Das Essen war wie immer gut. Das für KFC außergewöhnliche Gebäude gefiel mir besonders durch die Terrasse und den schönen Ausblick

Ewige Wartezeit, zig Bestellungen vorgezogen.

Essen war gut. Allerdings ist das Restaurant sehr dreckig gewesen. Sogar die Türklinken haben geklebt. Das müsste dringend geändert werden.

An sich war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Laden, da ich hier bereits gegessen habe. Dieses mal war ich leider sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl mein Freund als auch ich haben trotz einer Veggie Bestellung echtes Fleisch bekommen. Weiterhin funktionierten die Getränkeautomaten auch nicht wie sie sollten. So kam statt Pepsi Wasser und statt Schwip Schwap Orangenlimonde.

Waren zum all you can eat dort, wurden bestens bedient. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Strahinja bester Mann ✌🏼👌🏼

Zum All You Can Eat bei KFC und sind total zufrieden. Das Essen war frisch, lecker und es wurde immer schnell nachgelegt. Ein riesiges Lob geht an den Mitarbeiter Strahinja – absolut bester Mann! Super freundlich, aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt. So einen engagierten Mitarbeiter erlebt man nicht oft. KFC kann sich glücklich schätzen, ihn im Team zu haben. Meiner Meinung nach hat er eine Beförderung mehr als verdient! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Habe mir Hotwings geholt,furze trocken und nur lauter so kleine Teile die alle schon bestimmt 8 Stunden lagen.

Das Personal wirkte sichtlich genervt und starrte uns fassungslos an. Die Pommes waren kalt und matschig, der Burger geschmacklos, das Brötchen kalt, der Speck kaum gebraten, fast roh, und das Hähnchen war zwar heiß, aber trocken und geschmacklos. Ich kann dieses Lokal absolut nicht empfehlen. Wir werden nie wiederkommen. Wir waren zu dritt und haben alle Emotionen, die auf dem Bild zu sehen sind, selbst erlebt.

Dieser Kentucky Fried Chicken bietet etwas Besonderes.... Einen großen Kaffee für 1 Euro. Da kann man nebenan schon das drei bis vierfache bezahlen... Und der Service ist exzellent... Der Mitarbeiter hat sogar die Milch eingefüllt und den Kaffee umgerührt.... Einen kurzen Kaffeestopp hier kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Hündchenteile schmecken natürlich auch lecker....

Ich war mit meiner Tochter in dieser Filiale. Meine Tochter bestellte eine Box mit Wings. Die Wings waren leider nicht durch und noch ganz glasig. Ich ging an den Counter und reklamierte die Wings, die Mitarbeiter schauten sich die Wings an, verstanden mein Problem nicht und fragten dann doch noch ob ich andere haben möchte. Dies bejahte ich. Die zweite Portion wies genau das gleiche Problem auf.eine dritte Portion haben wir dann doch gerne verzichtet. Nie wieder

Gute Qualität, guter Service und sauber.

Schöner relativ neuer KFC, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gute Auswahl an leckeren Buckets. Die Jungs dort waren lustig und auf Zack. Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell zubereitet. Alles war noch sehr heiss und frisch. So soll es sein!

Personal freundlich, Bestellung über die aufgestellten Bestellterminals einfach und schnell. Speisenzubereitung schnell. Restaurant und Toiletten waren sauber. Preise der einzelnen Speisen haben etwas angezogen, aber ist nach meinen empfinden gerade noch akzeptabel.

Wunderschöner Ort. Konnten auf der Dachterrasse sitzen. Beim serice gibt es einen Stern Abzug, weil wir lange warten mussten bis wir unser Essen beammen. Essen war mega lecker und der Erdbeermilchshake war mal wieder der beste.

Ich hatte eine Bestellung über App ein Produkt VEGGIE vorgezeigt und gefragt ob ich es bei denen direkt bestellen kann. Während der Bestellung habe ich noch zusätzlich gesagt "Veggie, ge.. wir essen kein Fleisch". Wir haben Fleisch bekommen und wurden von einer Person die mich gar nicht bedient hatte gaslithen "ich war ja da, sie haben das NICHT gesagt". Wenn ich kein Fleisch esse und weiß, wie das gehandhabt wird, sichere ich mich zehnmal ab und einem nicht-Fleisch Esser zu unterstellen ist wild. Einfach rude, mit einer edacity, unangenehm.

Ausgezeichnet, direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten.

Der Beste in der Gegend. Wir fahren dafür wirklich weit, aber gerne. Das komplette Personal ist super freundlich und immer sehr nett.

Als Restaurantkritiker muss ich sagen, dass die neue Kebab-Karte mit Abstand die schlechteste Qualität hatte, die ich je erlebt habe. Ich kann sie definitiv nicht empfehlen. Das Brot war in Soße ertränkt und die Gerichte wurden sehr laienhaft zubereitet. Wer etwas Neues ausprobieren möchte, wird es hier bereuen.

Direkt der A9 gelegen. Gute Alternative zu nahen Raststätte. Da wir selten Gäste bei KFC sind und ungern am Terminal unsere Order eingeben, wurden wir direkt am Tresen bedient und beraten. Freundliches Team. Hat gut geschmeckt...leider muss jede Soße extra dazu gekauft werden. Halt Fastfood aber sauber.

