Heute einen Döner geholt. 8.90 für bissl Brot und "scharfe Soße", der Boden der Tasche ist leer! ...absolute Abzocke der Laden. Der Döner wiegt 410 gramm...Nie wieder. Bedienung war nett....muss wohl auch sein. Schrott

Hallo, als ich den Laden betreten habe, habe ich mich zunächst in Ruhe umgesehen. Anschließend bin ich zur Toilette gegangen, um mir einen Eindruck von der Sauberkeit zu verschaffen und mir die Hände zu waschen. Alles war ausgesprochen sauber, von der Toilette bis hin zum Besteck. Das hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. Der Döner mit Lamm hat hervorragend geschmeckt, und auch der Salat war sehr frisch. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Besuch sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Leider war das seit Jahren das fettigste Hähnchen-Dönerfleisch, das ich gegessen habe. Wir hatten einen Dönerteller mit Hähnchenfleisch und einen normalen Döner im Brot, ebenfalls mit Hähnchen. Beides war extrem fettig und geschmacklich leider nicht besonders lecker. Am Ende mussten wir mehr als die Hälfte wegwerfen, was wirklich schade ist. Das Fett ist bereits aus der Verpackung des Döners gelaufen und schwamm in der Tüte, in der beides geliefert wurde. Beim Dönerteller waren Fleisch und Pommes so stark mit Fett durchzogen, dass man es kaum noch essen konnte. Es war eher so, als müsste man es löffeln. Für uns leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Ich war jetzt das erste mal hier, von der Bedienung bis hin zum Essen und der Räumlichkeiten, alles sehr sejr gut ist echt weiter zum Empfehlen und ganz Wichtig !!!! Jeden Donnerstag ist auch der Lamm Döner zu erhalten, sehr sehr lecker !!!! Also merkt euch Dönerstag ist Döner Tag 😉

Ich war gestern dort. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht – die Portionen sind viel zu klein für diese Preise. Die Preise sind absolut unfair. Es stimmt zwar, dass überall alles teurer geworden ist, aber man muss es auch nicht so maßlos übertreiben. Man sollte sich hier definitiv erst die Preisliste genau ansehen, bevor man reingeht. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder dorthin gehen und kann es auch absolut niemandem empfehlen."👎🏻

Der Sato Grill Imbiss zeichnet sich durch seine praktische Lage direkt am U Bahnhof Alsterdorf aus. Direkt beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten unsere Bestellung schnell bei dem zuvorkommenden Personal aufgeben. Trotz mehrerer, unterschiedlicher Bestellungen wurden die bestellten Gerichte schnell zubereitet und uns an den Tisch gebracht. Das Essen war von guter Qualität und preislich absolut angemessen für Qualität und Lage. Durch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Schnelligkeit des Services und die Qualität des Essens, würde ich den Sato Grill Imbiss definitiv weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wieder hier essen! :)

Da wird nicht versucht, mit Goldflocken, Trüffelmayo oder TikTok-Dekoration Eindruck zu machen — hier überzeugt einfach das Essen. Und zwar richtig. Das Fleisch ist saftig, würzig und perfekt gegrillt. Kein trockenes Standard-Drehspieß-Schicksal, sondern wirklich Qualität, die man schmeckt. Dazu frisches Brot, starke Saucen und Salat, der nicht aussieht, als hätte er bereits drei Arbeitstage hinter sich. Die Portionen sind ebenfalls stabil. Das ist kein „Danach brauche ich noch einen Snack“-Döner. Das ist ein Döner, nach dem man kurz überlegt, ob man sich jetzt erstmal irgendwo hinsetzen und sein Leben reflektieren sollte. Dazu kommt ein super entspannter und freundlicher Service. Schnell, unkompliziert und angenehm bodenständig. Genau die Art Laden, bei der man schon beim Rausgehen weiß: „Ich komme wieder.“ Fazit: Wenn jemand fragt, wo man in Hamburg wirklich guten Döner bekommt — hier. Für mich aktuell ganz klar die Nummer 1. Absolute 5 Sterne. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hab mit einem Kollegen nach der Arbeit einen Dönerteller mit Pommes gegessen. War lecker. Da ich gerne esse hätte die Portionen größer sein können. Aber mein Kollege ist satt geworden. Letztendlich war ich auch satt/zufrieden.

