Highly recommended Very tasty food Good Dürüm

Freshly prepared pizza and not just packed up. Open Kitchen. Inconspicuous from the outside but the quality speaks for itself. Small menu card but correct.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food (doner kebab, fries, and salad) was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, card payments weren't possible when I was there.

Delicious and fresh kebabs for when you don't feel like cooking yourself. The interior and exterior areas seemed clean, but don't expect luxury. There was nothing to complain about. The staff are very friendly. The prices are still reasonable. I can recommend it; you can't go wrong.

I've eaten here very, very regularly for years and have seen changes in ownership. I've always really enjoyed eating kebab here, but I find it absolutely cheeky that the prices here seem to be constantly increasing recently. Unfortunately the quality doesn't get any better. I can't and don't want to afford it like this anymore. It also depends on who you are served by. Some put very little into the kebab, others significantly more. Finally, extreme savings were made on the sauces and only a little work was done on the inside of the bread. Otherwise, at least some sauce was added to the kebab while filling it. Some employees should be trained again so that they are employed there to sell kebabs and not to hit on us women or something similar. Extremely uncomfortable at times! Another reason why I don't like going there anymore. Especially not alone. Recently I was “accidentally” charged more when paying with my card. When I saw it and spoke to it, it said "ohhh soooorry, I was thinking about Dürüm and entered it wrong.." yes, no, that's clear. Funny that the Dürüm would have been even more expensive. They gave me the difference from the cash register, but again it had a bad aftertaste. Don't want to know how often this "accidentally" happens... Watch your money. It's a shame that things turned out so negatively. I always really enjoyed buying kebab there and especially love the kebab bread with sesame. But unfortunately I will stay away from this store in the future..

The kebab really didn't taste bad, but the shop doesn't invite you to linger and unfortunately it doesn't look very clean, but the seller was nice.

Very tasty and fresh. The staff is always friendly too. I come here regularly and am always very satisfied.

The kebab in the bread was very solid. The meat quality is very good, the selection of salads is completely sufficient (iceberg, white cabbage, onions, tomatoes and gourds). The shop is a bit hidden, very good for a lunch break. Price-performance is also very consistent. Particularly noteworthy is the owner, who had a very nice chat with us. PS: The bedside table we received on the house was very tasty. We'd love to come back. :)

The best kebab I've had in Hamburg so far. Jumbo is really Jumbo. Good and fresh ingredients. I even go there from the other side of town. When the owner recognized us, he served tea and cake as refreshments, making us want to come back. Great service! I can recommend it with a clear conscience 🙂🙂🙂

Almost juicy enough, medium size

Today I bought two HQD e-cigarettes for €14 at the kiosk – but they only cost €11 at the gas station and even €8 at other kiosks. When I asked why they were so expensive here, I got the answer: "My rent is €10,000." When I wanted to return the item, I was suddenly told that a return wasn't possible because I had paid with a card. I didn't receive a receipt either. Very dubious! Don't get ripped off here. Never again❌❌❌❌❌

Very nice staff. We always take food to go. Personally, I find the restaurant uncomfortable. But that has nothing to do with the quality of the food, it's super tasty.

The place is not very appetizing. Everything is made in-house in a pizza oven. The food was good but without excesses. Doner rollo - the dick doesn't stop, there's no craze. But the service was ok
