Eiscafe Dragone in Neusäß

Wir sind heute bereits zum dritten Mal im Laufe des Jahres extra zu dieser Eisdiele gefahren. Jedes einzelne Mal wurde bei Google angezeigt, dass geöffnet ist. Vor Ort war jedoch wieder geschlossen, jedes Mal aus einem anderen Grund. Mal wegen eines Trauerfalls, mal wegen einer privaten Veranstaltung oder aus anderen Gründen. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir lediglich unseren Gutschein einlösen möchten und dafür jedes Mal vergeblich anfahren. Wenn das Geschäft geschlossen ist, dann sollte das auch bei Google entsprechend aktualisiert werden. So spart man den Kunden Zeit, Sprit und unnötigen Ärger. Ein so unzuverlässiger Umgang mit den Öffnungszeiten ist für uns absolut enttäuschend. Wir werden die Eisdiele nicht mehr besuchen und können sie unter diesen Umständen leider nicht weiterempfehlen und hoffen das sie nie wieder den Laden aufschließen!

Mit Abstand die beste Eisdiele in der ich bis dato war. Besonders ist hier das alle Sorten hausgemacht sind und es immer mal wieder „Limited Editions“ gibt. Zudem super Service und sehr nettes Personal. Da fahr ich gerne hin, trotz einer Anfahrt von etwa 80 Kilometer.

Sehr leckeres Eis, große Auswahl und freundlicher Service. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und die Preise sind fair. Komme gerne wieder!

Jeden Sommer kommen wir hierher und essen Eis. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat immer wieder neue Kreationen, die ich unbedingt empfehlen kann.

Wir waren vor zwei Tagen mit meiner Frau bei euch Eis essen. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Auf dem Teller war kaum Eis, der größte Teil bestand aus Sahne. Außerdem habe ich ein Sprudelwasser bestellt und bekam ein Glas mit Eiswürfeln serviert. Das Wasser war eindeutig aus einer 1,5-Liter-Flasche eingeschenkt. Insgesamt hat uns der Besuch leider nicht überzeugt, deshalb würden wir nicht nochmal kommen.

Absolut fantastische Eisdiele! Das Hausgemachte Eis war sehr lecker, cremig und intensiv im Geschmack. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die junge Bedienung, die auch bei großem Andrang sehr fix und freundlich war . Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr komisch vom Besitzer empfangen worden als wir gefragt haben ob man am Tisch oder drinnen bestellen muss. Die Atmosphäre wurde dadurch kaputt gemacht.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Eis hat geschmeckt wie billiges Fertigeis aus der Tüte. Die Schokolade war besonders unangenehm – der Geschmack erinnerte an verdorbenen Alkohol und hatte einen seltsamen, papierartigen Nachgeschmack. Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort – und definitiv auch zum letzten Mal. Eis haben wir so stehen gelassen wie gekauft! Für uns keine Empfehlung.

Letzten Freitag am Nachmittag waren wir wieder hier zum Kaffeetrinken. Meine Schwester und ich saßen draußen auf der gepflasterten Terrasse. Wir hatten gerade angefangen, da stieß meine Schwester versehentlich leicht gegen den Tisch, dabei viel die Tasse um, und der Kaffee wurde verschüttet. Der Chef eilte zu uns und sagte, wir sollen doch reingehen, er macht das schon! Die Kaffeetasse wurde von ihm einfach ungefragt mitgenommen. Er schien uns verärgert zu sein, weil wir danach komplett ignoriert wurden. Nach dem Motto: Hast halt Pech gehabt! Drin erwähnte dann meine Schwester noch, dass sie ja jetzt keinen Kaffee hatte. Als Antwort kam vom Chef, eher schroff: "Ja, willst noch einen Kaffee!" Als freundlicher Gastronom kommt man dem Gast immer entgegen. Ich finde, er hätte aus Kulanz sofort einen neuen Kaffee bringen können. Man zahlt ja auch immer ein Trinkgeld. Aber Nein!! Auch, mussten wir noch den vollen Preis bezahlen!! In solch einer Situation erkennt man erst, ob der Chef wirklich ein so "netter" ist!! Dann gehen wir doch lieber woanders hin!

Das war das schlechteste Spaghetti-Eis, das ich je gegessen habe. 7,50 Euro für ein Kinderportion mit einem Haar drin und komplett flüssig.Alle unfreundlich und genervt. Viel zu teuer alles und Eigentlich hätten die null Sterne verdient🙏🏼

The ice cream couldn't be better, and the service was very friendly both at the table and at the counter. And if you look at the guests' faces, everyone seems happy and content. And rightly so!

The ice cream is delicious and of excellent quality. I especially love his own creations. Raffaele really knows his way around the art of ice cream making 👍. He's been doing this since 2008 in the tranquil village of Steppach, which is lucky to have such a gem.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this ice cream parlor. The atmosphere is extremely unpleasant, especially because of the owner. I witnessed him several times loudly shouting at his employees, humiliating them in front of the guests, and treating them with extreme disrespect. This is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. As a guest, you feel uncomfortable when you see how poorly the staff is treated. This shouldn't be normal, neither in the hospitality industry nor anywhere else.

Don't forget how to make ice cream in 2024! Despite significantly increased costs, prices only adjusted moderately. The quality is definitely worth it. Raffa's heart is still in it! The ice cream was not bad, but very weird that the girl had first to try the ice cream before she knew which flavour was which. Hmmm... My kid dropped the lemon flavor, so I went back and she put a new scoop of ice cream in a new bowl. So I wanted to pay the €1,70 with my card (do not have cash on me) and the girl said that she had to talk to her boss, because paying with the card under €5 was not possible. So after talking they decided not to give the ice cream to my son. AFTER the ice cream was already scooped into a bowl! And I WANTED to pay! So the question that comes into my mind is: if they don't want to give me 1 scoop of ice cream for free (again, I wanted to pay, but couldn't) because they don't want to lose money, what have they done with that scoop of ice cream after I left? So my son cried the whole time on the way back and we have had a very bad impression of the service at this place. I would really NOT recommend this place.

Great ice cream cafe with great and new ice cream flavors every time. Here you can taste that the ice cream is homemade. The boss and the entire staff are super friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend and visit.

Admittedly, the first impression isn't exactly perfect. The café is located at the junction of two streets, which is of course not ideal for the outside seating and inside it also has the style of a classic 90s corner bar. The sundae that came next was so clear that I would normally deduct at least one point for it. You can definitely get twice as much for the same money elsewhere. So much for first impressions, which, as we all know, can be deceiving. Because the most important thing fits perfectly - the ice cream. The taste is an absolute dream, it could hardly be better. And the extremely friendly owner and the fast service also score points. So despite the anything but perfect ambience and the really small portions, an absolute recommendation! So we usually go here after dinner and then get dessert at Dragone. Then your stomach is full and you can enjoy the taste without having to get full.

Went to Dragone for ice cream for the first time today. The ice cream was very tasty and the owner was very friendly. He even brought a few samples to the table to get to know the different flavors of ice cream. We haven't experienced anything like that before. Cappuccino and Spritzz were also very tasty. We will be back definitely. 👍🏻

PistazienEis und HaselnussEis schmecken wie in Italien. Intensiver Geschmack, der nicht zu süß ist. Auch wenn das PistazienEis teurer ist, ist es das Wert. Alle anderen Eissorten sind auch fantastisch. Kommen immer gerne wieder.
