Fast food restaurant. Slow service, but no long wait. Food and condition of the premises are ok

I'm not usually a fast-food person, but this food was absolutely awful. It was a last resort.

We are very disappointed. The wait was very long, the chicken pieces weren't as big as shown in the menu or pictures, and bacon has no place at KFC. We didn't see that bacon was included with the fries. We asked the staff if they could replace the fries, but unfortunately they didn't.

The ground floor is quite loud and bustling. It's a bit quieter on the first floor.

An average KFC. Therefore, three points.

Disappointing – Fast Food Without the "Fast" and Without Taste I was really disappointed with my visit to KFC. I had to wait far too long for a fast-food restaurant – that defeats the whole purpose. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and completely tasteless. The fries were soggy, the chicken dry, and overall everything seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. Unfortunately, not a good experience – neither the quality nor the service was up to par.

I've been there twice already. The first time, while I was in the restroom, my girlfriend was hit on by an employee who quickly made a hasty retreat when he saw me. The second time, they forgot a can of ketchup, which was clearly noted on the receipt. They told us we could have just taken it with us, and we didn't get any. The food was good. Such poor service should be punished. The staff are unfriendly and have no idea how to treat customers.

The place is clean and reasonably nice, but the food is very expensive and not good value. Simply frying everything in as much oil as possible doesn't make it any better. What a shame.

The prices are exorbitant, like in a good restaurant, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller year after year.

We stayed here during our holiday. Everything was great, and because it was so busy, the food was fresh and hot. The restrooms and dining area were clean. Service was quick and friendly. A great place to eat near the A9 motorway if you're in the area.

It's okay. There's an indoor play area upstairs, and in the summer, there's also a slide. The food is okay: KFC Classic, hot wings, and so on... The prices have been getting more and more expensive ...

The staff was very friendly, and the restrooms and restaurant were clean. One star deducted because one burger was so carelessly pressed together, which didn't look very appetizing. It also looked like the burger had been sitting in the display for a few minutes. The fries at this Kentucky Fried Chicken were also changed. I found them too limp and not crispy.

Modern and clean, friendly service, food as expected, good and hot.

There are also good vegetarian dishes.

Fast food, for me rather sober restaurant

Horrible. Once and never again. The cappuccino milk was sour, the meat was cold and very greasy, I left everything... €30 for nothing.

Unfortunately, it's almost always very lukewarm, sits around forever, and is soggy. It's a shame, really, because it has great potential if you do it properly and put in the effort. Please improve or pay attention to this!

Everything has always worked out perfectly here! The food is complete and as ordered (some of it vegetarian), fresh and delicious, and the staff is truly friendly and attentive. The various ordering options are great. We'll be back! :)

Great outdoor terrace with a view and delicious chicken wings with top-notch fries, and plenty of Pepsi. Right next to the outlet center at the A9 Gründung exit. Worth it.

At the drive-thru – no wait. Fast & fresh!

Only the bony, unpopular breast pieces in a bucket for €30!! No drumsticks! The best part was the farmer's salad. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse over the years, but more expensive at KFC. We didn't finish it; the chicken pieces were unappetizing, and the fries were soggy inside and out. After this visit, I decided not to go to KFC again...

The food was standard, as you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. The service staff was, subjectively speaking, very unfriendly. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean and tidy, including the restrooms.

Unbelievable. I waited almost 30 minutes for two burgers. There are 20 customers at the counter and nothing is moving.

My tip: Drive past the Greding rest area and take the Greding exit, turn right twice, and you'll find KFC. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and there's a nice, quiet spot on the terrace.

Terribly bad! We just came back from Croatia, and hygiene is obviously more important there than here in Germany. Shame...the place is dirty and disgusting (the tables were sticky and had a kind of greasy residue), the service was lackluster, and it smelled disgusting. I'd like to get rid of my food as quickly as possible 🤮! KFC should be ashamed of serving such a place.

A typical KFC on a German highway – you know what you're getting. Excellent: Charging infrastructure for electric vehicles nearby, and you can sit outside.

Let's leave the food out. The quality of the food offered is fast food. Neither more nor less. But the restaurant doesn't seem modern, even compared to a rest house canteen from the late 70's. Now the waiting benches in front of the counters that you could lean on have been removed and replaced with touch screens modeled on other fast food chains. The store urgently needs to be renovated. It almost seems as if the restaurant doesn't really want to be inviting. Unfortunately, the committed and friendly service staff can no longer change the poor rating.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of work for the staff, cleaning of the tables and floors is sometimes not possible as quickly as necessary. Great people there who really put in a lot of effort!!!

First time at KFC. First you get an overview of what's out there. Friendly staff gave me a tip two burgers for the price of one. No sooner said than done, but then it was a lot and hardly manageable. Quality good and freshly prepared. Staff very friendly.

In a nutshell...traveling through on the motorway, just quickly stopped at KFC...the shop was dirty, we had to wait a long time for the food, so it was more slow food than fast food... And the atmosphere in the shop is sober, cool and unwelcoming... A lot of it probably has to do with the fact that there weren't enough staff for too many guests. But as a customer I can't change that...
