We're hiking friends and we called to see if we could come for lunch an hour before closing time on Sunday. We agreed. At the entrance all we heard from the staff was... the kitchen can go down, two more guests come and I just offer them the roulade . Drinks came quickly, the chalk board (5 dishes) was turned over to us without any indication, when we ordered... there were only 2 left... Service staff didn't give us a welcome feeling, but the food was hearty and tasted very good. Nice small guest room but there was a lot of noise or simply very, very loud guests.

Very comfortable inside and outside. Food and drinks are perfectly sized and tasty. The only drawback is paying with a card! This is only possible from a value of €100 and that is absolutely not up to date! However, if you look at it as such from the rest, then it is definitely recommended 👍

Nice, rustic restaurant with excellent food, we've been here several times and it's always been great! Traditional business through generations with the best, fresh and, above all, homemade dishes, something for everyone! Excellent value for money, we'll be back...

I was more than impressed! Very nice ambience, ambitious service and, above all, the food was wonderful both visually and in taste. The salmon fillet was coastal level. Absolutely recommended!

We only stayed here to eat and not for the first time😋 It is highly recommended, delicious delicious food, typical German cuisine prepared with heart and passion ❤️‍🔥! Even if you were just hiking 🥾 or walking nearby, the house 🏡 has a beautiful beer garden with a playground 🛝 etc!
