When we wanted to order three cokes, medium fries and cheeseburgers around 10:45 p.m., we were rudely asked to pay quickly because they were about to close.

Fastest service and the workers had great respect for the customers and nice employees

The employee, around her late 30s with dark straight hair, simply charged us 6 euros for a small milkshake and collected the 1€ stamps from the toilet and didn't deduct the money! It doesn't work at all, so we paid 12 euros for 2 small milkshakes. If you don't go there, go to McDonald's a few 100 meters further on the other side.

No own toilet. Just a Sanifair rip-off. Prices in the MC are significantly more expensive. Tiny children's area.

As always, the price and quality are on par, I would say that the quality is better than the price), I give the service five stars, the staff were great, I waited no more than a minute, although there was a long queue.

Scanning the code at the order machine didn't work. The employee at the checkout is just rude “Then you probably broke it” replied. Better eat somewhere else.

Just came from Croatia and you can tell the difference! North Sea was open, but they didn't want to sell anything even though it says fresh food is prepared for you at any time. Sold out at MC fries, sold out of salad! For a toilet 1 € I don't know what that's about in Germany?!?!? The country is simply lost!

Bad service, I ordered iced coffee chocolate oreo. €6, very expensive and melted iced coffee with a quarter filled with ice. Had to wait 15 minutes for an iced flurry and coffee. Vague manager came from the back because staff didn't understand the ice machine.

Mc Flurry machine suddenly broke so the manager had to be called in, it looked like they had taken it from some back corner. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a MC Flurry that wasn't even properly filled, but there was a lot of caramel in it, that's the only plus unfortunately. Ridiculously high prices and a long wait is unnecessary at a fast food restaurant.

I just got a Filet o Fish also fishmac, it went relatively quickly but apparently the employee was having fun. The cheese was next to the burger, I should probably put it all together myself!!!

I'm 13 years old and a huge hellokitty fan and that's why I ordered a happy meal again after a long time. The employees were only two, but the waiting time wasn't that long. I was really happy when my happy meal arrived. I was just surprised because I I chose which toy, well then in the car I unpacked my happy meal and wanted to get my sweet and sour sauce and then there was a curry, I don't even like the curry sauce, I wanted to drink the water and I didn't want to because one lady was really unfriendly Others were nice, but I did a lot of things wrong with my order. I don't recommend this McDonald's. The good thing was the cleanliness and the exit door

Bad service, employee ignores order and brings you different food.

The Big Tasty Bacon tasted very good again. Your burgers are made with a lot of dedication and love. Always a very good location for a stopover after a long journey.

Chicken Mc Nuggets with meat were given out in a package for Vegan Nuggets. Only after repeated inquiries were new, this time vegan, nuggets handed out. There will be no apology or refund of the price, even though nuggets have already been consumed by vegetarians.

Normal vegetarian nuggets were issued in plant-based packaging and this was done upon request. It was only on the second attempt that the nuggets were torn out of the hand and replaced. This service and treatment is unacceptable.

Leider zu unserem Besuch etwas viel los, allerdings haben die Angestellten das super gewuppt und wir haben Torfen noch einen Sitzplatz bekommen. Die Toiletten waren okay und der mecces auch super.

Mittelmäßiger McDonalds, total überfüllt am Samstagabend, Essen eigentlich Standard aber zu kalt, daher nur mittelmäßig. Sitzplätze ok, nebenan Nordsee, Shop, Tankstelle alles an einem Platz…

Ich verstehe nicht, dass man das mit der MC App nicht kapiert und keine mehrwegbecher mitbringen darf.

Bürger komplett verbrannt und hat mich geschmeckt. Warte Betrug bei sehr wenig Kunden früh morgens eine Viertel Stunde. Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und konnten nur sehr undeutlich sprechen. Nach unserer Beschwerde hat der Chef nur gesagt ,dass man das so essen kann und ,dass es immer bei ihnen so ist. Mein Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder.

