The kebab wasn't good if you were drunk you could eat it but the shop was dirty and unhygienic and the employees gossiped in front of the customers and were an absolute disaster

That was one of the worst kebabs I've eaten. The meat was full of cartilage, the salad was totally limp, some of the fries weren't cooked through at all. I also left more than half of it lying around. I wouldn't come here again

Very clean and well-kept restaurant. The food is super tasty and always fresh. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended!

I ate in this kebab shop today and am really impressed! The food was delicious, freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. I particularly enjoyed the kebab, one of the best I've eaten recently. The service was friendly and attentive, and the entire team was very helpful. The atmosphere in the store was also pleasant and clean. I can only recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The guy behind the counter was pretty unfriendly and the portions were very small today, at least as far as meat in the kebab is concerned, if I want a vegetarian meal I don't have to go to the kebab shop, I wanted to try this shop with my daughter, never again, King Döner at the Pobbenbüttel train station is 1000 times better and cheaper.

We happened to pass the shop while walking and thought we'd give it a try. Long story short: everything was ok, we would come back and we can recommend it to others.

I was there for the first time today, and what I found worst was the fact that the gentleman at the counter accepted banknotes and then touched the kebab bread with the same hands without washing them. The taste itself wasn't great, I'm sorry, but we won't be coming back. The gentleman who served us wasn't very nice either, he wasn't unfriendly either, but not so much that you would necessarily want to go there again. I'm sorry

Really great guys, they just made so many jokes with my daughter that she definitely wants to come back. And the prices and the quality of the food are also great 👍🏻

Why are the kebabs always only lukewarm-cold?

There is reasonable meat and good portions here. Unfortunately it's difficult to get to because it's difficult to find a parking space.

We pre-ordered early for 12 p.m. and we had to wait 25 minutes for repeated calls as to when and whether the food would arrive. There was no response

I was there recently with a colleague, service was really great considering that it's a kebab shop, and it was tasty. The tea on the house after the meal as a gesture was a huge hit with us.

I was there spontaneously on Friday lunchtime and ordered a Jumbo Dürüm. The store as a whole, purely in terms of its appearance, is not beautiful either from the outside or the inside. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and prepared everything fresh. The food - and that's the main thing in a "kebab shop" - was absolutely great. Really jumbo and super tasty. Would definitely stop here again to eat!

The food was good and was delivered quite quickly. The driver had no change or receipt and said we should have stated in the comment function that we (4 people) wanted to pay separately. My colleague found the jumbo kebab plate portion too small. Update: 02/2024 ordered again with colleagues via WhatsApp. They didn't want to be contacted by phone, only via WhatsApp or Lieferando. Prices taken from the Hummels website totaled 28 euros with a free 1 liter soft drink (from an order value of 25) of your choice. Not a word about delivery costs and delivery costs for WhatsApp orders. The Food came with Lieferando, the driver didn't have a bill with him, wanted 34 euros and had no idea about anything. Called Hummels again and asked: Prices on the website were no longer up to date and Lieferando gets a 3 euro delivery fee. Oh yes and there is no longer a free drink promotion either. Aha! Everyone deserves a second chance but definitely not a third one anymore. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. The prices have risen extremely, which would be OK if the quality and portions remained the same, which is no longer the case. The meat was totally dry, the salad was no longer fresh at all, it was soggy and the portion was very small for the money.

Nettes Personal, Leckeres Essen. Bei Lieferung über Lieferando wird leider fast nie die Anmerkung zur Bestellung gelesen weswegen es oft ein hin und her ist aber bisher trotzdem alles passend bekomm auch wenn mit verspätung 👍🌯

Lebensmittel Rechtlich sehr bedenklich! Mitarbeiter hustet, hält sich zumindest die Hand vor den Mund- fässt jedoch Sekunden später das Fladenbrot an.. Hygiene und Sauberkeit ist für Sie ein Fremdwort. Kein Wunder das es einem nach dem Döner im mahnen ich gut geht..

Hummels Döner ist mein absoluter Favorit in Hamburg! Die Kebab-Spezialitäten sind köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen!

Nicht zu endfehlen einfach Katastrophe, das hädchen wie zweite mal geschlachtet ,und das dönner läßt zu wünschen nich zu enfehlen!

