We were greeted by very friendly and attentive service. We chose the "Last Supper" offer and were very satisfied with it. The burgers, fries, and drinks were all great. I love that there are many vegan options and that the various burger sauces available on the table are also vegan. I also found the atmosphere very pleasant. Thank you! :-)

We order from you very often and are generally very satisfied. Unfortunately, it has happened several times that the meat in the middle was completely raw - which is really unacceptable at this price level. We would be pleased if you could pay particular attention to this in the future.

I've actually always been very satisfied here, now I've pre-ordered via the burgerme app, 1.5 hours in advance and the food just doesn't come. After I called the first time, I was told it would be there in 2-3 minutes, the app said delivered now, I then called again and was apparently at the headquarters with someone very rude who told me to give people a little time?!? Then please work on your app so that it doesn't show it has been delivered when it hasn't been delivered and give people time, I think it's relatively rude if you pre-order. Addendum: Customer service actually contacted us directly, very friendly and no standard answer. They apologized and I received a voucher, so the service was given 5 stars.
