Grandma’s delicacies buffet The food was good, simply prepared and presented. You could ask how a buffet is set up (no additional cutlery, no additional napkins, no plates for serving cutlery, no spices). No sauce for the duck. Of course this is an event in a bowling center, but this department is called a restaurant after all. Apparently not enough staff that evening. We waited half an hour until a waitress came to order our first drink; we had already helped ourselves to the buffet.