Schmeckt leider gar nicht, ich habe noch nie so einen geschmacklosen Dürüm gegessen. Wenn ich euch jetzt sage: Geht dort nicht hin, denkt ihr vielleicht ich übertreibe. Aber probiert es einmal aus, dann wisst ihr, dass es nicht schmeckt, und werdet sowieso nicht mehr hingehen.

Der dienstliche Aufenthalt in Hamburg hat mich heute zufällig zum Sato Grill geführt und normalerweise würde ich so einen Besuch gar nicht bewerten. Aber was soll ich sagen... Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Super freundliche Crew, richtig leckeres Essen und der Cay erst... einfach verdammt gut. Macht bitte genau so weiter, ich komme wieder.

War mal besser. Salat, Tomate im Dürum waren ol. Das Huhn wirklich ungewürzt und sehr fettig.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und unsere Bestellung wurde uns schnell zum Tisch gebracht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war super nett. Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt 😊

Wir sind mit sehr hohen Erwartungen gegangen und wurden sehr enttäuscht 😞. Für 10Euro haben wir 2 Tomaten Scheiben ein Viertel Avocado 2 Scheiben Gurken Ein Mini eck Schafskäse Bißchen Rührei mit Sucuk. Und 1 Brötchen bekommen. Pro Tasse Kaffee nochmal 4,5Euro Bezahlt. Insgesamt 60Euro

Ich hatte mir schon während des Essens überlegt, eine sehr gute Bewertung zu geben....bis mir dann die Rechnung gegeben wurde. 16,90€ nur für einen Dönerteller habe ich nicht kommen sehen, dafür hätte ich auch in eines der Restaurants in der Nähe gehen können.

Wir gehen meist Freitags mit mehreren Kollegen zu Sato's Grillimbiss. Sehr lecker und stets gut gefüllt ist der Dürüm mein Favorit. Die Dönerbox ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Variationen und kleine Änderungen sind kein Problem. Das Personal immer nett und freundlich und für einen lockeren Spruch zu haben. Für mich persönlich mein Lieblingsdönerladen.

Bester Laden. Bester Dürüm. Bester Service.

Diese negativ angehauchten Kommentare hier sind wirklich unterirdisch und zum fremdschämen. Wir sind Sato - Stammkunden und wurden weder jemals unfreundlich behandelt noch war das Essen vergammelt ganz zu schweigen von..... man servierte uns irgendwas - was so nicht bestellt wurde.....lächerlich! Wir fühlen uns ausnahmslos bei Sato voll wohl, daß Essen ist immer lecker und stetig frisch. Die Jungs sind zuvorkommend u. sehr freundlich... kurz...alles ist prima u. gern kommen wir wieder. Döner u. Dürüm haben wir im Umkreis schon etliche probiert und genau bei Sato sind wir hängengeblieben, daß wird wohl seine berechtigte Begründung haben. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei Euch.

Ich hatte den Dönerteller Jumbo und war wirklich begeistert. Die Portion war mehr als großzügig, aber vor allem die Qualität hat überzeugt. Das Gemüse war super frisch, knackig und geschmacklich richtig gut abgestimmt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier nicht einfach irgendwas lieblos reingeschnitten wird. Auch das Fleisch war top. Saftig, gut gewürzt und nicht fettig. Genau so, wie man sich einen richtig guten Döner wünscht. Alles zusammen war perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und einfach rund im Geschmack. Für mich definitiv einer der besten Dönerläden.Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Klare Empfehlung.

Vor kurzem habe Ich diesen Laden das erste mal betreten, obwohl Ich schon jahrelang nebenan bei Makkas Kunde bin und war direkt überwältigt, vom Vibe dieses Ladens. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch direkt freundlich und sympathisch. Die Auswahl an Essen war auch groß und hatte vieles was Ich vorher bei niemanden anderen gesehen habe.

Jeder Besuch ist ein Positives Geschmackserlebnis. Vor 2 Wochen das erste mal Adana Kebab probiert und es war ein Himmlischer Genuss. Bitte Qualität genau so beibehalten. Personal auch sehr freundlich.

