My husband has been enjoying eating at the Drachenburg restaurant for decades. I was a guest for the first time. We were always served with a warm smile. The boss has a very attentive eye for his guests. We had sweet and sour chicken and Cantonese-style pork. The food, especially the large portion of meat, was very tasty. The breading was very crispy, the meat was high quality and very tender. The slightly playful garlic note of the Cantonese sauce was another very special taste experience. We had a lot of fun eating here. The price-performance ratio is great. We couldn't cook better at home. If you are looking for à la carte and organic quality, you have come to the right place. If you're looking for 0-8-15 masses instead of a classy buffet, you'll have to go somewhere else. In any case, we would be happy to come back, even if the journey takes a little longer for us.

Meine Kinder sind immer wieder begeistert und haben mich das erste mal mitgenommen zum Chinarestaurant Drachenburg. Ich war sehr begeistert von dem köstilch leckeren Essen, aus überschaubarer Speisekarte, a la carte, deshalb in hochwertiger Qualität, für´s Auge so schön angerichtet. Der Koch und sein Team sind super nett und für eine nette Unterhaltung offen sowie super hundefreundlich. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und empfehle auch weiter.

My family have been regular customers at Drachenburg for many years. We had our son's confirmation held there a long time ago. The quality of the food is excellent; I can especially recommend the spring roll! I don't know of any better than the Drachenburg's crispy spring roll! The owner of the Drachenburg is very friendly and attentive to the guests, always concerned about their physical well-being. He recognizes his regular guests even after many years. You can feel that he runs his restaurant with heart and soul!

5 stars are not enough ☺️ We were there spontaneously on Saturday evening and received a very friendly and courteous welcome, even without a reservation, despite the restaurant being busy. We spontaneously decided on the crispy duck, one sweet and sour and one Peking style. I was skeptical at first, the dish costs around 20 euros per person, which I initially thought was quite expensive... what can I say, we were overwhelmed by the taste 😍 I can't remember the last time I had such a delicious meal in a Chinese restaurant ! “NEVER again buffet” is my credo. It was a culinary revelation! 5 stars for this 🫠

Were here at 1pm. Quiet and relaxed. Food was very fresh! Crispy baked chicken with rice. Was delicious. Pineapple sauce could have been a little spicier. More pineapple and smaller pieces. But everything is fine, we warmly welcome you! Coming back with several people.

Food 5* - The taste is always fantastic at prices that are absolutely right for what is on offer. Insider tip: Duck with Kung-Bao sauce (ask for the Kung-Bao sauce). Service 5* - The owner is a true professional and you always feel comfortable as a guest. Friendliness is always very important here. Ambiance 5* - The interior design exudes Chinese flair. You always have the impression that it is clean. It never smells unpleasant, but always somehow fresh. There's even a wing for live music. Even if this is not always used - special moments would certainly be possible on request ;) Most of the time, pleasant piano music plays over the speakers. There are also fish in the aquarium. Great hello and a wonderful meal. The best thing I've ever tried. It took me a few moments to understand the menu, but even if you don't know what is what, you can take pictures of the dishes using individual cards. And you are treated kindly all around. Almost too friendly 😁😁😁

We drove specifically from Cologne to this restaurant. The best Chinese restaurant I know. The prices are so worth it once you try it. We taste it so good and freshly prepared. I particularly enjoyed the hot sauce “Hunam”, something so delicious. The place is also very clean and you feel comfortable. The service is so friendly and warm, he became our friend on the first day😂. So I recommend everyone to try it there just once, the guarantee is that you will become a regular customer. I was here for the first time today with a friend and chose the house duck specialty. At first I thought the food was a bit expensive, but when it arrived and I tried it, I noticed that it wasn't run-of-the-mill Chinese food, but good Chinese food, prepared with a lot of love, for each individual Cent was worth it. Really, really delicious. The owner of the restaurant was also nicer than anyone else. Super friendly, but without being annoying. I would have loved to have eaten with him. Ambience also nice.

