sehr selten in MC.s gesehen)

Unfreundliches Personal beim Drive. Das Essen wurde kalt in der Tüte übergeben und meine Tochter hat ein langes Haar aus ihrem Burger gezogen. Echt nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Jedes Mal vergisst der Service etwas von meiner Bestellung, außerdem können die Geringverdiener nichtmal deutsch. Unakzeptabel!!!

Unfreundlich, angeblich bekommt man für sein Getränk keinen Deckel wenn man im Laden verzehrt. Habe mein Getränk nicht Austrinken können und habe dann nach einem Deckel gefragt wonach mich der Mitarbeiter angepöbelt und ausgelacht hat. Auch wenn ich bezahle sei es kein Grund einen Deckel zu bekommen und das seien die Standards an diesem Standort. Er müsse auch nicht freundlich sein. Unmöglich so ein Verhalten. Sehr enttäuschend und sehr unangenehm, wenn ein andere Entscheiden will welche Menge man zu trinken hat.

Es hat fast 20 min gedauert bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben,

Unglaublich.... ich war schon in vielen Filialen von McDonalds. Bei den einen wird was vergessen, bei den anderen dauert es etwas länger. Aber diese Filiale.... ich weiß echt nicht was ich schreiben soll. Wir haben unsere Bestellung um 19:58 Uhr am Termin abgeschlossen, als um 20:25 Uhr immer noch kein Essen bei uns war, bin ich mal an den Schalter. Anscheinend wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen, storniert oder ignoriert. Die Belegschaft wirkte total überfordert (wir waren nicht die einzigen). Uns wurde schnell ein Menü zusammen gebastelt aus dem was noch rum lag. Am Ende hatten wir nicht das was wir wollten aber dafür reichlich "gratisproben" von Burger die wir nicht gezahlt hatten. Einmal und nie wieder, auch wenn wir noch eine Stunde länger fahren müssten.

Sehr schnell, obwohl es viele Leute drin waren. Sauber, freundlich, lecker. Wir sind zufrieden.

Das ist der dreckigste McDonalds in Deutschland und ich besuche oft Restaurants dieser Kette. Es gibt seit Monaten kein Eis!, weil sich der Geschäftsführer nach Aussagen der Mitarbeiter nicht darum kümmert. Dass Mc Donalds hier nicht tätig wird und einschreitet, ist mir rätselhaft. Denke der Geschäftsführer war schon lange nicht mehr vor Ort.

Service und Qualität werden immer schlechter. Egal ob Bestellung oder Bor Ort geholt ist inzwischen jedes mal etwas fehlerhaft, dieses mal fehlte ein kompletter Burger, leider erst zuhause kontrolliert worden.
