The service sucks. We waited so long for food. We didn't even get anything to drink on the table, even though we had already ordered. Half an hour without drinking and nothing was put away after eating. We would have to clean it up ourselves. On a Saturday evening there was a lack of staff as only two waitresses were working

Very bad service. All the tables outside were covered with dirty dishes. When I asked if they could clear a table for us, I was insulted. There would be so much going on. I saw 4 service staff with maybe 15-20 tables occupied. Everyone else was full of dishes... A friend of mine works in service and looks after 15 tables by herself... We then went for a walk around the zoo and 45 minutes later the same tables were still covered with the same dishes. We used to come here often, but now unfortunately never again!

Da sowohl die Fisch- als auch die Fleischgerichte von exzellenter Qualität sind fällt die Entscheidung immer richtig aus. Hier zu Speisen ist eine lukullische Freude.

I was looking forward to a lovely evening in a restaurant that positions itself as a high-quality Italian eatery. Unfortunately, the house was unable to meet this requirement in several respects. The dishes were okay, but by no means exceptional - the taste was rather average and without any particular sophistication. Given the upscale appearance and pricing, I expected much more. The service was friendly, but not very professional - there was a lack of confidence and routine. Even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, the process seemed a bit clumsy and not well-rehearsed. Unfortunately, that spoiled the overall impression. The setting should be highlighted positively: cloth napkins, decent dishes and a well-kept table created an attractive ambience. Unfortunately, this first impression could not be confirmed by the kitchen and service. The prices are in the medium to higher range, which would generally be okay - if the quality of the cuisine and service kept up. Overall, unfortunately not an experience I would want to repeat. There are many Italian restaurants with less pretensions that offer a much better overall package.
