I've been here many times but unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated...
Went there for the buffet on Sunday evening around 6 p.m., much of the buffet was only lukewarm, the selection for vegetarian/vegan guests has also become less. The only thing that still excites me are the great sesame balls.
Everything else could be better.
It's a shame, I used to be very enthusiastic and enjoyed coming here.
Not the usual modular stuff, but authentic Chinese dishes. However, our noodles were barely warm, the soup for the main course and my drink not at all.
The food is really great and the portions are huge.
Plus prices are low.
Price performance is excellent here.
The lady at the counter is always nice.
The only point of criticism and at the same time a note for the snack bar:
With the smell of burnt fat you are harming yourself and the customers who are waiting there for their food.
Plus, you really smell like grease after you stop by to pick it up.
The snack bar is also a bit old.
But most importantly, the food is really great.
According to the opening times, the restaurant should be open until 2:30 p.m. We got there at 1:50pm but were told we weren't allowed to eat in the restaurant. When we spoke to the boss he seemed to allow it, but the staff was extremely rude and insisted it was absolutely not possible. The person at the front desk in particular was very rude.
In the end we decided on delivery. We emphasized several times that there were three of us, but only two pairs of chopsticks were delivered. Very bad service!
I just came here from Kaarst and wanted to eat something. There's a little light on, but you don't know whether that's the emergency lighting or just the emergency exit signs that are shining. Then I just kept driving because there was no one in sight.
