Not the best branch. A bit unclean, although the staff seem to be making an effort. Probably very overcrowded and not enough staff. Will probably be renovated soon.

I went to this Burgerking a while ago (January 2025) because I was picking up friends from the airport. I don't even know where to start. Self-service terminals all broken. Ok, that can happen. So order at the counter. A completely listless person was waiting for me at the counter and she barely managed to take my order. It should be noted that unfortunately there are no soft drinks such as Cola, Fanta, Sprite today. You could offer me water or a milkshake for an additional 50 cents. Afterwards I received my order, I ordered Plant Based Burger. My friend opened the paper and there was bacon on the plant based burger. I'm uncomplicated and understand that something like that can happen in a full restaurant... However, I was the only one at that moment. So I went back in and there was no one at the counter for 8(!) minutes. I called out loud twice. No reaction. Until someone happened to come later. I say bacon on a plant based burger doesn't work. And then the employee at this store actually starts discussing with me that I have to cancel the bacon separately. ON A VEGAN BURGER. I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of basic understanding. Afterwards I reluctantly received my order... which was also wrong again. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like queuing up again. I have NEVER experienced such unmotivated and unfriendly service. Avoid at all costs. Better get something at the gas station next door

you can eat better at the airport; Why am I asked for a tip (card payment) even though it is self-service? French fries that have already been fried are fried again (honestly!)... all around... if you're hungry you can't ignore it... it's better to spread some bread and put it in your backpack...
