Clean, well-kept, but relatively expensive (for fast food)

Waited a long time for the food even though there was nothing going on, sometimes it was only lukewarm. There were enough staff present. The restaurant is not clean and your shoes stick to the floor. Everything on the first floor is dirty and this is also reflected in the toilet. The children's high chair was stuck, we cleaned it ourselves, as did our table. It's a shame that management tolerates something like this!!!

Unfortunately it's not even what it was anymore. Personally, I don't think the taste is as good as it used to be. When we visited, everything was rather dirty (especially the men's toilet) and the touchscreen in the play area no longer worked. But the employees were very nice and polite.

Everything was neat and went super quickly. Well-kept gastro area with a balcony for eating outside. The four-legged friends are thought of, with an outdoor playground.

Well, what can you write, it's a fast-food restaurant and the right service to go with it. The only thing that bothers me is the electronic ordering. That just annoys me. Otherwise everything is okay

Worst KFC I've ever been to. The breading was just greasy and otherwise completely tasteless. Mountain white finished hand parts that are dripping in front of them......and just under €20 for that. Bitter

Clean, well-kept KFC with usual offerings. Only the spatial layout of the restaurant is not entirely understandable. The children's/play area is on the upper floor, but the changing room is on the ground floor.

I found the ambience very nice and adapted to the location. As usual, prices are a bit too expensive for my taste. The food wasn't super good but not bad either, so I think it's middle class.

Very tidy branch, with great seating. The toilets very clean and modern. Food was delicious, at least the meat version. Vegetarian is still in need of improvement - could be seasoned much better. All in all solid.

All drinks only in zero sugar 🤨 what else should be forced on us... Never again KFC

Clean and modern KFC with a drive-thru and even a terrace with a view of the countryside. The interior and kitchen area appear clean and tidy. You fill your own drink at the drinks station (including free refills). Lots of order terminals. Ample parking spaces. Unfortunately, food for fast food is a bit expensive. Still worth it.

I've never had such a bad meal at KFC in my life. No cola available, only zero drinks. The toilet smelled very bad. Anteroom was ok. We'll never go there again.

The menu and the side dishes were probably left over from Friday! Fries tasted like nothing and were dried out! Zinger burger tasteless and not crispy! Definitely a failure, we want our money back!

Service very unfriendly. No normal soft drinks, only zero products in the menu. Defective terminal; Process canceled upon payment. -we then decided to go to McDonald's.

Food was too expensive, we ordered corn on the cob with butter but didn't get any. When asked, they said "was not ordered" despite the receipt.

I placed an order for 24 hot wings at 10 p.m. (All) hot wings were very small and hardly had anything edible on them. In previous orders the hot wings were 2 to 4 times larger. €1 per bone is endlessly cheeky. I've ordered from KFC over 100 times and have never experienced anything like this.

The fries tasted old this time around ad if they were fried in old oil.

Very nice employees. Branch very clean. Toilet very good. Food good as usual. Lots of seats. It is difficult to park with a trailer as the parking spaces are unfortunately purely car parking spaces.

To drink there are probably only Zero products or water. The fries are probably no longer fried in fat, but in hot air. For me personally, KFC is out of the question as a fast food restaurant. I was looking forward to a Coke with sugar and greasy fries again... we eat and drink healthy at home. Although I wouldn't even call this Zero Pörre healthy.

The food here is so much better prepared than other fast food chains and my entire meal was completely prepared within minutes. Everything here is also very clean and even the drink refill station was cleaned immediately after use! Simply class

The food is very good. If you like fried chicken, you'll really enjoy it here. Sometimes a little spicy. However, you also have to take a large wallet with you and a star was deducted for that.

The biggest plus about this place is that they have a dog playground (hundeauslaufgebiet), a for the rest, it is kfc, you know what you are getting

Chicken pieces had apparently been lying around for a while. Hardly crispy and very fatty. Not for me, but that's what my daughter wanted.

What would you expect from a motorway service station? I approached this establishment with this mindset, but I was still disappointed. A smashed car in the parking lot symbolizes the prevailing work culture. The drinks taste like they were freshly mixed in the toilet, so even refilling them doesn't help. The food was of similar quality and tasted like barn-raised, chlorinated chicken. We made sure that we gained land quickly. May loperamide be with you!

We tried the vegetarian products for the first time. Conclusion... you can eat sometimes, but there is still room for improvement.

Compared to other branches, this is a pleasant, tidy and clean store. Unfortunately the fries were cold and the iced tea was undrinkable (colored water) but the chicken was as good as expected. Only the staff is not very friendly and. stroppy, that's a clear reason to drive a few meters further to the golden M.

The toilets are the last thing. Apart from the fact that it smelled of lemon, nothing was done to clean the toilet facility on May 21, 2024. Spray a little scent and you think it will clean itself, the dirt build-up is obvious. A Dyson hand dryer also needs to be cleaned from time to time, as an illustration here is the picture attached. The perfect stop for a long car journey that leads past Greding. Food arrives very quickly, employees are committed and the toilets are clean.

KFC with great vision. Food good as usual. I've been here several times and the service has been good on every visit so far. (Good stopover from Munich to Nuremberg).

You can argue about the stars for fast food - I like KFC, so all 5. 1 star deduction each for service and ambience because one of the toilets was completely paperless and the other was almost without.

KFC, when I come by there, a visit is MUST. Fast food, yes, but super tasty.

The food was too salty and inedible. None of the staff speaks German, so communication is really difficult. CAUTION!!! The floor is very dirty and slippery with grease. I slipped in front of the checkout while picking up my food order and not just once. None of the employees were interested. The friendliness of the employees leaves a lot to be desired.

It's almost a ritual for me to eat here when I'm passing through. There are deductions for the toilets, which are unreasonable.

