Subway in Aichach

Staff was absolutely overwhelmed Nice but also ignorant, had to constantly look at the map and ask 10 times. Tables dirty, as was the toilet. There was no soap left in the dispenser and no towels left either. Food was as usual and the same at all Subway stores

The food is good, but the service and selection leave something to be desired. There is always something missing, the staff doesn't even know the creations advertised, etc. Unfortunately, it seems as if this is a chain that won't be around for long, which we hope not.

Subs were very good... but: today no choice of bread, no onions at all, just leftover biscuits, everything didn't look inviting. But there is still a second chance because it always worked before...

The subway in Aichach has mutated into a complete disaster, unfortunately! What used to be a really good alternative to the many kebab shops has now become an absolute disgrace. If you're in a hurry, this is definitely the wrong place for you. I had to wait 35 minutes with 3 customers in front of me before I could place my order. The employee kept disappearing into the next room and only came back a few minutes later. Then a truck came with goods. Sure, he can't divide himself. But at lunchtime that's a questionable organization. But what really topped it all off was that he didn't change his gloves once 🤢🤮!! Filled sandwiches, disappeared into the next room, went outside to the delivery area, filled sandwiches again…. And all with the same gloves covered in grease and sauce!!! That doesn't work at all!!! The workplace looked like a mess, which has already been written in previous reviews. The staff here should really be trained more when it comes to hygiene in the catering industry 🤢

The new blonde name Timo is really great!

They always tried hard, were very friendly, but with two guests they were almost overwhelmed. There is such a noise in the restaurant that the order is chewed. To be understood. Music from speakers and the staff's cell phones blaring. It was very tiring.

I like eating at Subway, unfortunately that's not always good in Aichach. Often they hardly have all the ingredients left. There are no breads missing at 11 a.m. or 7 p.m. The staff is often grumpy and can hardly open their mouths. The food itself is okay if you ignore the “reduced” selection.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I was there today and Fatjon made me the perfect sandwich exactly according to my wishes. He was friendly and very accommodating. I'd love to come back there. Only the furnishings are a bit old.

A completely overwhelmed young woman trying to scrape out the last remnants of an empty tuna pot with a knife and then sell it as a tuna sandwich. The short version of the Philly Beef & Cheese also had no beef. A new portion was only taken from storage upon request. I skipped the tuna because there was no tuna. Something like that just doesn't work. Staff who don't know their way around and want to sell you something out of ignorance is an outrage. Luckily there is fast food next door with honest ingredients and fair portions.

I've eaten at your place several times now, there's been no bread at lunchtime several times, the tables are dirty, it looks like a mess behind the counter, the staff spends most of their time outside smoking. That was my last visit with you.

I was supposed to pick a subway at 10:40... 40 min after the store was supposed to be open and nothing still closed even at 11 no ideea when will it open actually for customers

Been there again today for a long time. The first thing I had to do was download the new app. When I logged in with my details, I found out that all my points were gone. When I asked the staff there was only one answer. She doesn't use the app and isn't familiar with it. But there would be a 🍪 🤣🤣 as compensation. Oh well. The ever-loved BBQ rib has also deteriorated so much that it was ordered for the last time. It only consists of very fine sausage meat. It can no longer be compared to before. There was also no salt. Huh?? Salt. There is a Lidl next door. Just buy it. Everything has diminished significantly. A pity.

I was on my way home recently and picked up a sandwich for dinner. It was around 7 p.m. and the employee who was standing outside the door smoking told me that he was almost out of food. “You can look for yourself.” Ok, I did. In fact, all the ingredient boxes were almost empty and it looked like a battlefield. Ok, if there is a lot of traffic, which means good sales and visitor numbers, you can't clean every two minutes. As soon as this has subsided, you as an employee should be able to get back on track again. Everyone is granted a short break. But standing at the door smoking one after another and paying full attention to your smartphone is not exactly customer-oriented. What ingredients were still there were enough for my needs, especially since I don't like too much on my sub anyway. But even then they didn't really want to put together anything edible. The employee washed his hands - but without soap. When I looked around, I noticed not only the dirty tables but also the sticky floor, which was decorated with all sorts of leftover ingredients and had a great adhesive power. The natural alternative to Pattex...🤢 These remains are likely to have been there before a spontaneous rush of visitors. On the other hand, an employee cannot split up and do everything alone. Management should think about this. After a bit of listless clapping, I got my sandwich, which was ok so far. After collecting the cash, the employee went out the door with me to continue his smoking break, which I had interrupted. Well...🤷

