I am really stunned by my visit to this McDonald’s branch. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! First of all, the chicken nuggets were cold, even though there were only a few guests there. How can that be? The curly fries tasted like they had been fried not once, but twice in old fat. Disgusting! Then the Royal TS hamburgers: They were so crooked that I wondered if they were prepared by a blind chef. The melted cheese stuck more to the packaging than to the burger itself, just embarrassing! The toilet was another low point: dirty and no toilet paper! I actually had to use the women's bathroom, which is simply unacceptable. And as if that wasn't enough, when the outside temperature was -1 degrees, the air conditioning inside was running at full speed! It was so cold I thought I was outside! All I can say is: stay away from this place! Here you will not only be disappointed, but also treated really badly!

The newly renovated Burger King offering is therefore great. Unfortunately the order took 20 minutes. The order machines reacted super slowly. And when I finally got the food it was already slightly cold. Overall a mixed experience.

It is outrageous for guests to have to pay a toilet fee and then find these toilets totally disgusting, dirty and unhygienic!!! It's an imposition, I definitely won't want to eat anything anymore.
