I was disappointed with the attitude and hospitality of the staff. I asked to try a flavor of ice cream but was not allowed. I bought a scoop of ice cream, which unfortunately was terrible. I threw it straight in the trash like it was made from water, sugar, and food coloring. The price of an ice cream was exorbitant.Both the staff and the product were disgusting.

Trotz berechtigter Beschwerde mickrige Entschädigung. Wir hatten zum dritten Mal eine Torte bestellt. Das Kaffeetrinken zu Hause war eine Blamage, Torte aus mehreren Teilen zusammen geflickt, Teigt war so patzig dass dieser die Marmelade nicht mal aufsaugen konnte, mehrere Mehlnester, nicht für Gäste geeignet. Mich hat es schon gewundert, dass man ein Unterlegebrett bezahlen muss sonst wäre die Torte auseinandergefallen. Nach Begutachtung der zurück gebrachten Torte wurde nach dem Rest gefragt, es gab kein Einsehen, ein Gutschein für das eigene Cafe war lächerlich in der Höhe. Bilder Anschauen genögt. Weiter so wir kaufen nichts mehr.

I came to Sergios through playing darts. I actively play darts and had a game against the team that day. The visit there was so pleasant for me that I have been going there regularly to play darts ever since. One evening I got hungry and ordered a pizza. I was pleasantly surprised, which I wouldn't have thought at first. The pizzas taste really good, today I tried a salad, and here too I have to say it was simply delicious. The landlord and his wife are always in a great mood, always have a smile on their face, you can also see into the kitchen from the bar, everything is tidy and clean. The restaurant is now not an Italian gourmet restaurant, but a sports bar with a kitchen that also delivers. All in all, I can highly recommend Sergios, I always feel very comfortable there.
