We have been coming regularly to the Gasthof Zur Schweiz in Altenburg for many years - and for good reason! The food is always fresh, tasty and down-to-earth. The traditional dishes such as roulades, schnitzel or pike-perch fillet are particularly well made here. The portions are generous and you are guaranteed to go home full and satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive, even when it's busier. You just feel welcome. The inn is also a great address for celebrations or special occasions. The catering runs smoothly and the food is always well received. All in all: If you're looking for good, honest food in a pleasant atmosphere, you've come to the right place. We'll definitely continue to come here! 😊

We were there spontaneously 2 days ago with 4 people without registering, which wasn't a problem. The waitress and boss were very friendly and asked several times. Food came quickly and was tasty. Price wise also okay. I would come here again.
