Has the boss changed? The waiters at the front desk were all Germans. The dishes were all served in three minutes, and the taste was much worse than before. The taste was very good, but the portions were very small.

Super authentic food. We went to Germany for the schnitzels but were positively surprised by this fantastic restaurant.

Very tasty Sichuan style food. Also suitable for vegetarians. I love that there are also vegetarian dishes without tofu. I personally find the sharpness a bit low, but that's a personal feeling. I would recommend it immediately.

The food will be here soon, it's fast. Please note that it appears that only cash payments are accepted. This pork offal was delicious. Also hotpot meat. It comes with rice. There were beers that go well with spicy dishes. There's also alcohol. One main dish might be enough for two people, but some people took what they couldn't finish to take home. Personally, I was impressed to see Kokeshi dolls from Miyagi Prefecture in the store.

My real experience in this store seven years ago is now being complained (at the end of April 2024) that the review is untrue and I am asked to provide evidence or it will be forcibly deleted... It was originally a response to this waiter (I don’t know if he is still employed now) who has no service spirit. Not satisfied, now even the good impression of the food I had here is gone haha... Leider war das Essen sehr ungenügend. Geröstetes Hähnchenfleisch war fritiert. Keine Soße, sehr trocken. Das Gericht Nudeln mit Hackfleisch und Soja Soße auch nicht zu empfehlen. Soße war nicht dabei und es war güner Salat auf dem Essen.

Wir waren das letzte Mal vor COVID in diesem Restaurant. Die angebotenen Speisen sind nach wie vor authentisch szechuan, wirklich empfehlenswert fanden wir die Rindfleischstreifen mit Kreuzkümmel 😉

Wir waren nun schon mehrere Male hier. Die Speisekarte und das Essen sind sehr authentisch. Da gibt es Essen mit Därmen etc. Das muss man ja nicht unbedingt essen. Das wird auch das Problem der schlechten Bewerter gewesen sein. Das Essen hier hat nichts mit der chinesischen Küche zu tun, die man hier in Deutschland darunter versteht. Wir haben immer etwas gefunden, das uns geschmeckt hat. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

外卖点了个辣子鸡，怎么一半以上都是鸡皮啊，我点的不是辣子鸡皮啊🫤以前不这样啊我记得。还有你家用预制菜我没意见，毕竟预制菜健康好吃就行，但是那道糖醋排骨换换吧，那个也太恶心了😡

Das Essen hier ist wirklich sehr gut. Tolle Schärfe und würzig. Ich empfehle die Aubergine und den Schweinebauch Sichuan Style!

Petit restaurant typique chinois , les saveurs sont au rendez-vous et les prix sont corrects. Les plats sont bien servi et il y a un assortiment de choix pour végétariens. Attention quand même, quand il est noté 1 piment sur la carte c'est (pour moi) vachement piquant... j'ose à peine imaginer 2 ou 3 piments. Bonne adresse à recommander sans problème.

Authentique cuisine sichuanaise, aussi délicieuse qu'en Chine, puissante en épices tout en restant fine. Service agréable et sympathique. Toute la famille attend avec impatience d'y revenir. Merci pour ce délicieux moment!

Sehr leckeres und wie ich finde authentisches chinesisches Essen (soweit man das beurteilen kann, wenn man noch nicht in China war). Jedenfalls war es mal nicht dieser All you can eat Asiate. Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.

Excellente cuisine chinoise traditionnelle. Ce n'est pas le menu chinois "adapté aux goûts occidentaux" c'est de la gastronomie chinoise authentique. Ma femmes a pris les pieds de cochon et moi les travers de porc. Tout était bon et très copieux. On aussi goûté les gyozas qui étaient exceptionnelles ! Au final 56€ pour un repas à 3 gargantuesque que l on n'a pas réussi à terminer + des saveurs extraordinaires.

Very closely located in city center and near to Aachen Bushof and on the street which lead towards Rathaus and Beautiful Marktplatz area. Service is good and fast...Food is really authentic Chinese. Cost wise moderate. Only accept payment by cash so that's to be taken care while you get inside.