Wir gehen da immer essen wenn wir auf Shopping Tour in der Umgebung sind .. und freuen uns immer wieder darauf .. nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und Sauberes Ambiente läd zum verweilen ein.

Das Angebot ist das übliche Kentucky-Fried-Chicken-Standardprogramm: Hähnchenstücke, Zinger Burger, Twister, Pommes, Coleslaw und die bekannten Soßen. Der Laden war soweit sauber, die Bedienung freundlich und zügig. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage direkt neben der Autobahn – man kann schnell abfahren, etwas holen und weiterfahren. Trotzdem ist das Essen irgendwie immer wieder enttäuschend für das Geld, das man hier teilweise bezahlt. Die Panade ist oft zu fettig oder fad, das Hähnchen trocken, und hinterher fühlt man sich eher schwer und unzufrieden statt satt und glücklich. Fazit: Gut als schnelle, bequeme Lösung unterwegs, wenn der Hunger groß ist. Für den Geschmack und den Preis würde ich es aber nicht extra empfehlen.

I'm not usually a fast-food person, but this food was absolutely awful. It was a last resort.

We are very disappointed. The wait was very long, the chicken pieces weren't as big as shown in the menu or pictures, and bacon has no place at KFC. We didn't see that bacon was included with the fries. We asked the staff if they could replace the fries, but unfortunately they didn't.

The ground floor is quite loud and bustling. It's a bit quieter on the first floor.

Disappointing – Fast Food Without the "Fast" and Without Taste I was really disappointed with my visit to KFC. I had to wait far too long for a fast-food restaurant – that defeats the whole purpose. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and completely tasteless. The fries were soggy, the chicken dry, and overall everything seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. Unfortunately, not a good experience – neither the quality nor the service was up to par.

I've been there twice already. The first time, while I was in the restroom, my girlfriend was hit on by an employee who quickly made a hasty retreat when he saw me. The second time, they forgot a can of ketchup, which was clearly noted on the receipt. They told us we could have just taken it with us, and we didn't get any. The food was good. Such poor service should be punished. The staff are unfriendly and have no idea how to treat customers.

The place is clean and reasonably nice, but the food is very expensive and not good value. Simply frying everything in as much oil as possible doesn't make it any better. What a shame.

The prices are exorbitant, like in a good restaurant, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller year after year.

We stayed here during our holiday. Everything was great, and because it was so busy, the food was fresh and hot. The restrooms and dining area were clean. Service was quick and friendly. A great place to eat near the A9 motorway if you're in the area.

It's okay. There's an indoor play area upstairs, and in the summer, there's also a slide. The food is okay: KFC Classic, hot wings, and so on... The prices have been getting more and more expensive ...

The staff was very friendly, and the restrooms and restaurant were clean. One star deducted because one burger was so carelessly pressed together, which didn't look very appetizing. It also looked like the burger had been sitting in the display for a few minutes. The fries at this Kentucky Fried Chicken were also changed. I found them too limp and not crispy.

Unfortunately, it's almost always very lukewarm, sits around forever, and is soggy. It's a shame, really, because it has great potential if you do it properly and put in the effort. Please improve or pay attention to this!

Everything has always worked out perfectly here! The food is complete and as ordered (some of it vegetarian), fresh and delicious, and the staff is truly friendly and attentive. The various ordering options are great. We'll be back! :)

Great outdoor terrace with a view and delicious chicken wings with top-notch fries, and plenty of Pepsi. Right next to the outlet center at the A9 Gründung exit. Worth it.

At the drive-thru – no wait. Fast & fresh!

Only the bony, unpopular breast pieces in a bucket for €30!! No drumsticks! The best part was the farmer's salad. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse over the years, but more expensive at KFC. We didn't finish it; the chicken pieces were unappetizing, and the fries were soggy inside and out. After this visit, I decided not to go to KFC again...

The food was standard, as you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. The service staff was, subjectively speaking, very unfriendly. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean and tidy, including the restrooms.

Unbelievable. I waited almost 30 minutes for two burgers. There are 20 customers at the counter and nothing is moving.

My tip: Drive past the Greding rest area and take the Greding exit, turn right twice, and you'll find KFC. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and there's a nice, quiet spot on the terrace.

Terribly bad! We just came back from Croatia, and hygiene is obviously more important there than here in Germany. Shame...the place is dirty and disgusting (the tables were sticky and had a kind of greasy residue), the service was lackluster, and it smelled disgusting. I'd like to get rid of my food as quickly as possible 🤮! KFC should be ashamed of serving such a place.

A typical KFC on a German highway – you know what you're getting. Excellent: Charging infrastructure for electric vehicles nearby, and you can sit outside.

Food was good, it just took a little long, lunchtime only one service is a bit short (04/29/25). Otherwise the KFC was very clean including the toilets. The play area for dogs is nice outside.

I ate at your place today and had spicy chicken wings. Everything went easy, we chilled out a bit at home and started a round of Clash Royale. All of a sudden my ass starts to burn – 300 degrees Fahrenheit Result: game messed up and ported straight to the toilet. Thank you for this divine experience! Food was awesome, but now you owe me 30 trophies in Clash Royale