The best Peking duck and the best king prawns with fried rice I have ever eaten. I really tried a lot but this blew me away! Highly Recommended :)

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier, das Essen hat ein wenig gedauert weil es komplett frisch zubereitet wird. Es war sehr sehr lecker und die Bedienung war auch super. Sehr sympathisch und mit viel Humor bedient. Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr gut mit Abstand besser als viele andere in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Die Atmosphäre war sehr Ruhig und offen. Wir wurden gleich empfangen und an einen Tisch gebracht. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell und war sehr lecker. Es war ein wenig teurer als gewohnt, aber noch im Normalbereich.

Leider kann ich keine Fotos posten, weil alles so super lecker war, dass es ganz schnell weg war! Alles frisch zubereitet, die Frühlingsrolle knusprig, die Soßen fein abgeschmeckt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Klingt übertrieben? Ist aber ehrlich so gemeint! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Kurz und knapp: Die Frühlingsrolle hatte leider nur das Aroma der Speise, die im selben Öl vorher frittiert worden war. Die Hummerkrabben waren „lappich“. Es fehlte Gemüse (den Lauch und die Möhren musste man suchen). Irgendwie mangelte es auch dem gebratenen Reis und den gebratenen Nudeln an Geschmack. Und hier hängt an der Kasse ein Hinweisschild mit dem Mindestbetrag, um mit der EC Karte bezahlen zu können. Hier wird neuerdings offenbar nur noch gespart. Früher war es hier mal besser …..

Ich schreibe sonst nie Bewertungen, aber dieses Restaurant hat mich aus Wolken gehauen. Die Familie ist super nett, der Service könnte nicht besser sein und für das Essen kann ich garnicht genug Sterne geben! Das Beste Restaurant was ich je betreten habe!

Sehr leckeres Essen mit großen Portionen und kleinen Details (z.B. kleine Blumen oder Schmetterlinge aus Kohl). Die Mini-Frühlingsrollen waren besonders knusprig. Das Personal ist sehr serviceorientiert: Eine Mitarbeiterin räumt in regelmäßigen Abständen mithilfe eines Rollwagens das Geschirr ab, der Kellner serviert die Gerichte mit kurzen Erklärungen. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Restaurant befindet sich im 1. Stock, sodass man je nach Platz eine kleine Aussicht auf dem Marktplatz hat. Wenn wir das nächste Mal unsere Familien in der Nähe besuchen, kommen wir wieder!

Sie haben aktuell selbst am Wochenende um 21.00 geschlossen, wir waren mehr als überrascht plötzlich ohne Aufforderung die Rechnung zu bekommen da ab 21.00 geschlossen wäre! Nirgendwo angezeigt ausser außen an der Türe ganz klein was wir dann am Ende erst gesehen haben, sorry wer schaut auf so eine nichtssagende kleine Anzeige? Heute informiert man sich im Internet und da steht klipp und klar bis 22.00 Uhr! Wenn man weiß das um 21.00 in einem Restaurant Ende ist geht man früher hin um sich gemütlich zu unterhalten und zu essen. Wenn man aber um 19.00 da ist, um 19.30 anfängt zu essen und dann gemütlich sich unterhalten will ist die Zeit wohl wirklich sehr knapp!

Gutes Chinesisches Restaurant. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten nicht reserviert. War gar kein Problem. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung hat uns einen Platz am Fenster gegeben mit einem Blick auf den Stadtplatz. Wir hatten kleine Frühlingsrollen die nach 15 Minuten auch auf dem Tisch standen. 15 Minuten später war das Hauptgericht serviert. Schmackhaft und genau richtig von der Portion. Preislich würd ich sagen der aktuellen Inflation angepasst und somit auch absolut OK. Gerne wieder ! EMPFEHLUNG !

