Country inn with a beautiful natural setting. We were there for lunch. Unfortunately, we had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes from the time we ordered for the food. The shoulder of pork was large, super tasty, and nicely crispy! Unfortunately, it only came with a spoonful of cabbage and a little sauce. Pork medallions – 3 dry medallions, 3 spears of asparagus, and 1.5 potatoes. The guest wasn't full 😅

It may be "only" a Schützenhaus restaurant, but it offers excellent home-style cooking from skilled hands. I'd be happy to return.

Very cozy restaurant, nice and rustic. The perfect cordon bleu is served here and everything else is also super tasty, the service is very friendly and attentive.

The Gasthof Klink has been permanently closed since September 1, 2024.

Maravillosa bienvenida de vuelta a Alemania / Baviera comida después de un vuelo muy largo. Servicio rápido, amable y atento y buena, calidad y comida fresca. Partimos el Wienerschnitzel grande que estaba bien hecho y fresco y un spagl - ensalada (ensalada de espárragos) que tenía verdes frescos de alta calidad, maravillosos espárragos y fresas, y buena ensalada. La pequeña ensalada con el schnitzel también era sabrosa (y tenía un aderezo contrastante) y las papas fritas eran abundantes y bien fritas si no parecían recién hechas. En general muy bueno y con tres cervezas 80 € era razonable o solo un poco alto para la calidad y la ubicación, definitivamente no es un choque de precios en comparación con otros precios en 2025.

Unfortunately, the glory of old days is gone. According to the answer to our phone call, nothing is open here anymore. Like in the old days, we wanted to have a good meal there with a view over the old imperial city of Donauwörth. The hotel's rooms appear to be rented on a "long-term" basis.