Eines vorweg: Ein Autohof muß 24/7 ein Mindestmaß an Service anbieten. Allein aus diesem Grund kann das Preisniveau nicht mit einer landläufigen Tanke vergleichbar sein. Greding-Ost gehört wohl ebenso wie Körschinger Forst zu einer Unternehmensgruppe, die das Spiel der Gewinnmaximierung exzessiv ausübt. Warenangebot, Gestaltung und Aufbau sind wahrlich Geschmackssache, die Preisgestaltung jedoch nicht im Ansatz: Hier wird echtes Abkassieren betrieben. Das Beispiel der "Kaffeeautomaten" sei hier exemplarisch angefügt. Ein kleiner Kaffee aus dem Automaten kostet bereits 3,50 Euro (für Vergessliche: das sind 7 DM, der Espresso kostet übrigens "nur" 5,80 DM). Nebenbei bemerkt: Diese Kaffee ist trotz des geforderten Obulus ein Automatengebräu - also kein geschmackliches Highlight. Diese Geldvernichtungsautomaten bieten per Aufdruck an, den Coupon eines vorhergegangenen Toilettenbesuchs zu verrechnen - sie tun es nur nicht. Worauf weder der Automat noch irgendetwas Anderes hinweist: Man nehme den Toilettencoupon und gehe unter strikter Umgehung des Kaffeeautomaten direkt an die Kasse um den Coupon in eine "Münze" umzuwandeln. Erst diese Münze erlaubt es, den Coupon auf den Kaufpreis des Kaffees anzurechnen - also statt 3,50 Euro nun "nur" noch 2,50 Euro. Wenn man den Coupon an dem am Automaten angebrachten Scanner lesen lässt, wird der Coupon: A) nicht akzeptiert und B) entwertet. Es gab mal im deutschen Fernsehen ein Sendungsformat mit dem Namen "Nepper, Schlepper, Bauernfänger". Exakt an diese Sendung fühle ich mich erinnert. Wir werden Autohöfe dieser Gruppe zukünftig meiden. Es gibt echte Alternativen.

Leider war der Marktleiter nicht in der Lage freundlich eine Alternative zum bereits bezahlten Milchshake anzubieten… Und dann gabs auch noch keine Milch im Kaffee Nicht empfehlenswert wenn man unkompliziert was essen will

Sanifair nur an der Kasse einlösbar. Nicht an den Bestellautomaten. Aussage von Mitarbeiter nach meiner Bestellung - gut kann er jetzt auch nicht mehr ändern, aber ist ja 3 Jahre gültig. Es ist für mich unverständlich warum man im Jahr 2023 einen solchen Rabatt nicht an den Bestellautomaten scannen kann... Essen war okay

Ein McDonald's der zu der Raststätte gehört. Sehr sauber und nettes Personal 👍. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Mein Mann hatte chicken nuggets und ich ein Mcwrap Menü. Alles sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet. Klaudia Hellmann

Autobahnratstätte, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Es gibt gemütlichere Plätze, aber ausreichend um Fastfood zu konsumieren. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dadurch das kein Tischservice angeboten wird, stauen sich die eh schon genervten Gäste vorm Tresen...

Leider völlig überfordert. Rückreisewelle .35°c und es gibt Mittags kein Eis mehr ... das ist sicher nicht die erste Reisewelle u auch nicht der erste Sommer. Schade.

Je kan via de bestelpaal bestellen maar ook via de balie. Je krijgt je bestelling vrij snel. Normale prijzen zoals in Nederland.

Mitarbeiter sind trotz enormen Publikumaufkommens sehr freundlich - der Ort selbst vergleichsweise sauber und dafür, dass ein Latte Macchiato 5,20€(!) kosten soll, kann von den Leuten vorz Ort niemand etwas....🤣

This is a rest area gas station with two food spots inside. A bit over crowded but an ok spot to stop in and grab a bite. Once I ordered food was up quick but there was a long line to order. The place seemed clean and they pretty much have whatever you might need for a stop along your travels!

Alles ohne Probleme. Kaffee war gut und heiss. War nicht bei McDonalds sondern in der Gastronomie der Raststätte!

Es gab Burger! Gewohnte gleichbleibende Qualität.
