Unfortunately, a complete disappointment!
The first time, the food was cold, the fries were completely soggy, and we had to wait almost two hours for our order. We ended up throwing the fries back in the air fryer ourselves so they were even edible.
Nevertheless, we gave the delivery service a second chance. The food was okay this time, but the wait was again far too long.
The third and definitely last time was the final straw: First, we received a call 20 minutes after ordering because our chosen burger wasn't available. After much back and forth, we opted for a different one – at an additional cost. What arrived? A cheaper burger that we hadn't ordered, and again soggy fries.
When we called the store, we were told we would get a refund for the overpayment on the next delivery that evening. Of course, nothing happened.
Conclusion: Unreliable, long wait times, incorrect orders, expensive prices, and uncooperative service. Never again!
We had dinner there at lunchtime. There is a lunch menu. You could choose a soup or spring roll for your meal. Everything tasted very tasty. Good portion. Price performance good. Staff very friendly. Gladly again.
After visiting the Lower Greiz Castle, here for coffee and ice cream/cake/waffles. Cake mediocre, waffles great. Coffee very good. Service was unfriendly, annoyed and you had the impression that every order was too much. Toilets very clean. It's a shame, the mood is also important
Note on the comment on my review: I don't know what bad behavior you're talking about. We ordered, even that was a problem and was met with impatience. Hardly a "goodbye" was uttered
very very unfriendly staff. aggressive and always irritable type for 3 years, I have the feeling that I'm doing something wrong as soon as I even ask for a topping (sauce, chili flakes) very, very lean.. the food is good but the unfriendliness immediately ruins everything and makes it inedible
We were there as a couple for Valentine's Day. The restaurant was very well attended. After we sat down at the table, it took five to ten minutes before we could order drinks and food. Nobody showed up. The drinks came promptly, the appetizers came after just under 30 minutes. I would like to praise the onion soup at this point!
From here it got more difficult. There were four people sitting behind us who waited 90 minutes (!). Two of them hadn't had a starter in the entire time, let alone the main course. They then left the restaurant because there was an event waiting in the Vogtlandhalle. We were therefore afraid that we would have to wait forever. In fact, we didn't actually get our main course until just before 7:30, which was almost 90 minutes after we entered the restaurant. That's too long!
Even though our glasses were empty, employees walked past us and cleared tables. Nobody asked if we wanted a refill - only when we asked.
Pizza was delivered quickly to surrounding tables. A couple who arrived late than us were therefore able to leave sooner. Since we didn't have elaborate pasta and baked meat, we had to wait a long time. The food tasted good, but not particularly good either. For me in particular there was a lack of love...
Apparently the pick-up business confused the processes in the kitchen and brought a lot to a standstill. You may want to avoid the pick-up business on such days so as not to annoy and lose your on-site customers.
The operation also felt uncoordinated.
In the end we paid around €95, which we found to be too much considering the price-performance ratio.
Very tasty, but unfortunately there were very long waiting times for the food due to the crowds for small children (Friday evening). But the service is great and there is even something for children to paint. Would love to come back.
Attracted by the restaurant's homepage and checking the opening times in advance, we discovered that the restaurant was closed. Our impression was that this had been the case for months. Isn't it the least bit of hospitality to point out such a changed situation in order to prevent many visitors from making the journey in vain?