I waited 20 minutes, others were served before me, only for them to then offer me fries instead of rice because they were out of rice. I wasn't even asked. For the price and the otherwise good reviews, this is unacceptable. And as a thank you, I got mumbled comments... It used to be better.

Extremely unfriendly staff. The doner kebab tastes good, but you rarely get what you want, and they give you whatever they're trying to get rid of. You have to say what you want several times, and they still suggest something else while giving you a disgusted look.

Hooray, I finally found it... the doner kebab in Hamburg! That's right, the smallest jumbo doner kebab in Hamburg for almost €10 (€9.90). Outrageous! Definitely not here again.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it... I had a dürüm döner and I have to say it tasted awful... For €9.50 I expect something different, not to mention the amount of meat. I had to ask him to add more... I feel like you're just being ripped off these days, even with döner.

We visited Sato Grill in Alsterdorf and had a very pleasant experience overall. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The ambiance is also very pleasant: the place is well-maintained, clean, and cozy, with background music creating a relaxed atmosphere. However, there's still room for improvement with the food. The doner kebab was fresh and well-prepared, but we would have liked a bit more seasoning or a special sauce to round it out. All in all, it's a charming snack bar with great service and a nice atmosphere – if the food's flavor were a little more intense, it definitely has the potential for a full five stars.

Beware of rotten meat!!! My girlfriend and I both got some there today and also gave some to our children…horrible. We had diarrhea all evening and into the night. Never again.

First, they offered veal, which had a 10-minute wait. After 10 minutes, they said it would take a long time. I should have chicken instead. The chicken tasted dry and burnt. The rice was delicious. The feta cheese I paid for extra was forgotten, despite a reminder. Except for one young man, the staff were unfriendly. Overall, disappointing!

The doner kebab tastes really good, but it's simply too small. We had a jumbo doner kebab today, and we weren't as full as we should be after a jumbo kebab. If I could, I would give it 3.5 stars, but the prices are a bit high. €2 for an ayran is quite a lot. The quality of the doner kebab is good, though.

Food is reasonable but i see no reason, why they won some kebap ranking (a while ago). 2 Stars because they became a bit greedy over time. 15.90 for minced steak with fries and salat. ( special lunch deal ). Increasing prices way more frequently than the competition ( that has the same energy price, meat price, etc. challenge).

Ordered a kebab on Friday. The employee was nice and apologized for the delay because they were changing the skewer. The meat was apparently undercooked or stored improperly. That night, I immediately developed diarrhea, fever, and nausea, and this lasted for several days...

I always enjoy going to Sato Grill in Alsterdorf, Hamburg. The Jumbo Dürüm is simply delicious, and the hot sauce is perfectly balanced - the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, no matter what time you come by. We were there quite late once, and the boys were still in a great mood. For me, Sato Grill is now the best kebab shop in Hamburg. Absolutely recommended!

Went there for the first time today after work, the kebab was great, without question I haven't had such a good kebab in a long time, the staff was very friendly but the best thing is that there are kebab bags where you can eat in peace without anything falling out left and right, cost 8.50 euros but very well filled with a lot of meat!!!

Best kebab in Hamburg Alsterdorf

The kebab has always tasted very good to me. The following should be highlighted positively: -Salad and meat are "mixed" in a bowl before filling. The positive result is that the kebab is not boringly layered (salad on top and only meat) -The kebab flatbread is not “wide” like in other snack shops, but rather tapered towards the top. The flatbread is therefore ideal for public transport as not so much can fall on the floor.

That could! It can be a top kebab, the quality of the meat and the freshness of the salad are right, but: they pre-mix the salad and meat in a plastic bowl, which ruins the kebab. Salad turns gray and meat becomes uncrispy and cold. Why don't you build the kebab normally but mix everything is a mystery to me!? It's probably more convenient/faster, but as I said, it doesn't make the kebab any nicer. Dürum is fine because it is not pre-mixed, it is no longer grilled after rolling, which is a negative, the pide should also be more roasted. Herb sauce is mixed for my Berliner heart - too majo-heavy and not enough yogurt. Conclusion: Please throw this bowl in the trash and put the salad and meat separately in the bread. The guests will thank you and I'll be happy to come regularly.

