Ordered baked chicken today but got duck. When I called and said I hadn't gotten any chicken, they said it was chicken. Duck is much drier, this is a juicy chicken. But it definitely wasn't chicken. You would have gotten more calls about it today. Well, I don't believe that! So I didn't get anything new and was lied to! That was my last order!

Am 2.5.2025 traf ich mich mit meinen ehemaligen Kollegen anläßlich meines Aussscheidens aus dem Berufsleben zum Abendessen im Gasthaus Blumenthal. Ich hatte einen Tisch auf der Terrasse im schönen Biergarten vorbestellt. Dieser war liebevoll entsprechend des Anlasses engedeckt und dekoriert. Besonderen Dank an die Konditorin Ida, die sogar einen Teil unseres Handwerkszeuges aus Marzipan modelliert hat. Unsere Speisen wählten wir aus der aktuellen Karte und einer kleinen Zusatzkarte aus. Der Service war sehr freundlich, schnell, kompetent und mit großer Übersicht. Esssen und Getränke haben allen gemundet. Einen großen Dank an die Mitarbeiter der Küche für die frische und schmackhafte Zubereitung aller Gerichte. Sehr zu empfehlen er Krustenbraten, Spargelgerichte und der Ziegekäsegrillburger.
