Unfortunately not at all satisfied anymore, it says it's open which apparently isn't true. I really enjoyed ordering from the restaurant and couldn't understand why it was closed. Accordingly, I was very pleased when it reopened, as the burgers were extremely excellent and I really enjoyed ordering. Phone number doesn't work no matter how many times I call and PayPal hasn't contacted me 4 times. I assume the restaurant is closed and someone has accessed the website to collect money because the delivery provider is also completely different, before it was smart order I mean and now it's quite strange, no order confirmation, nothing but money gone and first waiting for PayPal .

Overheerlijke loaded Fries en een geweldige burger. Deze tent is totaal niet duur. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Een echte aanrader als je in Bad Sachsa bent!

Difficult to rate - although it even showed as open on two platforms, unfortunately the store had closed with no indication of it.

I ordered 4 burgers and 1x fries via Lieferando. It took over 60 minutes from order confirmation to delivery, with a stated delivery time of 35-50 minutes and a distance of approx. 6km. In addition, the entire meal was cold. If I order hot food, I expect hot food to be delivered. It was too expensive for cold. I won't order anything from Burger & Waffle again and won't recommend it to others.

I stood at this container twice. the first and last time. 0.5 fritz-kola €3.60, fries were ok, chilli, cheeseburger, was raw inside, not well cooked. Everything together for about 15€ -- but handpicked without gloves, pliers from the seller.. 😔

It's a shame, the pulled pork baguette yesterday in Braunlage at the Walpurgis celebration was unfortunately nothing. For €10.50 you can expect more. Soft roll, pulled pork with no texture or taste, the coleslaw wasn't particularly noticeable. BBQ sauce as the main flavor carrier, but why put lots of raw onion on top like with the herring roll? You definitely have to and can do much better. There is clearly room for improvement. Very friendly service, nice car.

We came on a Saturday at 5 p.m. and sat down at one of the tables outside. At that moment we were the only guests. A young man stood behind the counter and 2 young women walked "around the corner" shortly after we sat down. Sunglasses up, rocker and cell phone out. We sat there stupidly for probably 15 minutes because the ladies had other things to do. The young man then took pity on taking our order because the two ladies were still calmly standing "around the corner". The tables outside then filled up very quickly. A group of young people sat on the "pallet furniture"...as the ladies had finally decided to return to their work, one said to these guests: I haven't gotten around to getting the cushions out yet - if you want cushions - they're lying around the corner. The guests had to get up and get the seat cushions! How bold is that? Since this wasn't the first incident of this kind we've experienced, it really pisses us off. The food was delicious and fresh - as always... but the service is also part of a nice meal! and once again it didn't exist. I didn't give a tip that evening and one lady mentioned to her colleague about 5 times when she was collecting the money that we had NOT given a tip when she explained the billing to her. You don't do that even if the guest is sitting next to you. We now find it incredibly annoying when we as a guest are ignored (and then wonder why there are no tips around the corner...). We won't be coming back for a while.
