We were there today and will definitely come back. The service was simply top-notch, with little room for improvement 👌. The decor and ambiance are perfect. The burgers were super warm and tasty, and the burgers and sauces were good. The petty fries were tasty, but too flat for me personally. I like them a bit thicker and the beef nice and juicy 🤤 That's why I deducted a star. The price/performance ratio was right. So if you're looking for good service and delicious food, this is the place for you.

My visit to Beef & Co was fantastic all around! The meat was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The side dishes were also fresh and skillfully prepared, so every detail was just right. The service was super friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. Combined with the cozy atmosphere, Beef & Co is a definite recommendation for me. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a classic burger with fries. Both were very tasty. What was a bit annoying was that they didn't accept card payments and only accepted cash. I wouldn't have expected that in a city.

The burger was just OK, the portion of fries was quite small and unfortunately tasted of old grease. My stomach was still bothering me half the night. Not exactly bad, but the value for money isn't good enough to warrant a repeat order.

We ordered a hamburger and were absolutely thrilled with the taste! The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the portion size was just right. The selection of vegetarian and vegan options was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I found the price a bit high for the amount of food. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, no card payments were accepted, so they sent me to a counter around the corner to withdraw cash. The toast burger was okay, but nothing special for me. It tasted more like it had been made at home. Because it was more bread than meat, it also tasted a bit dry.

I visited beef&co in Wuppertal and can only say: absolutely recommended! The food was first-class, from the quality of the meat to the preparation – simply perfect. You can immediately tell that the cooking here is done with a lot of passion. I would especially like to highlight the staff: they are so warm, attentive, and exceptionally friendly, something you rarely experience. You immediately feel welcome and completely at ease. For me, this is clearly one of the best restaurants in Wuppertal – I will definitely be back!

I've rarely experienced such excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants the best of the best. I'm always happy to travel over 150 km to get there.

Super delicious food! I had the beef Muh Chacho and the Mexican fries. Both were delicious!! The service was friendly and the house music was perfect. Definitely the best place to eat in the Louise district!

Too bad... honestly, two burgers weren't cooked through. Probably just in a hurry right before closing time... and then the quality drops. My order from August 17th was delivered at 9:55 PM. They should ask the employee what was going on.

It was an absolute delight. The food, service, attitude, facilities, and atmosphere were fantastic. Our absolute favorites were the beef cheesy drip and the homemade lime-mint lemonade!

Disappointing Experience with Uber Eats Ordering I ordered through Uber Eats – according to the app, the delivery time should have been around 40 minutes. Unfortunately, this was delayed several times, so I ended up having to wait over two hours for my food. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold, and additional items I had ordered were simply left out. When I called, I was simply told that the Uber Eats driver was supposedly at fault. It's strange that this has never been an issue with my orders from other restaurants using the same app. Furthermore, the app clearly showed that the driver was already waiting outside the restaurant, while at the same time it displayed that the order was not ready. This rather indicates poor coordination within the restaurant. It would be desirable if orders were prepared in such a way that drivers don't have to wait unnecessarily – and customers receive their food warm and complete. This is certainly not recommended.

Dear burger fans, Let's start with the burger joint itself. Since we were sitting outside, we can't judge how cozy it is, but it looked very nice from the outside. We were sitting outside and unfortunately have to say that the tables and chairs were very, very close together; we had to push the chairs in the front area aside to get to our table. It would be best to remove a row of tables so that everyone can sit at the table without any problems. There's really no distance between you and your table neighbor. The service team was very friendly and always had a smile. Unfortunately, our burger menus and various extra side dishes weren't served all at once. The burger (the deluxe burger) unfortunately didn't arrive warm. Since the bun is coated with grease, as is usual, it's not tasty when served cold. A few minutes later, the side dishes arrived, and our burger was almost finished by then. Since the burger joint wasn't overcrowded with customers, this should be minimized in the future. Therefore, we're unfortunately only rating this burger joint 3 stars, which is pushing us to the limit. Best regards

I simply love Beef & Co.! My number one restaurant when it comes to burgers. I've been going there for over two or three years, and every time the burger has been a highlight! I really have to restrain myself from wanting to go there every day. I've even recommended it to my family and friends (I tried the Tower Challenge but unfortunately didn't succeed), and they think it's great too! The homemade drinks, shakes, cakes, etc. are also really delicious. Friendly staff and manager, good atmosphere, always tidy and clean. I can definitely recommend it to everyone. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! 🌸

A complete disaster. We couldn't be reached by phone. We wanted to eat there on our wedding day, there was no band announcement, nothing. When we arrived the shop was closed due to water damage, which we could have reported online. Thanks for the info!

We recently visited this restaurant. It's immediately apparent that attention to cleanliness and maintenance is paramount – everything is new and clean. The decor is interesting. The friendly waitresses served us attentively and politely. We were particularly pleased that the tables were thoroughly cleaned after each guest. We ordered two beers, two standard cheeseburgers, and fries with gravy. The cheeseburger was fine: the bun was soft, the patty was fresh. What I didn't like was the meat-to-bread ratio – I felt the meat was too little and the flavor was barely noticeable. The menu states that the patty weighs 150g, but to be honest, I had my doubts. Maybe that's just my subjective impression. What I liked least was the large amount of mayonnaise. The fries, on the other hand, were really delicious. Overall, our impression was positive, and we left in a good mood. We'll definitely be back!

