The restaurant looks very appealing at first glance: the retro pictures on the walls give the room a charming, nostalgic atmosphere that makes you want to have a cozy meal. Unfortunately, there were a few details that made our visit less relaxing. The seat height didn't really match the table height, so we felt a bit uncomfortable while eating. With our menu we were served the fries first and then the burger. It would be more harmonious here if everything came at the same time so that you can enjoy the individual parts of the menu together. Unfortunately, our burger arrived cold, which spoiled the enjoyment a bit. When it comes to snacks, such as nuggets, attention is paid to creative presentation as they are served in small decorative deep fryers. However, it would be more practical to get a plate with it. A note about payment: Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible in the restaurant. Overall, the restaurant has potential and a charming atmosphere, but a few improvements in service and procedures would be appreciated.

The food didn't really taste good (the meat tasted very cheap and felt like it had no taste at all and the fries were abnormally cold and barely cooked through) and it felt like I had to wait a long time and the driver didn't even look for my street properly and I had to go out specifically come and go a bit to find it...The store is not recommended and I will never order there again ✌🏽

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Burger Brothers on Neumarkstrasse in Wuppertal and can highly recommend the burger joint. As soon as you enter, you notice how clean and tidy everything is - from the tables to the sanitary facilities. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. I would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly and courteous staff. From reception to ordering you are always served with a smile, which makes your stay very pleasant. The food was also prepared extremely quickly without any compromise in quality. The burgers were simply outstanding: juicy meat, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was a delight! There is a wide selection, so there is something for every taste, whether you like it classic or more unusual. I can recommend Burger Brothers at Neumarktstrasse 20 in Wuppertal without reservation and am happy to give it 5 stars. Everything is just right here – quality, service and taste!

Ordered takeaway for the third time and every time something was forgotten or wrong. Today we checked again to see if everything was in there, of course another burger was missing. When asked if the other burgers could be remade because they would definitely be cold by then, the answer was a clear no. Accommodation = 0. Well, if you charge €10 per burger, we've thrown the money out the window except for the newly made one. All good things come in 3 and there will be no 4th time

My first choice for vegetarian/vegan burgers! If it's not too crowded, you can get your food very quickly. Attentive waiters round off the service to my complete satisfaction.

I'm sorry for the review, but this place really isn't worth visiting. The burgers are simple supermarket burger buns with meatballs, sauce from the bucket and some salad. You can do this yourself at home inexpensively. The employees are nice and helpful.

Ordered via Lieferando. Very nice call from the restaurant because an item was not available and I was offered a replacement. Driver very polite and nice, food was there after 40 minutes (as stated) and still hot. It tasted fantastic and we would order again *****