An sich ein guter Laden, wenn man Vorort isst. Dennoch zum bestellen nicht zu empfehlen. Lieferzeiten dauern grundsätzlich lange. 3 mal bestellt, 1mal davon gutes Essen. Dafür ist das Geld definitiv zu schade….. Sorry hätte gerne besser bewertet. Hähnchen beim letzen Mal komplett tot und ungenießbar(Siehe Foto). Davor fast tot, zum Teil genießbar……. Döner bei ersten Mal extrem fresh, sowie auch die Pommes. Bei 2ten und 3ten mal eher alt und trockene Pommes und der döner sehr labbrig. War heute leider die letzte Bestellung. Beste Grüße

Sehr nette Bedienung und mein Stamm Döner seid dem es ihn gibt. Das Fleisch ist nicht immer perfekt, trotzdem kann man dort wie was falsch machen, also kann ich diesen Döner nur weiter empfehlen!!

Super Dönerladen mit freundlichem Personal und super Essen zu fairen Preisen. So muss es sein.

Wir waren wöchentliche Stammkunden, anfangs sehr zufrieden, aber die letzten Bestellungen waren ständig kalt. Wir wohnen 50 m entfernt, Fußweg also höchstens 2 min und dann ist ein Döner, oder ein halbes Hähnchen kalt? Ja alles wird teurer ( Tomaten, Strom, etc.) aber wir Kunden zahlen ebenso drauf, geben Trinkgeld und sind zuhause dann enttäuscht. Uns habt ihr leider als Kunden verloren, auch wenn die Gespräche immer nett waren und die Menge super. Echt schade!

Das Essen ist superlecker und frisch, auch für Vegetarier sehr geeignet, wirklich lecker und schnell zubereitet

Wirklich einwandfreies Essen! Große Portionen und sehr freundliches Personal, lediglich das Ambiente könnte noch ein wenig optimiert werden (was aber, wie ich gesehen, bereits geschieht). Werde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

auch wenn es etwas teuer ist aber das ist es WERT,ein Dürüm Döner hier ist SOO groß das man es sogar mit 2 Leuten essen könnte,allein wegen der Größe des dürüms würde ich 10€ geben und 10 sterne

Bester Döner in Hummelsbüttel, Poppenbüttel etc. Die mischen das Fleisch und den Salat, damit alles schön gleichmäßig ist. + sie machen immer schichten von Soße DAZWISCHEN, nicht nur einfach raufgeklatscht. Uuuund das Dönerbrot ist wie ein Krug, also man kann reinebeißen ohne das was rausläuft!💯✨

Das Essen dort war super. Der Döner war reich gefüllt und war geschmacklich Top. Leider macht der Laden einen Recht unordentlichen Eindruck. Hier und da ein wenig Farbe würde dem Ambiente gut tun. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Werde auf jeden Falle wiederkommen

YOOOOO, the staff here are so friendly and understanding. and they really take care of you when you have a request. I love Döner. It is the best wraps i have ever had and the closest thing to my Island Home, "Roti". If anyone knows what a Roti is, you know damn well, it is extremely delicious. Now just like the Döner, i love them both. And that Cocktail Sauce is amazing!!!

Ein recht liebloser Service ziehmlich teuer aber die Menge der Portionen ist okey. Ich bin immernoch auf der Suche nach einem leckeren günstigen Döner !

Der Kalbsdöner hat mir Persönlich gut geschmeckt. Optisch macht der Laden leider nicht viel her.

Mein Stammladen. Wie alle Döner Läden mal so mal so. Meistens bin ich aber zufrieden und das Fleisch finde ich hier deutlich leckerer als woanders. Zur Perfektion ist es noch ein langer Weg, aber man bekommt hier einen soliden Döner.

Bin ganz entspannt von Bus raus gekommen und mir ist der Laden sehr gut aufgefallen weil er so einladend ausieht. dann habe ich mir ein Döner bestellt und war TOP -1a was mir sehr gut gefallen hat ist das Fleisch und das Brot.Bin seit 3 Jahre Kunde und immer wieder gut 👍 Döner Karte Voll Bewertung 5/5 Empfehlenswert 🥙🥙

Habe schon öfter dort bestellt. Und war im Grunde zufrieden. Doch diesmal bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Im Döner-Dürüm kein Gemüse/Salat keine Soße genau genommen war es nur der Teig und das Fleisch. Dafür dann 6,90EUR ist definitiv nicht in Ordnung. Schade bisher bin ich gerne dort Kunde gewesen.

Der Döner ist lecker, aber immer werden die Saucen vergessen. Schreibe es immer in die Kommentarfunktion, aber es liest keiner. Extra Saucen kann man online auch nicht bestellen. Wäre schön wenn das online zusätzlich angeboten werden könnte.

Der Döner ist und bleibt einfach unschlagbar lecker. Das Personal ist dazu auch noch sehr freundlich, so dass wir gerne immer wieder kommen.
