They probably didn't want to deliver to us 😬 The order was lost, but first we were told on the phone that the delivery was on the way

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed during our spontaneous visit during our stroll through the city. We found the prices to be quite high compared to the quality of the food. The cheese spaetzle was particularly noticeable: it was tasteless and had an unappetizing, mushy consistency on the plate. Overall, not a culinary highlight and not a recommendation for us. You seem to get tips with the drinks, the usual amount of drinks is just under 5€...

A little hidden in a green side valley, with a beautiful terrace. Inexpensive dishes, not too large portions. There are also various cheese fondues, the Freiburg (Switzerland) version in particular sounded very interesting and we have to try it.

Service is absolutely crap. Lack of any competence. I wanted to place an additional order but 10 minutes of shouting and then SHOUTING failed to interest anyone from the staff.

The next day I had diarrhea and nausea, for me and my friend who also got something there.

I had a gastrointestinal infection after eating there. My girlfriend felt the same way. Won't go there anymore.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider hat der Service den Überblick verloren und brachten das Essen Stück für Stück und eine Bestellungnkam gar nicht. Die Hygiene auf den Toiletten ist sehr mangelhaft. Toilettenpapier war nicht vorhanden, der Boden hat geklebt und die Toiletten waren nicht sauber. Da ist viel Luft nach oben.

The prices are reasonable, the food is very good, and the workers are polite and kind. my regards

For a cheeseburger 7 euros I expect more. Not recommendable. Generally very expensive

It was a nice day so I politely asked to sit outside and was met with “If you can find a seat” so I decided sit inside. I then checked the menu and was ready to order. The waitress walked by me multiple times without asking if I was ready to order even when I was making eye contact with her. I had to akwardly wave at her to get her attention. When I was ready to leave I asked to pay and take the rest of my pizza home. They do not offer boxes only aluminum foil. Over the course of the next 20 minuites I had to ask to pay 2 more times. The 3rd time I asked, I also asked for the manager who was not there. The waitress completely forgot about me and I saw her clearing tables outside instead. Hopefully some prioritization and communication improvements are made.

Food arrived quickly and was very cool

Very good coffee and a large roof terrace with a view of the Schlossberg.

Absolutely great and really nice! Do a lot of things yourself: sauces, dough, etc. Next time we'll try the pizza, because the owner is. Pizza maker :)

I don't know what you mean by small portion and large portion, but it's no wonder that you're closing several branches and that this one is always empty when I come. It can't be that I get the same amount from a large portion of fish and chips as I do from a small portion. I liked going to your place to eat, but now never again