We have been our trusted kebab shop for a long time. Always tasty, fresh and the guys are super fast. For my husband's 30th birthday, we ordered catering from SATO Grill in the form of a buffet. With kebab meat, salad, sauces, bread, falafel, börek, halloumi and fried vegetables, there was something for everyone (also a treat for vegetarians!). Price-performance ratio was great and communication and delivery were flawless. The guests were thrilled! Many thanks to the SATO Grill team.

Ordered and delivered quickly. Unfortunately there was old meat in the kebab and it was thrown up straight away. I will never order from them again and don't recommend them to anyone!

The kebab is okay, just average. The sauce was okay, as was the meat. Priced like all other sandwiches. But the music was definitely too loud for me.

Now my favorite shop, I didn't like it the first time. Given a 2nd chance and now it's just me :) The boys are always in a good mood and the food is bomb 😊.

A super tasty kebab with delicious sauces, what more could you want

Unfortunately, that was just the opposite of an appetizing kebab. I myself wanted a kebab in bread, the wife a Dürum and the little son a kebab box (only meat and fries)...then it started...the veal was cut down, half raw and packed into the box for my little son ... The next time I cut it down, the red meat juice ran out of the skewer and everything cut off was placed on the roasting surface (at least it was now cooked through) but it has nothing to do with a grill rotisserie. If I want pan kebab, I don't have to buy it in a restaurant! Everything paid 24.90 euros. Then I opened my son's kebab box and saw the half raw meat. So everything was thrown away in the public trash can right in front of the door. And drove to another store. It's a shame, I've always been happy but the issue has been resolved.

My favorite kebab in Hamburg is still there after 10 years away from HH and is bigger than before and has been in business for 20 years. Clearly you're doing something right. Tasty, quick, friendly and even service at the table. I always like to come back for my Lahmacun

Ordered something via L. for the first time late at lunchtime today and had it delivered to the office... Delivery arrived on time, was well packaged and handed over by a very friendly driver and Dürüm and Baklava are simply delicious - recommendation within our office was of course made. I can't say anything about the ambience since I didn't see it live.

This kebab snack bar is cozy. There is a summer terrace for cozy dining. Special customer requests, such as kebab mix, sauce selection... are fulfilled.

We took a break there, the service and ambience were fine. The kebab for €9.50 was ordered with mixed meat, iceberg salad and red onions. Unfortunately there was hardly any meat in the kebab! Far too much sauce and mostly just lettuce and onions in the kebab. I feel cheated out of my money! The bread was very tasty and crispy. Unfortunately, I'm still hungry when I leave the shop after paying almost €10 for a kebab!

We order a kebab plate here once a week to the office for several colleagues and have eaten here privately from time to time. The kebab always tastes very good here and the portions are definitely filling. Thanks to all the staff and keep it up. You're great

I was hungry and went to this restaurant to eat and when he started filling him I think he brought me a bowl of meat and mixed slime and in the end he took it and went home and ate it strangely , and after a few minutes I felt sick, it's Sama The Restaurant. We don't eat for free. I will never return to this restaurant again.

This is really the best kebab man in all of Hamburg. The best thing here is the kebab box, which is mixed really well and so everything is evenly distributed. It would be even better if he stayed up later. At least as long as the subway is running, because it's at night after a party that I'm most in the mood for kebab.

Everything fresh and delicious. The sauces are tasty, the service is friendly. Definitely a kebab shop that you can recommend without hesitation. 8.5€ for a Dürüm is expensive but the price is justified compared to other shops with cheaper prices.

No more kebab pocket and the contents, meat with vegetables with sauces, are no longer mixed in the bowl beforehand so that everything is well mixed. Just usually not good at all anymore 👎🤷

Definitely not a bad kebab! The veal is more standard, while the chicken is a little better. Salad and meat are mixed in a bowl and then stuffed into a "bread bag", which unfortunately opened at the bottom due to the sauce. The salads were good, unfortunately there was no red cabbage. The employees were very nice and everything went very quickly. At €7.90 the kebab wasn't cheap, but still reasonable!

A great shop that not only prepares food in the store using delivery service apps but also delivers it quickly. So far it has been the right choice every time and we have not been disappointed. Fair prices and good portions.