Very inviting, friendly and delicious, you should come by yourself

We were able to try the restaurant today via the NRW voucher booklet. The decor and atmosphere are appealing. The staff are friendly but unfortunately untrained and very, very careless. With an outside temperature of 10 degrees Celsius in the evening, the door was wide open, and the place was freezing cold. I asked two different waitresses twice to please close the door. They nodded, but didn't do it. In the end, I got up and closed it myself. When ordering the double patty cheeseburger, I said, "No braised onions under any circumstances, but fresh onions, please." We got it with braised onions. Of course, I immediately objected. The waitress seriously said, "Yeah, it's just in the sauce." I said, "Then you have to make us aware of it and not just bring us something we didn't want." She disappeared without a word, and another waitress brought it as ordered. The taste was OK, but nothing more. I had the Philly Cheeseburger with extra jalapenos. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The taste was absolutely okay, but extremely greasy, like, above average. The bun was very sweet, too sweet... would have been better with Nutella. The Cajun fries were dry and a small portion, not worth the €4. A shame. We won't be coming back. There are simply much better burgers.

As soon as you enter, you notice how much attention is paid to cleanliness. For me, that's always a direct indicator of quality. The food didn't disappoint either. Very fresh, hearty, delicious, and even homemade cheesecake with daily toppings at the end. I recommend the Friday special. Many thanks to the staff and a special shoutout to Sero!

While on a business trip, I was looking for a good burger and found it here! BBQ was top-notch, Cajun fries were crispy and spicy, just as they should be, and homemade lime and mint lemonade was top-notch. Everything was served quickly by friendly staff and beautifully presented. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

Disappointing and not recommended for the price. There was a hair in our burger. Nothing special in the taste. Far too expensive for what they deliver. Fries are super thin and not tasty. Payment only in cash. It looks better than it is.

The layout of the store really appeals to me personally. Cozy, modern, stylish. The service was fine. Friendly, attentive. I got my fries several minutes before the burger and had already eaten them when the burger finally arrived. Not ideal, but it can happen. I was disappointed with the burger itself (I had a Beef Deluxe). The tomato slice still had the stalk in it and the onion slice was thicker than the meat patty. Overall, I found the burger to be bland. It wasn't mine.

Unfortunately, the cheeseburgers were very salty and the sweet potato fries were soggy.

I visited Beef&Co for the first time today, and I can tell you it won't be my last. Both the waiters and the owner were very hospitable. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the menu caught my eye – so many unique dishes that you won't find anywhere else in Wuppertal! I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and can highly recommend it. I also ordered chicken strips, which also tasted very fresh and juicy. For dessert, I got a shake – it tasted absolutely amazing. I came with high expectations, and they were more than met!

A good friend recommended this restaurant to me, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Great food, great prices, very friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere! You'll definitely be seeing me here more often from now on! I could go on raving about the restaurant, of course, but that would take up too much text, so I would simply recommend everyone try it out for themselves. You certainly won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately I have to correct my review: On my last visit I ordered a vegetarian burger again. I had a friend with me who I had raved about the burger to. The fries were great again, but the patty from the burger wasn't a "beyond meat" patty, but a vegetable donut. Nobody told us anything when we ordered, only when we asked what THAT was supposed to be, we were told that we had run out of patties! We didn't want to eat it that way because it didn't taste good and so we returned the burgers. There was no real apology or reparation. We then had to pay the full price for the fries and drinks. Sorry, but that's not customer friendly. It's been a year since the incident and I haven't been there since. It's a shame. But I had already written back then: “Let’s see if the level is maintained”. Answer: Nope. Old review: Wow... I was really a bit skeptical about the vegan burger, but it was (and is) really tasty. The fries are also very tasty and crispy. Everything is freshly prepared, the waiting time is completely okay, the price is great and the staff is totally attentive and very friendly. We would definitely like to come back. Disaster, ordered via UberEats. According to the app the delivery time should be 40 minutes. This was moved back a total of 3 times, so delivery took over 2 hours. Food completely cold and extra ingredients forgotten. I called and the apology was that it was the Uber Eats driver's fault. It's just strange that nothing like this happened with any other orders from other stores. Especially since you can clearly see in the Uber app that the driver was standing in front of the store and the app said that the order wasn't ready yet. Maybe you should work on your orientation so that an order is made at the same time and not everything is cold. Absolutely not recommended!

Be careful to all Schlemmerbuch customers! Although it was clearly marked in the gourmet book, it was insisted by telephone that the voucher was not valid for collection. After a lot of back and forth, a pickup was finally possible. However, here again an unfriendly surprise: instead of two main courses for the price of one (as listed in the voucher), there are only the burgers, not the menus. This clearly violates the service mentioned in the gourmet book (see menu). Apparently they just want to collect the money. We will report it to the provider!

It's worth eating there. Courteous, fast and very friendly service. Making the cocktails correctly just takes practice.

Eat delicious burgers in a cozy, quiet atmosphere. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday evening, but we (11 people) were served warm, perfectly prepared burgers and side dishes at the same time. What I liked best was the serenity and peace that reigns in the restaurant.
