Food is always the same - I do the service myself - the concept gets better every time

McDonald's in Greding is usually a planned stop on our trips to Munich. The facility is cleaner than many other McDonald's, and orders are delivered promptly. The EWE fast-charging stations are reliable and located right in front of the entrance. However, the parking spaces are somewhat inconveniently marked for electric cars and are therefore a bit narrow.

It was hot inside, but on the beautiful terrace almost everyone was smoking!

On our way from Berlin to Austria, this was always our stop to stretch our legs and unwind. It's been renovated, and the order monitors are now part of everyday life.

A super McDonald's right off the highway. Caution: Don't exit at the rest stop, but take the Greding exit immediately afterward. There's plenty of parking, and the store is also quite large. During heavy traffic, it can get pretty busy here.

A very nice McDonald's. The building is relatively large, stylishly decorated, and even has a first floor with a rooftop terrace. The service was very fast and friendly.

That's just how McDonald's is. The ordering machines don't make things any more personal. Having been a frequent McDonald's customer for over 10 years, I'll probably keep going. But as we all know, taste is subjective—my taste buds protested.

Great McDonald's compared to other locations. Burgers are well-filled and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

I usually avoid chain restaurants whenever possible, but I just experienced the surprise of the year. Spotlessly clean (at 11:15 PM), fresh and hot food (brought to the table), and extremely friendly staff. If only more branches of the yellow M franchise were at this level... ...their competitors would have to brace themselves.

I ordered at a counter because you're not supposed to order at McCafé. The man at the McCafé took other people's orders first and didn't process my order.

Nice there and much better than other branches

Everything was clean, including the restrooms. The food was quick and very fresh. The service was friendly.

The food arrived quickly, the McM's was really tasty. I think a little less salad would be better, there's always so much left. This time you made it to 4 stars.

Nice, friendly service. The food was almost piping hot. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The tables were clean, and the floor was also clean. We didn't have to wait long.

I particularly like the very friendly and helpful lady at the self-service counter (last night around 7 p.m.). She provided very quick and competent assistance, and was friendly and open in her approach – I rarely experience that. Table service went smoothly, and the children were able to pass the time in the small play area until their happy meal. Everything was great! The food was good, although a portion of fries was missing. But we didn't complain ourselves because we ended up ordering too many – otherwise we would have definitely gotten them.

The food quality was as usual. However, the two cappuccinos either tasted bad or were just coffee with a little milk. The hot drinks had no milk foam and tasted like very strong coffee. Instead of small fries, we were given fried potatoes, which unfortunately weren't my taste. Since we had everything to go and were already back on the highway, we couldn't complain about the food. From the parking lot, you have to walk in the lane to the restaurant; there is no sidewalk. The restaurant is extremely crowded and quite small. That wasn't for us!

The employees were very courteous. They even asked if everything was okay. I've never experienced that at a McDonald's before. The restrooms were fine. The outdoor seating area was clean. Otherwise, a classic McDonald's, as you'd expect.

A train station would probably be more appropriate. Everything is very hectic, there are far too few seats, and all in all, it's very unpleasant.

As usual, everything was very tidy, and the food was brought to the table quickly after ordering online.

The service and food were okay. The restrooms were completely filthy. There wasn't a single stall in the women's section that was clean. They say if the restroom is dirty, you don't need to go to the kitchen anymore 😳🤔

For several years, we've enjoyed stopping here on our way home from vacation or on our way home because it's a great place for breakfast or lunch, both in terms of time and route. What's striking about this branch is that they always make a HUGE effort to ensure the well-being of their guests. Despite the often huge crowds (due to the highway), orders are prepared quickly and expertly and delivered to your table in a short time. Several employees are responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and keep everything in good condition. The restrooms are also always clean and free of charge! We've never had a bad experience here at MacDo in Greding and are always happy to come back! Kudos to the entire team!

Delicious, Maccie food. But damn, those mosquitoes in there are just a nuisance. It doesn't make the food there appealing.

Nothing to complain about, it was busy thanks to its convenient location near the highway. However, the staff on site made an effort to deliver orders quickly and keep the seats clean.

Fast service, modern-looking restaurant, everything neat and tidy, worth stopping if you want to eat MC.

Very clean and tidy restaurant, everything went very quickly and everything was perfect!

My entire car stinks of perfume. I quickly stopped yesterday to pick up a burger. Even the counter smelled weird. My entire car stinks of awful women's perfume! It's the McDonald's bag that's to blame! It stinks disgusting! Less is more, girl! Or just take a shower, and then you usually don't smell so bad. Perfume should only be used in a subtle way in restaurants, not by the liter!

The neatest and cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Even the restrooms were well-maintained, and the soap dispensers were full—unfortunately, a rarity. The interior of the restaurant was also very well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and the drive-thru counter was finally loud and understandable.

Auf unsere Fragen bzgl. Menüs und Inhalte wurde uns ausführlich geantwortet. Auch das Essen war heiß und lecker. Wir waren alle zufrieden, obwohl wir eigentlich nicht die großen Fastfoodfans sind.

Very fast and friendly service; usual quality

No, this is a shitty shop. I ordered two 0.5-liter laptop iced teas and got two 0.25-liter ones, which means the other 0.5-liter iced tea was missing. I had 9 Altstadt nuggets, but only 7 in the box. Also, the burger was wrong. Instead of a double cheeseburger, I had 2 hamburgers. This shop is really bad.