It was better a few years ago. Unfortunately, Subway has generally become too expensive for my taste.

I've been there three times so far and the food is okay, but I've been there twice so far and both times people walked over to the middle of the tables when I was standing on the right and in front of me and were then simply taken first. And today I just ordered because I'm next in line and the salesman from you simply tells me that the person who just ran to the front on the other side of the tables was there before me and I'll come afterwards. But I was there at least 5 minutes before that and I then said that I had been there long before that, but I just stood at the back as I should and didn't just go ahead and he just ignored me. And that's happened two out of three times now when I was there that he just didn't take me in even though I was there before. And the one time that didn't happen, there was another seller there.

Went to Subway today...in Aichach, it was a disgrace. In one of Aichach's once praised gastronomic oasis, the Subway, hungry customers can now expect nothing but a disaster on bread. Once known for their fresh ingredients and friendly service, this venture has degenerated into a paradox - a place of culinary terror. It's hard to decide what catches your eye first: the lack of hygiene or the endless list of ingredients that are simply not available. The staff, who have clearly been trained in the art of being rude, greet guests with a look that's worth a thousand words - usually something along the lines of "What do you want?" or has already happened several times "There won't be anything again for an hour" (Friday lunchtime at 12:10 p.m.!!!) . The hygiene practices are an insult to common sense. Apparently the staff didn't understand that after smoking you should smell not only of nicotine but also of soap. It's as if they are actively trying to turn the store into a place of filth and danger. And when you finally find a glimmer of hope in the form of a sandwich, you're quickly disappointed. “We don’t have this bread anymore,” the employee says with a shrug, as if the lack of ingredients were an everyday occurrence. And if you're lucky enough to actually get a sandwich, you can be sure it's put together in such a way as to insult your taste buds. Not to mention the outrageous price increases! Overall, the Subway in Aichach is a place you should only enter if you have an adventurous soul and are ready to plunge into a world of gastronomic horror. It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience - an experience best avoided.

I'm currently sitting in the subway and am impressed by the young man's service. The tables were clean and I received very friendly service, which has been the case in few Subways so far.

This subway stands out for its very friendly and helpful staff. The subs taste very good, especially the special subs. Gladly again.

Unfortunately it has now diminished considerably. Especially at potential peak times on the weekend, there is always only one employee there, sometimes no bread or other goods. It's been a long time since I've placed an order where everything went smoothly. The last time we were !45 minutes! queued alone to order. Again, there was only one employee there and the dining area looked very untidy and there were leftover bread on almost every table. Warmly uninviting. A colleague told me that she was approached differently because she wanted to take 4 subs with her spontaneously and didn't pre-order them because that takes time. Actually it doesn't work at all. Lots of room for improvement for the future. Especially with the prices that you now (understandably) have to pay.

Good day, We ate in the restaurant and it was really bad because there was nothing left except fancy. Second point, the seller only talked to the customer in front of me, it took 20 minutes until he served me. I cannot recommend this store

They are actually regular customers, but with this staff: never again!! It looked as if they hadn't even been cleaned all day, totally unhygienic, the whole display was so dirty that you really lost your appetite! It doesn't work at all!! The young man who served us was more busy "talking" loudly with his friends (who were hanging around in front of and inside the store) than listening to us order...we had to correct what he told us several times wanted to pack a sandwich :( The trolleys from the last delivery blocked the way and you literally had to “slalom” to get to the tables! That was definitely the last time we were there...I've never experienced anything like that in a subway...