Fantastisches chinesisches Essen à la Sichuan, meine Frau und ich lieben es, da es herrlich prägnant in Geschmack und Darbietung ist ohne die europäischen Anpassungen und Abmilderungen, die üblicherweise in China- Restaurants zu finden sind. Der Service ist immer freundlich bis familiär, und obwohl wir wissen, dass die Portionen wohlwollend bemessen sind, bestellen wir jedes Mal mehr, als wir essen können, da wir die Auswahl als so verlockend empfinden. Das Ambiente ist eher bodenständig und einfach, was durch Essen und Service aber mehr als ausgeglichen wird! Klare Empfehlung!

Ordered via Lieferando and although the order came fast, the food was of terrible quality especially the chicken. It seems that the frozen pieces were dropped into boiling oil. Served as dry chicken parts without sauce just with dry chilli pieces on top.

We ordered octopus for dinner. They served us very weird octopus, which tasted soooo bad we couldn't stay close to it. We told the waitress and she told the chef. After a while the chef came with a big kitchen knife and a big kitchen spoon and started to hit us thinking that we are going to post that on social media telling people how food REALLY tastes there. This whol case is of course going to the police but i just took some time to write here as well and let people know that this restaurant is by direct meaning DANGEROUS. Even if you go and don't like the food, be sure to NOT tell this to them if you don't want to be pointed at with a knife.

Extremely arrogant boss he’s talking in a very bad manner and always telling people bad things and on top of that the food is not tasty at all. I’ve also heard about him being aggressive with knives towards some customers because they complained about some dish. Haven’t seen that but people been talking a lot. This restaurant has to be closed….

Quite night with the friends turned into a nightmare, firstly they served a bad dish and afterwards attacked us with the knives and kitchen spoons. Everything done by their "Boss" who can not take criticism and "bad" but true reviews.

Ich Liebe Dieses Restaurant! Meine Frau und ich sind Regelmäßig dort. Wer sich mal Authentische, vom Koch kreierte Szechuan Küche gönnen möchte ist hier Richtig ^^ Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Preis Leistung ist Sehr gut.( das war stand vor 3 Jahren) Leider muss ich die Rezession ändern da sich die Qualität und die Rezepte stetig geändert haben und nicht mehr so lecker sind wie am Anfang. Es gab ziemlich hohe Personal Fluktuation und daher auch andauernd der Wechsel des Geschmacks für den wir ursprünglich immer gerne dorthin gingen. Leider werden wir in letzter Zeit nur noch enttäuscht und werden es erstmal, wenn wir überhaupt nochmal dorthin gehen es erst lassen. Schade.

Leckere, große Portionen. Bisschen enttäuschend, dass ich in meinem Essen sowohl ein Haar als auch ein Stück Metall o.ä. gefunden habe. Ansonsten gut.

Der Service war Nett, das Ambiente ist in Ordnung. Unter dem in etwa Augenhöhe hängenden Regal waren einige Spinnenweben zu sehen. Die Stühle sind im Verhältnis zum Tisch irgendwie sehr niedrig. Das Essen an sich war ganz Lecker aber das Fleisch war Knorpelig und von Komischer Konsistenz. Ich persönlich würde dieses Lokal nicht noch einmal Aufsuchen, da ich die für mich Relevanten Gerichte auch wo anders Essen kann.

Excellent food in a small cozy space. Green beans and beef with black sauce was delicious. Be forewarned that there are limited options for those who can't handle a little spice as it looks like most of the dishes have those diced chilis on them.

War auf Empfehlung mit 2 Freunden hier und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war super lecker und auch von der Menge her wird man gut satt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist klasse. Achtung, hier kann man, zumindest als wir da waren, nicht mit Karte zahlen. Man muss also genügend Bargeld dabei haben. In der Nähe ist auch eine Bank, bei der man spontan Geld abheben kann. Einen Stern Abzug, weil die Bedienung langsam war. Wir mussten einige Zeit am Eingang warten bis wir bedient wurden und auch am Tisch haben wir einige Zeit warten müssen, bis unsere Bestellungen aufgenommen wurden. Und das, obwohl nicht so viel los war. Das Personal kam mir etwas überfordert vor. Hier besteht also noch etwas Verbesserungspotential, ansonsten top!