Ich kann nur gutes über dieses Restaurant sagen. Ich war mit meiner Familie schon mehrere Male dort und es ist nur weiterzuempfehlen. Eine Familiäre Atmosphäre, alles sehr schön hergerichtet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich dort immer wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen ist vorzüglich. Man schmeckt, dass alles frisch ist. Einfach niemand bekommt die Ente so wunderbar zart und saftig hin wie Vincent (der Ladenbesitzer). Mein absolutes Lieblings Restaurant. Man muss es unbedingt mal ausprobiert haben.

Ich war am 26.08.22 mit meinem Sohn dort essen,das Gericht meines Sohnes war sehr gut,mein Gericht(Rindfleisch Kong Pu) leider nicht,das Fleisch war teilweise nicht zart sondern eher wie Gummi.Bei der Abrechnung habe ich dem Chef auch meine Verärgerung mitgeteilt, leider wurde in keiner Weise darauf reagiert, Das war unser letzter Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Found this restaurant by accident. We decided to try it because other restaurants were booked. Had actually a really nice diner with the family. The food was really well prepared and the kids liked it as well. Unfortunately the creditcard machine was not functioning.

Mal kein typisches Buffet, wie man das sonst immer antrifft, sondern a'la carte, sehr lecker zubereitete Speisen, von sehr freundlichem Personal serviert. Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung

Die Portionen waren top, geschmacklich hat es auch ganz gut gepasst. Der Kellner war etwas muffelig, aber aufmerksam (wir waren aber auch fast die einzigen im Lokal). Allerdings für deutsche Verhältnisse eher ein teurer Chinese. Bezahlung mit ausländischer Maestro-Karte oder Kreditkarte funktionierte leider nicht.

Wir waren zu dritt unter der Woche zum spontanen Mittagessen dort. Eine kleine, aber gut Mittagskarte wird neben der "großen" Karte geboten. Die Mittagskarte biete tatsächlich preiswerte und gut gelungene Gerichte, wenn man möchte auch ohne Natriumglutamat. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Wir sind gut bedient worden und satt geworden und können das Haus empfehlen. Und man hat den Eindruck, das wir das Potenzial des Hauses (mit unseren drei Mittagsmenüs) noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft haben, die Küche kann sicher noch viel mehr!

Ganz plötzlich überkam es uns! Jetzt gehen wir mal wieder chinesisch essen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es ist zwar kein Sterneniveau, aber für spontan ausreichend. Und geschmeckt hat es auch.

Der Empfang war einmalig freundlich!!! Das Essen sehr gut! Die Preise normal! Die Kinder haben zum Schluss noch ein Eis und Süßigkeiten bekommen. Hier werden wir nochmal essen!!!

Das Lokal liegt direkt in Hennef am Marktplatz in der 1. Etage. Der Empfang ist freundlich und man wird an einen Tisch seiner Wahl gebracht. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist typisch für ein chinesisches Restaurant und für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein. Die Speisen sind nett angerichtet, die Portionen ordentlich und alles lecker. Reis gibt es in einem extra Topf und die Hauptspeise wird auf Warmhalteplatten serviert, von denen man sich seine Portion auf dem Teller selber einteilen und mixen kann. Das Ambiente ist leicht auf chinesisch gemacht, wirkt aber nicht überladen. Die Angestellten sind Chinesen, die aber selbstverständlich deutsch können, nett und zuvorkommend sind und immer höflich. Nette Gespräche kann man ebenfalls mit ihnen führen. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend am nahegelegenen Bahnhof.

Wir waren heute mit dem Gutscheinbuch dort essen. Uns ist es das erste Mal passiert, dass man damit nicht willkommen ist. Wir hatten zu wenig Soße bei unserem Menue und der Reis war auch nicht ausreichend. Wir haben nachbestellt und durften anschließend auch dafür extra bezahlen. Ein Essen war nicht heiß sondern nur warm. Dazu kam dann noch der Kommentar was wir nicht alles an Besteck genutzt hätten..... nie mehr wieder!

Ich war da mit meinen Kollegen und wir haben uns alle die Gebackene Peking Ente mit einer Flasche trockenen Rotwein bestellt und ich muss sagen, dass das Essen all unsere Erwartungen übertrifft.
