I once gave 1 star here because of the price increases, which I can only partially understand. But I'm now giving it 4 stars because the price increases are still reasonable compared to others and you really have to give Patagon credit for the fact that you get really big balls here and therefore you really get something for your money that you can't get away with twice as much. Definitely better than a rip-off place like Bartu where you pay €3 if you're a bit stupid at least. If you're smart, go here and pay less for better ice cream with a better size. However, if the ice cream here costs €3 at some point, it will only get one star again ☝️ The ice cream tastes great and the employees are always friendly. It's a bit overcrowded, so it's not an option for a spontaneous ice cream in between, you have to have time here.

We stayed half an hour in a line to be told that we can not pay by card. It is written on the cashier that they do accept EC card only for payments more than 10€, but there is no information about credit cards. Very disappointing.

We came to visit Nymphenburg Castle and wanted to eat ice cream. Heading to Patagon we had a real treat with their ice cream. We recommend it, take a detour to eat an ice cream in Patagon, it's delicious.

First of all: The ice cream is really delicious and is definitely among the best in Munich. BUT, and here comes the but: what's really not nice is that the wait staff touches the waffles with their bare hands and the money with the same hand. That's really unhygienic and made me grab a cup instead. Hygiene is really basic, and other ice cream parlors manage it too. In my opinion, that's to be expected in this price range. Dear owner, please pass this on to the staff, then you'll get 5 stars next time.

In this day and age, they are accepting card payments from 10€ and only if you have EC card. I wasted 15 minutes waiting on the line. A bit disappointing.

I like to eat a scoop of ice cream in a waffle with cream. This year I changed: two balls in a cup with cream :) Otherwise I don't eat sugar. The ice cream generally contains less of it than in many other ice cream parlors. The new varieties, e.g. hazelnut, wine foam... are sensational. You can tell the quality very well from the cream, which has no sugar or flavorings and is plentiful and, I strongly suspect, organic quality.

We were on a school trip to beautiful Munich. The day before departure, everyone had an ice cream at Patagon.helados at the Olympic Park as the crowning finale. Very friendly contact with the owner and staff. The ice cream tasted fantastic. There was a large selection with great varieties. We all enjoyed it and we recommend this ice cream parlor to everyone. Ice cream was delicious (mango + pistachio), unfortunately the sweetened cream was unpleasantly sweet. The scoops are huge, served by extremely friendly staff. Outdoor space very nice for sitting under trees.

It's a very simple and small place. I liked the fact that they have benches and chairs outside, so you can buy ice cream and sit outside. The ice creams are very tasty. I tried the pistachio, strawberry and chocolate. The flavors are much more intense, which makes the ice cream more original and tasty. So far, it's the best ice cream I've tried in Munich.

I had pistachio, dolce, and strawberry gelato. Personally, the strawberry was the most delicious, and the dolce (caramel flavor) was too rich and deep for my taste. I heard that card payments are only accepted for amounts over 10 euros, so I bought an additional milkshake. Although the line was long, it was a great experience to eat ice cream outside in the cool weather.

Ice cream was delicious, but the fruit ice cream still has room for improvement. I can't confirm that it was the best ice cream of my life and wouldn't go there again specifically for it, but it was definitely delicious.

The disadvantage is that when the weather is good you have to wait in line for 15 minutes or more...so it's better to go counter-cyclically. You can sit in the immediate vicinity, but there are only benches/chairs, so you can't sit like you would in a café. And the price is proud even by Munich standards, €2.10 per ball is not a small amount. But the balls are really huge, so one is enough. And in terms of taste, as already mentioned, unsurpassed!

A good ice cream (and definitely better than the surrounding competition). However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to fruit ice cream.

I can't understand the many positive reviews, or I'm just unlucky. Been there four or five times. At first I thought the ice cream was okay, but not great. On my last visit I had the worst ice cream I've ever eaten. It was supposed to be pear cinnamon, but it didn't taste like anything, not like pear, not like cinnamon.