Sehr leckeres, würziges Essen. Hier gibt es auch für den deutschen Gaumen ausgefallenere Speisen (Schweinedarm, Schweifüße z.B.), aber auch "normale" Gerichte, die anders schmecken als für Deutsche gewohnt. Die Portionen sind mehr als üppig und werden in der Regel in Schalen gereicht. Am besten kommt man also mit mehreren Personen, so kann man die Speisen teilen und mehr probieren. Die Atomsphäre ist ungezwungen, die Bedienung freundlich. Besonders gemütlich ist es nicht, was durch das Essen mehr als wettgemacht wird. Es sind immer sehr viele Chinesen dort, was jedenfalls in meiner Vorstellung dafür spricht, dass es sich um "echte" Sichuan-Küche handelt.

外卖员不按门铃且经常把吃的放地上人就走了，老板态度差，不接受建议。

这么多评论看下来，都在吐槽外卖，老板娘甚至也不愿意反思一下自己外卖做的是不是有什么问题，甚至想让客人来给他送外卖，好笑。看我id，完美诠释老板娘如何看待客人。看了过往店家的回复“假老板”等言论实在搞笑，还有让人家评价差评的来店里接受“道歉”，亚琛黑社会？本就是靠外卖生意挣的盆满钵满，现在却搬起石头砸自己的脚，要不把店卖了，老板娘去打工送外卖吧，收入更稳定。

Нам нравится, китайцы не похожие на других, аутентичная китайская еда. Острая. Китайских макарон вы здесь не найдёте. Для детей есть детский стульчик и больше ничего, но в меню можно что то подобрать и попросить сделать не остро.

Leckeres Essen nach Sichuan (Sezhuan) Art. Für die die keinen Schaf vertragen können, wäre Sichuan-Pfeffer bzw. Mala gewöhnungsbedürftig oder zu scharf. Portion war sehr großzügig. Reis bekommt man im Überfluss. Servicemitarbeiterinnen waren zuvorkommend. Würde ich gern weiter empfehlen.

Food is superb! No European type Chinese food like noodles to go. Dumpling soup is the best in the city. If you're up to "exotic " for Europe staff, this is a place to go.

Typisch chinesische Küche nach Sichuan Art; also ölig, kräftig gewürzt und oft scharf. Die Soßen sind sehr lecker. Traditionell wird praktisch alles vom Tier verwertet. So finden sich nicht nur Schweinefüße, Zunge, Darm und Magen auf der Karte. Auch bei der Fleisch-Qualität ist man nicht zu wählerisch. Das ist für Europäer etwas ungewohnt. Und das Restaurant ist ziemlich eng.

Fantastic Chinese food. The prices are cheap (albeit slightly higher than the menus displayed outside the restaurant). Unlimited rice (free). Staff is nice and friendly, though they were pretty busy so we waited a while. Food is one of the best Chinese food I’ve had in Europe. Highly recommended if you are in Aachen.

The fried tofu is sour and wired. I only experienced such a taste when the tofu was out of date. However, the clerk never admits the problem, and urgently explain or defend any complaints before you finished describing your concerns. If tofu is not out of date, there are certainly other things going wrong, and they should aware it and change it. But it appears they will never do anything according to their attitudes.

Food was mediocre and customer service was horrible. I wonder why this place is rated high 🤔 🙄 disappointing experience this evening, will not be visiting them in the future.

昨天晚上點了外賣 宜賓燃麵 麻婆豆腐 木耳 先說麻婆豆腐是現做的 吃得非常滿意 木耳也好吃 酸鹹適中 但是宜賓燃麵先不說辣油少得可憐 麵還是很軟很爛 不知已經煮多久才撈起的 重點是吃到中下層的麵竟然已經是有點發酸的狀態 還是壞掉的那種酸味... 當然剩下的只能倒掉了 然後半夜拉了一次肚子 麻煩店家請改進....

