Die besten Restaurants mit Brauereischanke Essen in Hessen

A very simple but traditional place. Not many tables but on a Saturday night all tables were taken and we had luckily prebooked. The food is simple, and a few dishes were out but what we had was very good Schnitzel, the Kroketten and fries good, the salad also very nice! And all done by just one man, drinks, food, service, he did a great job. Prices also very fair.

Today we were there with the family. We had liver dumpling soup that was gone faster than it was there. Two Jägerschnitzel, super tasty sauce with crispy and well-cut fries, also delicious. Then there was homemade spaetzle and everyone had a fresh side dish. Highly recommended. TOP

Omg such a cute and authentic place filled with locals! We arrived for lunch and most of the tables were already reserved, so beware. They apparently have regulars who are mostly old generation, cute retired couples, friends 🥰 The guy working there was friendly and nice. And of course the Käsespätzle was amazing!! 😍 A must-visit place in Idstein 🤍

Unfortunately disappointing. Neither restaurant nor street food were available. In addition, the beer selection is very small, actually nothing special at all. Expectations were high given the reputation and were not met at all.

Update 12/2024 Unfortunately, Bierhannes had to close the restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful hours in the beautiful beer garden with good food and good beer. All the best. We have been going to Bier Hannes since 1990 and love the good food, the excellent beer, the cozy beer garden and the hospitality. Highly recommended! Great location, we had our Christmas party there. Food was underwhelming. It was just halfway warm and the red cabbage had a long warming time and the taste was ok. The creme brule was not recognizable as such and the chocolate pancake with filling was very cold and almost tasteless

Currywurst for 15€, not really warm, but good French fries. Guests are travelers who are transferred to FRA Airport by shuttle.