5:45 p.m. on a Monday. Chicken teriyaki is out. Pickles are out. Tomatoes are out. Paprika is out. Sounds to me like poor preparation on the part of the two young boys. Service and taste otherwise good.

Very tasty subs Update: 02/13/24 Today was really catastrophic. No more breads to choose from. Only tomatoes and lettuce are left in the salad bar. On request where the rest is "everything is over" even though it is still open regularly for 3 hours. I can understand it if something is over an hour before the end but not almost everything is over 3 hours before. You could also clean it again....

Was there for the first time today. The food was surprisingly good. I can especially recommend the cookies. I was there at lunchtime and the potato wedges had run out. Therefore a star deduction. There was also a lot going on at lunchtime. You should bring some time to queue. Price-performance ratio is okay. The ingredients are not skimped on. I found everything clean.

Service was very unfriendly (terms like “thank you” or “please” don’t seem to be in the vocabulary). Tables full of leftover food from other guests. No soap or paper towels in the toilet. I'm writing this review while my sub is still in front of me because it was delivered ice cold anyway. App voucher was not accepted and no people were served with the sub. The store has become worse than milk that has been sitting in the sun for 3 weeks.

What's going on with the leadership in our sub??? I ordered to be picked up at 5:45 p.m. for 6:15 p.m., and the only employee on site started my order at 6:30 p.m. Then there was the fact that the tomatoes, peppers and bites were out at 6:30 p.m. How can that be??? Too late, too slow, too disorganized. Here it is clearly up to the management to ensure quality and punctuality. The lone fighter at the counter does his best, but cannot do the work of 2 or 3 people at the same time.

Unfortunately, it's now a complete disaster when it comes to waiting times. The last two times we were there there was only one employee in the store, which meant that you had to wait 30-45 minutes before you could order. We're not coming any more for now, I really don't want to spend that much time on "fast food"

Friday 01/26/24 around 5:50 p.m. Point 1 - wrong staff: Half the range was empty. I highly doubt it wasn't actually there. If, of course, you prefer to go out for a smoke when there are no customers and have a chat with the entire school class in front of the door instead of filling up and baking bread, then in the end everything will be empty. Point 2 - far too long waiting times: I waited until 6:15 p.m. to order, even though there were only two other customers at the checkout before me. Yes with a few more subs in the order. But still, 25 minutes is definitely too much time. Point 3 - poor service: No cheese oregano sub available, Cesar dressing not available and the jalapenos just stuffed in out of proportion. The actual order would have been cheese oregano with tuna, jalapenos and César dressing. 2 of 4 ingredients empty 👍 Otherwise I actually really enjoy eating there. But in the future, when I see this young man, I will rather go next door to get kebab.

The subs on site are always plentiful and delicious, so you can't complain. However, the service sometimes takes forever, especially at peak times, and the store is in poor condition. The tables are often dirty and the entrance door has been broken for over a month.

Habe früher gerne einen Sub gegessen, seit Dezember katastrophaler Service. Sub‘s werden nicht mehr richtig belegt, scheinbar keine richtige Einführung mehr.. echt schade!

Eine absolute Frechheit . Ist tunfisch falls man dieses nicht erkennt . Fast 10 Euro fur 4 Gurken 6 Zwiebeln Mais und Tunfisch so minimal das man sogar das Brot auseinander gerissen hat damit man so wenig wie möglich drauf haut und verschmiert . Sry aber das müsste man echt wieder hinter die Theke schmeissen. War das letzte Mal für mich . Von Zustand des Lokals will ich erst gar net Anfangrn . Was ist los bei euch bin so fassungslos.

Hatte am Wochenende das Vergnügen von der Managerin bedient zu werden. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Genau so wie es sein sollte beim persönlichen Kontakt mit Kunden.

