Dear Vera, dear team, we had a great celebration with 65 guests in the vault. The starter table buffet, as you suggested, was a complete success. The main course buffet was great. The homemade ice cream was a huge hit and, combined with our tarts, cakes and tiramisu, it was the perfect dessert. In general I got great positive feedback for the food, space and service from my friends. Everyone really enjoyed the Bavarian/Peruvian mixture. The standing reception outdoors was also very well received due to the beautiful ambience. The breakfast buffet the next morning offered us a great selection, including homemade items. All in all, it was a wonderful evening with you at Kastanienhof. Kind regards Angelika

We had a spaghetti ice cream medium for 7.50 euros. The taste is very good, but an ice cream sundae for 9.50 euros is already steep

I was disappointed with the attitude and hospitality of the staff. I asked to try a flavor of ice cream but was not allowed. I bought a scoop of ice cream, which unfortunately was terrible. I threw it straight in the trash like it was made from water, sugar, and food coloring. The price of an ice cream was exorbitant.Both the staff and the product were disgusting.

Trotz berechtigter Beschwerde mickrige Entschädigung. Wir hatten zum dritten Mal eine Torte bestellt. Das Kaffeetrinken zu Hause war eine Blamage, Torte aus mehreren Teilen zusammen geflickt, Teigt war so patzig dass dieser die Marmelade nicht mal aufsaugen konnte, mehrere Mehlnester, nicht für Gäste geeignet. Mich hat es schon gewundert, dass man ein Unterlegebrett bezahlen muss sonst wäre die Torte auseinandergefallen. Nach Begutachtung der zurück gebrachten Torte wurde nach dem Rest gefragt, es gab kein Einsehen, ein Gutschein für das eigene Cafe war lächerlich in der Höhe. Bilder Anschauen genögt. Weiter so wir kaufen nichts mehr.