The burger was unusually good, and the fries were hot. One point deducted because the drinks had too much syrup and too little water, and the trolley was overflowing with trays. The outdoor seating is very nice for a McDonald's.

I've rarely seen such unmotivated employees. The quality of the food is as you'd expect from McDonald's. We only came here because a pensioner had an accident, and we were stuck in traffic for 1.5 hours. Otherwise, we wouldn't have come.

The walk up touch screen sucks.. it said my order was completed and I read back my order and It looked like it went through correctly!!! Check your bags before leaving . If I hadn't checked my bags I would of left with out my whole order.. they did make it right,,, just check your bags.. it is Mc Donald's after all..

Soggy fries with a strange taste

Everything was great, and we got our food faster than ever before at McDonald's. Some people could learn a thing or two from that. The screens were also cleaned, which I've never seen at other McDonald's.

We always stop there on our journey south. Everything is super clean, and everything else is perfect!

The breakfast wrap was pretty cold, and of an order of two identical breakfast burgers (Fresh Chicken), only one was correct. Additionally, both the wrap and one of the burgers had an awful lot of sauce on it. Unfortunately, not my best McDonald's visit. The fries, however, were really good and fresh.

Der Kaffe war absolut unterirdisch und dafür unverschämt teuer. Spülwasser wäre der richtige Ausdruck! Das wässrige Getränk war außerdem nur lauwarm, von Aroma oder Geschmack keine Spur. Außerdem war der Tisch schmierig.

Simply a McDonald's as it should be. I don't find anything particularly noteworthy. Neither positive nor negative.

Clean restaurant with very good service, right off the highway. There's seating inside and outside. We'll stop here again.

I don't recommend this MC! The coffee is as weak as tea (photo), and we had to wait 20 minutes. Despite plenty of staff, it was impossible to see what was going on. Everyone got their order before ours, and by the end, all that was shown on the screen was our number. When we asked, they made excuses. Not professional.

Simply fantastic service! We arrived shortly before midnight with eight guys, and everything was still freshly prepared for us. Many thanks to Mr. Neunkirchen!

The staff was incredibly friendly. They asked us several times if we needed anything and always greeted us with a smile whenever we made eye contact. When my brother fell, they quickly provided ice to help cool down the injured area. We really appreciated their care and attention.

Very long waiting times and very crowded

This McDonald's branch serves the same food as all McDonald's. So there's nothing special in terms of cuisine. But you get an almost beautiful interior design with a play area for children and also nice outdoor lighting that can still be used despite the proximity to the A9. All in all a good option for a break.

Although the McD is not directly on the motorway, it is only a stone's throw away. The site is on a side street not far from the highway. The facility is designed for many cars, Greding is on the Nuremberg/Munich axis and demand for a burger or coffee is likely to be high during peak travel times. The McD is like many others: terminals for ordering, cash register, McCafe, clean toilets. And quite a bit of seating. The facility is clean and well maintained. I've been there several times when passing through.

Very friendly staff. Tables and seating were clean, as were clean sanitary facilities. Food like you would expect from McDonalds. There are enough parking spaces in front of the branch.

Very convenient place near autobahn, nice view on Greding. 2nd floor is a big, clean and perfect place for kids. Adidas outlet just in 20 meters walk.

I'm on a school trip and with my friends I have 2x 20 chicken nuggets, 1 cheeseburger and 1 McSundae. We ordered and then paid. Then our number was briefly on the screen where the orders are displayed. Since we only had a certain amount of time, it became very tight. We then had to go to the employees and they then placed our order. We then only had 5 minutes to eat everything before we set off. We were afraid that we had spent 30 euros for nothing. Snot shop!!🤬👎

Everything clean. That's the best thing you can say. The quality of the food is just McDonalds. The service behind the counter is okay. Depends on the day. It sometimes happens that the wrong burgers are in the bag.

A typical McDonald's, but with a really large, spacious parking lot, although access is difficult for a vehicle with a trailer, a hill with a steep slope and a bend. Free access to the toilet, large dining room, a bit messy, so less than one star for the atmosphere, there is rubbish on the tables and on the floor.

Mc plans ordered and without being asked beef patty was sold as vegan because they probably didn't have any left. A huge impudence! Vegan is not taken seriously - McDonald's doesn't care about animal suffering anyway... What a shame

Basically always there without any problems and quickly too. Since people were already queuing inside today, they drove through MC Drive. Just a happy meal and two burgers. Everything was listed on the counter, everything was fine. Despite only a slight wait and even the one behind me was faster. Check normally. I'm all from experience. Today I trusted it because it wasn't much and I discovered that the Happy Meal was missing the fries. Paid for fries and didn't get them! I think it's a mess.

If possible, don't eat here. Service was unfriendly, I've never experienced that before. Food cold and stale. Toilet, without words. And it took a long time, although that would have been forgivable. Worst MCDONALD'S I've ever been to.

There's a lot of idiots in that room. I answered on Friday a hot hour after my meal with table service no kimmts finally and both bicmacs and the actually hot curly fries san koid. Zes blesses me with a tight vabreche band. I go to the Kentucky nemdro do griagst as at least worm oba niadamoi dozua sats zes in da log.

As you know it from McDonald’s. Well organized store, with typical dishes. If you know one, you know them all. But this one is clean. The toilets too.