Die mutlose braunhaarige Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und hat mein sin auf den Tisch geworfen. Essen war gut! Trotzdem würde ich da noch mehr hin da sie so unfreundlich war:(

Bedienung und Service war unterirdisch. Völlig überfordert und unfreundlich. Der Laden ist auch nicht wirklich einladend.

Ich musste 40 Minuten warten, obwohl nur 6 Personen vor mir waren, 3 Personen haben sich nach 20 Minuten entschieden in den Dönerladen daneben zu gehen. Es war eine junge Dame da, die etwas überfordert wirkte. Es hieß, wenn ich Scheibenkäse und nicht einen anderen Käse nehmen will, dauert es noch länger weil die sie diesen erst auffüllen müsse. Neben der Kasse, wo die Getränkeschränke stehen viele Kartons, unteranderem Salat und Tomaten in Plastikverpackungen. Lays Paprika Chips waren fast leer, die wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt. Es gibt auch ein Schild, auf dem steht, das man Kontaktlos zahlen kann. Wenn man an der Kasse steht wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, und wird zum Sparkassenautomat in der Nähe geschickt um Bargeld zu holen. Ich denke es ist verständlich das man zum Essen Servietten will. Nachdem ich bezahlt hatte meinte sie, sie schaut, ob sie etwas Serviettenartiges findet und gab mir Papierhandtücher, welche über den Waschbecken hängen und sie zum Abtrocknen der Hände nutzt. Ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen! Mich habt ihr zum letzten Mal gesehen!

Finde das Subway Team seit dem der letzte Chef, gegangen ist einfach nur noch eine Katastrophe. Der Laden ist komplett verdeckt, Tische werden nicht mehr wirklich abgenutzt, bzw abgeräumt. War heute zwei Mal da, das erste mal wurde mir gesagt es gibt aktuelle kein Thunfisch mehr, da er zurück gerufen wurde. Aber als ich 1.5 h später noch einmal da, war. Überraschung, ein großer Topf mit Thunfisch ... Habe mir dann auf Empfehlung ein Hähnchen Sub machen lassen. Mega, lecker. Und bin dann 1.5 h noch einmal hin um es nochmal zu holen, und Zuhause die riesen Enttäuschung. Und das für 6.29€. Mehr als ein Witz, keine 20 g Fleisch. Viel Spaß beim Finden am Bild.

Ich war dort und bin sehr sehr zufrieden, der Sub war mega lecker, die Pommes frisch und die 3 Mitarbeiter (1 junge Frau und 2 junge Männer) super freundlich und kompetent. Da fährt man gerne auch etwas länger hin. 👍🏻

Die selben Handschuhe werden zum Kassieren und Belegen der Subs verwendet, ohne diese zu wechseln. In anderen Subway Filialen klappt das besser...

Vegan Meatless Teriyaki und vegane Cookies gehen immer. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Nur der Gestank auf dem Parkplatz von den örtlichen Schweinemastanlagen stört immens.

Nachdem ich heute früh gesehen hab wer den Laden putzt ist mir alles vergangen. Bei der werden Toiletten und Tische mit dem selben Lappen geputzt. 🤮🤮🤮

Jedesmal wenn wir in Aichach ins Kino gehen, essen wir vorher bei Subway. Essen ist in Ordnung, aber warum ist der Laden immer so dreckig. Die ganzen Tische und der Boden ist voll mit Essen, verstehe ich nicht. Absolute Müllhalde im Laden. Mann könnte ab und zu die Tische abwischen und den Boden fegen, statt alles rumliegen zu lassen bis zum Schichtende.

Subway aichach… Wie beschreibe ich es am besten? Essen kann man sich nicht beschweren jedoch muss man 2-3 Werktage warten wenn man von den Netten Herren mit den wilden Haaren bedient wird… Essen tu ich hier gerne jedoch hab ich nicht genug Urlaubstage im Jahr um öfter als ein mal pro Monat da zu essen. Rest müsst ihr selber wissen. Danke

Eig war der immer top aber mittlerweile lässt er nach. 1Stunden 40min vor Ladenschluss fast kein Brot mehr da, zum belegen auch nicht alles da und nicht mal 1nen Cookie. Schon schwach. Dann dieser Manu der da Arbeiter auch nicht der freundlichste.

