Die besten Restaurants mit Fast food-restaurant Essen in Aalen

It's unbelievable that it's rarely been as sour as today on BK. There was no more meat even though we ordered meat and then we had to wait what felt like an hour because of fast food. I'm really disappointed 👎🏻

I ordered a menu. The preparation of the burger took quite a long time, while my drink and fries were already prepared. When the burger was ready, the fries were of course cold :(. There really wasn't much going on, but behind the counter it seemed totally hectic. And you can't speak of ambience here, especially why is this place called Kochlöffel? It's a burger /fried chicken/chip shop.

Regarding the reputation-damaging comments from our competitors, which were given in the order. Akdeniz is a company whose name has been at the same location with the previous owner for almost 30 years. Comments like unhygienic or hair in the food…. Why don't you talk about it directly on site, but instead say thank you that it was good and comment afterwards. Your comments do not hurt us or harm our customer base. Every Aalner knows the branch and has probably eaten a kebab here or a currywurst in the other shop Thanks to all the loyal customers who have stood by us for years. Very competent and friendly service

Extremely unfriendly, ordering incorrectly twice in a row. After asking “Can you please repeat that?” The order was simply taken twice and of course only noticed afterwards
