The employee was so nice and the food felt like Christmas.

Today (Saturday, October 4th), we had a super unfriendly server who practically made us beg for attention. On top of that, the ice cream was old, with lots of strange, disgusting spots and endless ice crystals in the pistachio flavor. When we tried to complain, we were met with nothing but disinterest :( Too bad, we liked the place.

This place is a dream for the lactose-intolerant. There are many kinds of ice cream here, and all of them are lactose-free and delicious 😋 The most delicious vegan ice cream I've ever tried! Usually there are about 12 flavors to choose from. I'm so glad I found this place!

Very tasty and great flavors like Rose, Roasted Cinnamon, Petit Paris, Cappuccino...really very creative. The staff are all very friendly. Unfortunately, they only accept card payments. One scoop currently costs €2.60.

The "fruit ice cream" was good, but the "milk ice cream" wasn't to our taste. We would have preferred a nicer ice cream seller. The spoon is weird.

Nice flavors for being vegan ice cream. Recommend for all my fellow lactose intolerant peeps out there. I had the rose flavor and the black sesame, both good. It's not sorbet tasting but rather creamy, and less saturated than milk ice. A few seats outside for sitting, none inside.

Most delicious ice cream. 1000% recommendation. Truly one of THE secret hotspots in Munich. Either enjoy ice cream on the small tables in front of the restaurant or what is much better: just take a walk in the park opposite. Even with children: there are many playgrounds for all ages! Very friendly staff and you can try a mini scoop for FREE with every ice cream serving!!! Owner has a heart of gold: Soooo nice!!! A clear recommendation even for non-vegans. Changing exciting varieties such as Styrian pumpkin, mango lemongrass, walnut sweetened with maple syrup but also classic varieties such as vanilla and chocolate <3

We went for the hot pudding with crumble which was good (but not mind blowing good). I also found it a bit overpriced (1 portion 7,9€). Good to mention that it’s 100% vegan so it’s a good dessert option for vegan friends. A friend of ours told us that the ice cream made by the same company is really nice, so next time we might try the ice cream instead of the crumble pudding.

Super nice service! I was here in January and had apple crumble. This was tasty, but for the price I kind of expected a larger portion. In general, I find it unnecessary that the pudding is filled to the edge of the cup and then overflows... Sure, that's supposed to be a gag, but I don't like the fact that the additional cardboard bowl creates waste that could be avoided. A recup system might be a good approach here. Unfortunately the sprinkles were too salty for my taste... But in summer I can highly recommend the vegan ice cream!

Eisbrunnen is simply heavenly – a must for vegans and everyone who appreciates really good ice cream. The varieties are wonderfully creamy and the flavors are intense. I think it's particularly great that the selection is varied and you can always try something new. The staff is friendly and takes their time, even when it's busy. There’s always a sample ball too 😋. In addition, it is the perfect location to enjoy your ice cream outside. For me the best ice cream parlor far and wide! And it also has something to offer in winter: a warm crumble dessert. Ideal for cold days...

Ordered two balls for 4.9€ Strawberry mylkshake und Petit Paris. Delicious but not special enough to come back.

Tried crumble with ice cream for the first time. I had the version with plum and white crumble and marzipan ice cream instead of a sauce. The service was very nice and I was happy that I could just have ice cream instead of the sauce. The restaurant is not particularly comfortably furnished and is more geared towards to go. The dessert is very sweet but delicious. You'll definitely feel full afterwards and your body's sugar levels will reach a whole new level. I would recommend it to others to try, but I wouldn't go there again myself. Only card payment possible and not exactly cheap.

I only tried the crumbles and it is worth going there and eating them, on the way it is a bit complicated.

The most delicious ice cream on earth, I'm sure of it! They always have different flavours in, and invite you to try a mini scoop "zum probieren" each visit! My favourite flavour is the roasted cinnamon... or the stracciatella... but cookies and creme... all of them! It's the first place I visit whenever visiting Munich, regardless of season -- "eis geht immer!"

Unfortunately I was really disappointed. There was no more apple and cinnamon compote, the plum compote and the vanilla pudding were only very lukewarm. Although it wasn't included in the "butter" biscuits (until it was mentioned) everything is vegan - and unfortunately you can taste it. To me it only tasted like substitute products, a little like vanilla and not very balanced - even the baked apple ice cream (for 2.30) tastes more neutral than like baked apple. Unfortunately I couldn't finish it. A note that everything is vegan would be good! We paid almost 20 euros for 2 cups...

You can't choose 2 types of crumble, although it wouldn't be a problem and there would be the same amount of crumble in the cup (no extra cost to the owner). For the price I would expect more flexibility - I won't be back.

A really great idea to simply turn an ice cream parlor into a crumble bar in autumn/winter. You choose from 3 warm compotes, vanilla or chocolate pudding, also warm, and a crumble and a topping. Everything is vegan, unfortunately it doesn't say anywhere but we were told, I love it🧡🌱 It was delicious, we really enjoyed it. But for €7.90 it wasn't so good that I would come back for the small cup. It's just a compote with pudding and biscuit pieces. The pudding could also be a little more full-bodied. Still a great idea. It really bothered my friend that the cup overflowed like that. We would also prefer a larger cup with the same amount.

Ice cream yes, crumble no. The ice cream is very good. However, leave the crumble alone. You can save yourself this overly sweet, heartburn-inducing, muddy mush for over 7 euros. It's just not good. But the ice cream is great.

Really delicious crumble!! It's quite expensive (€7.90 for a crumble) but it's actually really tasty. I would definitely advise against getting the “crumble brulee” option for an extra €1.50, because the whole thing is flambéed with sugar, but there is no crust at all and the employees obviously don't really know how to flambé properly. Otherwise absolutely great!

Had the “deluxe experience” and got to sample 6 flavors at once. Neat idea. Liked the slightly stretchy consistency but flavors pretty much all fell flat for me (except chocolate). Would be open to come back to try the crumble ice cream.

Vegan ice cream often doesn't come close to dairy ice cream, for example. It's gritty or something dominated by the vegan milk alternative flavor, so it feels like everything tastes the same. The varieties taste full-bodied. 💯 The ice cream isn't cheap, but at least there are big scoops for it! You can tell it's homemade! First things first. Everything here is vegan without cruelty to animals. There are many different special flavors of ice cream and recently there are also cups with crumble + pudding to go with the ice cream. I would like to like it because everything here is vegan, but unfortunately most of the varieties I tested don't taste very good and don't have the unusual flavors advertised. Many varieties are just sweet. I would prefer if there were fewer unusual varieties here and the focus would be more on offering the standard varieties with the best possible taste in vegan versions.

We cam at 13:00 and wanted crumble. :-( But they weren´t fished yet. So we opted just for ice cream. And that was great.

I've always enjoyed getting an ice cream here, but since this summer they only accept card payments. So they lost me as a customer.

A very tasty ice cream. We were given 6 different flavors of ice cream plus 2 mini portions to try. We will definitely come back and not just because of the delicious pumpkin seed oil raspberry ice cream. My favorite today was blood orange.