Toller Subway mit freundlichem und geduldigen Personal. Es gibt kaum größere Wartezeiten, auch wenn Mal mehr los ist. Die Qualität ist gut. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es aber: Mein Lieblingsgetränk war aus.

Einfach mal was Anderes... Ein frisches Sub, einzeln oder im Menü. Sauberes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Täglich wechselnde Subs des Tages zu einem günstigen Preis. Geh ich gerne hin...

Hier bekommt man noch richtig was für sein Geld! Nicht nur eine ganz dünne Schicht Salat, sondern ein paar Blätter mehr, nicht so wie in anderen Subways. Deswegen ist der hier in Aichach mein Favorit. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich, schnell und verstehen, was man möchte. Top!

Immer wieder das Gleiche in diesem Subway.. Warteschlange geht von der Kasse bis zur Eingangstüre, wartezeit +20-30 Minuten. Was aber neu ist: Nach geschlagenen 15 Minuten Wartezeit wird dann in die Runde gerufen, man habe kein Brot mehr. Da stellt sich mir die Frage, wie das in einem Fastfood Restaurant passieren kann - gerade jetzt, wo nur solche Läden verkaufen dürfen... Wenn es dann Mal zwei Mitarbeiter gibt, verbringt einer der Beiden die Zeit immer vor der Türe beim rauchen. Zumutung genug. Da es leider der einzige Subway in Aichach ist, bleibt einem nicht all zu viel Ausweichmöglichkeit.

Abgesehen von den gut eingehalten Hygienebedingungen wurden mir hier leider auf zwei Sandwiches falsche Zutaten serviert, ohne auch nur Nachzufragen ob man etwas richtig verstanden hätte.

Millionen von Hühnern leiden noch mehr als sowieso schon, da Subway sich immer noch weigert, die Europäische Masthuhn-Initiative umzusetzen. Das kann ich keinesfalls mit gut bewerten!!!

Ich war am Donnerstag dem 08.10.2020 zwischen 19:30 Uhr und 20:00 Uhr in dieser Filiale gewesen, und möchte den Mitarbeiter, der zu genannter Zeit im Dienst war, für seine unfassbar positive Ausstrahlung und seine freundliche und nette Art loben. Sehr gut gemacht, weiter so. Ansonsten hat das Sandwich geschmeckt wie man es sich halt erwartet.

Ich habe mich extra beeilt und bin an zwei Fastfoodketten vorbei gefahren, um dann fest zu stellen, dass um 20.48 schon geschlossen war. Draußen und im Internet (da hatte ich extra vorher geguckt) steht 21.00.

Frühers Bin ich dort total gern hin gegangen der Service war gut die Bedienung sehr schnell. Hat ein sub in den Ofen geschoben und das andere belegt. Bei der aktuellen Bedienung geh ich meistens ohne sub nach Hause weil mir die Wartezeit zu lange ist. Ofen schieben und dann warten.. Dann stehen 8 Leute vor einem. Nein danke

1x und nie wieder!!! Das Mädel, das am 21.07.2020 um 13 Uhr gearbeitet hat, war EXTREM unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Sehr frech geworden als man sie gebeten hat das Fleisch erneut warm zu machen. War schon sehr unangenehm. Die Kunden haben auch warten müssen bis die gute Dame ihre Zigarette in Ruhe geraucht hat. Ich war schockiert als sie zu den Kunden die reingekommen sind gerufen hat "ich rauche und komme dann".

0 Sterne. Ich habe angerufen und gefragt ob sie liefern. Und ich bekam nur die Antwort ,,Nein sonst bekommst du Durchfall" UNTERSTE SCHUBLADE! Sie haben mich zum letzten Mal als Kunde bei ihnen gesehen!
