The food is not bad. What bothered us was the rudeness of the staff, and that they tried to scam us! First, they don't want to accept cards (hello? Berlin in the year 2025?) and second, you give him €50 and he hides 1 of the 20 bills from you to tell you that you only gave him 30! What a nose!

Since the new operator has arrived, I can say that it is the best kebab I have had in a long time. However, it makes a big difference whether the boss prepares it or the junior employee. Unfortunately I missed the boss yesterday - his friendliness and love for the quality of the kebab were missing. :-(

The Castello Bistro is located at Frankfurter Allee 151, 10365 Berlin. This is a good company. The atmosphere there is very pleasant and the ambience is also very nice. For me the Balli Döner🌮 is one of the best kebabs in Berlin and the China man in Balli is really great🍲

Best kebab in the neighborhood! Prices are okay, quality is great. Ambience rather dark and not so inviting.