You had to wait forever until a listless employee mumbled the order number. Kids menu + combo box took almost 30 minutes and then everything was lukewarm to cold 🫠 Real disappointment and the money was thrown out the window.

Incredible!!! The employees dance instead of working, so it's no wonder that the fries were already cold and way too soft. In addition, the bites lay around for a very long time. But you could at least expect the staff to speak loudly and clearly. I hope you can change my review for the better.

Clean and tidy, unfortunately the prices at Kentucky Fried Chicken have risen a lot, for four small pieces of poultry meat, a small cob of corn, not even the size of a palm, and a cup of drinks, although always refillable, for just under €11 already very steep.

Previously, the service was very good, accurate and fast. Lately, though, it's been incredibly bad. We always buy takeaway from Drive and there is always something missing. Even for purchases over €60, they forget the extra bacon and cheese, and give out a plain burger. The sauces are missing, the salt is missing from the corn, 1-1 small hamburgers are missing... Today, the order was only put in the big paper bag, the things were not packed separately, so by the time we got home, everything was cold, the fries were inedible.. .

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru until the request came that we were only allowed to order inside. Next time I'll go to the direct competition nearby.

If you want to eat excess amounts of salt, this is the place. And besides, it was quite dirty and the staff seemed to work as punishment

Let's leave the food out. The quality of the food offered is fast food. No more and no less. But the restaurant doesn't seem modern, even compared to a rest house canteen from the late 70's. Now the waiting benches in front of the counters that you could lean on have been removed and replaced with touch screens modeled on other fast food chains. The store urgently needs renovation and not everyone can use toilets on the first floor. It almost seems as if the restaurant doesn't really want to be inviting. Unfortunately, the committed and friendly service staff can no longer change the poor rating.

I really enjoy eating at KfC, but what I experienced today is unbelievable!!! First the order is recorded incorrectly and then a complete bucket is missing!!! These are chicken pieces for €9.99!! I even asked again whether there were two buckets in it!!!! It's incredible ! KfC Greding definitely needs to change something about the staff!!

KFC is probably the most expensive fast food restaurant but also the best. Especially when it comes to vegetarian dishes.

The employees work as quickly as they can and do their best, but the price-performance ratio is no longer right. You just feel ripped off. For this price I can go to a real restaurant as a family. This was the last time we went to KFC with our boys!

It was dirty. Not just the tables and toilets, but also the reception and ordering area. The staff disinterested. It was very bland and the food was cold. I rarely rate, but I felt really uncomfortable sitting there. I'm not fussy, but the manager of the restaurant really needs to do something there. It was a disgrace for the price.

For travelers with dogs, there is a well-fenced, clean area with a meadow so that the 🐕 can also take a good break. Class.

Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the chicken pieces had been sitting for a while, and for some reason they were too salty and had no taste. The whole shop smelled of cleaning products, especially at the tables. Maybe there was a toilet cleaner - the toilets are right next to them. No thanks

I bought 5 products for €50. 2 products were forgotten (-17€). The wrong chicken was put in the bucket. I don't understand how so many mistakes can happen at the same time. It wasn't even busy, there were only 2 other people waiting for their order. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and was therefore unable to complain and make a complaint. I'd rather go to the competition where it's cheaper and more filling for the price. Everyone has to know for themselves. But for me it's the first and last time KFC!

Kürzlich hatte ich die Gelegenheit, bei KFC an der Autobahn zu essen und war angenehm überrascht. Der Service war nicht nur schnell und unkompliziert, sondern das Essen war auch genau das, was man sich auf einer Reise wünscht: lecker und perfekt für unterwegs. Die Nähe zur Autobahnauffahrt/-abfahrt machte es zu einem idealen Stopp, um sich auf der Fahrt zu stärken. Für alle, die auf der Suche nach einer schnellen, schmackhaften Mahlzeit sind, ist dieser KFC definitiv eine gute Wahl.

Mit 4 Personen haben wir diverse Menüs bestellt, leider war das Essen (Burger und Filetstücke) nicht mehr warm. Die Selbstbedienungstheke für Getränke ist zwar praktisch, aber das Kohlensäuregehalt ist viel zu niedrig für die Cola. Wollten Coupons von der App bei der Bedienung einlösen, der Mitarbeiter verstand es lange nicht, dass die Geteänke dank des Coupons inkl. war. Schließlich bestellten wir dann einfacher am Terminal selbst. Die Toiletten waren wirklich s3hr sauber, schade dass ich dafür aber auch nur dafür nicht 5 Sterne geben kann. Wir haben dann im E.G gegessen, es war schon sehr unangenehm kalt zum speisen vor Ort. Sparen hin und her, wenn es die Konkurrenz schafft für ne angenehme Klima im Innenraum zu sorgen, dann sollte das auch diese Fililae tun müssen. Jacken ausgezogen und wieder angezogen und so gegessen, das muss echt nicht sein.

Es gab kein Kaffee wegen defekter Kaffeemaschine, Die Pommes waren zu weich. Getränke gibt es nur 5 Getränke aus dem Automaten zur Auswahl und es gab kein Mineralwasser. Im Restaurant hatte ein Fluchtwegterminal ausgelöst und machte sehr laute unerträgliche Geräusche. Erst nach 20 Minuten kam Personal und hat den Alarm quittiert. Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht.

Unser GO TO auf dem Weg in die Alpen - genau die Mitte der Strecke und daher immer einen Halt wert. Essen wie in jeder Filiale - heiß, lecker, so wie es muss :)

Es war ein sauberes Etablissement, die Burger könnten wärmer sein und die Musik nicht als zu laut, daher ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten kann man sich echt nicht beschweren. Preise sind KCF typisch
