In short... we were passing through on the motorway and quickly stopped at KFC... the shop was dirty, we had to wait a long time for the food, so it was more like slow food than fast food... And the atmosphere in the shop is sober, cold and unwelcoming... A lot of it probably has to do with the fact that there were too few staff for too many customers. But as a customer I can't do anything about that...