Keine gute Erfahrung.Sehr schlechte Fleischqualität, Anmerkung zu extra Zutaten und Änderungswunsch wurde einfach nicht beachtet. Es sollten Erdnüsse im Gericht sein, habe genau 3 halbe Stücke gefunden. Dazu fast 2 Stunden Wartezeit beim Liefern.

Guobaorou schmeckt überhaupt nicht, und die Portion ist klein.

Not very pleasant experience. First of all, the waitress, who is very likely the owner as well, was not very friendly nor hospitable. She cannot speak Chinese by the way. The dishes came quickly enough but one of the dishes - sweat and sour ribs- had very wired ( in a bad way) smell which I never experienced from the same dish I ever ate in my 45 years of life as a native Chinese. The other dishes were ok though.

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience. I ordered Tofu based mixed vegetables but the tofu was really overcooked and the owner didn't care to even about it. To add more, they just refused to accept payments by card. Unbelievable.

中秋佳节，和朋友小聚。点了雅的外送，菜品一如既往的好吃，特别是焦溜丸子，肉香浓郁，100个赞｡＾･؂･＾｡

菜品味道是不错的，但是我对于老板这种小气，和亚琛其他中餐厅对比，我很生气。我点了两个大菜，都快30欧，这肯定是两个人吃的呀。米饭，老板说只能给一份，老板我想让你去问问亚琛其他中餐厅，哪一家像你们这样，一份米饭能要你花几十cent的成本？我要是点一份菜你给米饭吗？是不是还要我掏几欧买一份饭？？？作为老顾客，我真的特别生气特别生气。

第一次吃到有除了牛肚和血，还有鸡肉加猪肉带脆骨，还有土豆和鱿鱼的毛血旺……😂后悔没先看谷歌评论就一个人去了。菜单上没有毛血旺，我问一个慌慌忙忙的女店员有没有，她说有。询问价格，她说和菜单里水煮肉片的价格差不多，14.8欧左右，所以我就点了。结果上菜足有三人份的分量！！ 心想，肯定要被宰了，不可能是15欧左右。结果结账时28欧多。女店员和我说，他们一般都是学生考完试来搓一顿，所以这么多量……这价格和14.8欧的价格差多了，好吗？ 住隔壁小城市周末来逛逛，以后来亚琛，不会再来这吃饭了……

Was ist da los? Normalerweise mein lieblings Lieferant für chinesisches essen. Aber die letzten beiden Bestellungen waren nicht wirklich gut. Die Standartgerichte die ich normalerweise bestelle schmeckten komplett anders, als wenn das andere Gerichte gewesen wären. Schade. Habt ihr einen neuen Besitzer bzw. Koch?

Das vorzügliche Essen ist nicht, wie bei anderen asiatischen Restaurants oft üblich, eingedeutscht sondern offenbart einem originale Küche aus Sichuan. Preis Leistung geht absolut in Ordnung und ist auch hervorragend für Veganer*innen und Vegetarier*innen geeignet. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch ein Besuch mit mehreren Personen um verschiedene Gerichte miteinander kombinieren zu können. Alleine lohnt sich der Besuch kaum. Die Portionen sind zudem sehr üppig.

Totally not deserve the money! Dishes are not authentic as well as very oily, the vegetables taste not fresh, and the kitchen looks not clean! Very disappointed! Regret choosing the restaurant and wasting the money! I think the owner really should think about how to make a change rather than only delivering the take away food fast, by this way you are losing your reputation and customers!

Nicht ganz günstig aber die Portionen sind RIESIG! Von unseren Bestellungen haben wir meist genug für 2 Mahlzeiten. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und gehen auch auf Sonderwünsche (Szechuan-Pfeffer weglassen) ein. Sehr emfehlenswert!

Haben ein Rindgericht und Mapo Tofu bestellt. Das Mapo Tofu war absolut wässrig und schmeckte fad. Das Rindgericht hat uns eine leichte Lebensmittelvergiftung verpasst (und schmeckte dazu auch wie 0815 Chinaimbiss). Finger weg!

Very authentic Chinese cuisine. I would say THE BEST ONE in Aachen! Great variety and super tasty. I’ve been here multiple times, also with some Chinese’s friends. So it’s culturally approved.
