I have never written a bad review, but have always voiced potential complaints on site, but this time, after much hesitation, I am making an exception. About 4 months ago we went to Jimmy's Tapas Bar in Neustadt on a recommendation because we love tapas because of our frequent vacations in Spain. We were looking forward to a nice evening and experienced a catastrophe. I don't know whether the guests who positively rated the aioli as homemade have never had a real homemade aioli, or whether it was better on other evenings, but our aioli was a very poor finished product. You could only sense the garlic, but you couldn't taste it. The guacamole was a strained sauce that had no similar taste to real guacamole. The boquerones were fried and not fried on the menu, which we unfortunately missed. So instead of the non-fried ones came the fried ones, which were absolutely inedible. They tasted like they had been made a long time ago, downright musty. The meat, mushrooms and sheep's cheese were ok, but the latter wasn't particularly good. When we complained about the aioli, the guacamole and the boquerones, we were only offered dessert, which, based on our experience, we declined. Since my meal only consisted of the sheep's cheese and everything else was inedible, I was still hungry after eating. When we asked for the bill we were asked to pay for everything, even though we had only tasted the aioli, the guacamole and the boquerones. So all in all: We've never eaten as bad as we did there Service quality is zero, conclusion: never again

We are also very disappointed. Unfortunately, the service and quality of the food have deteriorated greatly. We used to go to the Musik & Bistro almost every weekend for darts. It was always full. The ambience was, even if a bit dated, still very cozy and the food was always delicious despite the "full shop". Unfortunately, this is no longer the case today, so we no longer go there at all.

Great restaurant with outstanding service. We had a wonderful evening with a group of children in the separate children's room.

Not just Bettina's favorite place: also in my portfolio. Food is very tasty and plentiful. You can tell that the food is prepared here with joy and a lot of love. The prices are reasonable. Gladly again!

Wirklich empfehlenswert! Das Essen hat uns hier noch nie enttäuscht. Die Preise sind zwar etwas hoch, aber man bekommt dafür auch wirklich Qualität! Der Service ist super, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ebenfalls erstklassig. Die Kinderkarte ist etwas arg kindlich, es wäre schön, wenn es auch etwas für die grösseren Kinder gibt. Mit vielleicht auch etwas anderen Bezeichnungen ;) Es ist immer schade (und teuer) wenn die Kinder eine Erwachsenenportion nicht ansatzweise aufessen oder schlicht nicht mögen.

I got there around 5:30 p.m. On the way I thought... man, you haven't reserved a table, hopefully you can get one I have another one. From a distance I only saw 1 vehicle standing in front of the restaurant. My guess had been confirmed. I entered the restaurant and wished you a nice 4th Advent. Hey, I thought... no reaction Nobody responded. Then an employee came up to me and I told him that I was alone. Everything is free. I then chose a place. Now an older lady came who I had already seen once when I was eating there with my brother. She was very unfriendly and I thought that was a good start. I also wished her a nice 4th Advent, but she was also somehow very rude.She brought me the menu and I asked for a drink because I was thirsty. The employee brought the drink and shortly afterwards the older lady came back... I assume that she is part of the tribe. I then chose something from the menu. Short Then came the starter, which is available everywhere... a salad, and I have to say that it was very nicely prepared. Then my food arrived, which the employee brought. So here's your food... what was I thinking? That can also be said in a friendlier way, because I'm a guest. Then the story begins. I took a photo of the food and posted it to my brother on WhatsApp. Then it came the unfriendly older lady and said you can write later... and my hat string burst ........I was at 180...I don't allow myself to be told when I have to do something and one word resulted in others. I then called the employee down and asked to pack my food for me. I leave the restaurant immediately. The older lady came again with a Sterofoam box in her hand and placed it right in front of my nose. I asked very politely for a bag because I still have to walk a bit. Then...she came with a crumpled bag in her hand and I thought what might have been in there before. Annoyed, she came with the bill. I then paid and left the restaurant as quickly as possible. As I was leaving I said that I would write a review about the restaurant. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly in a restaurant. That was my very last visit to this restaurant. That was a quick run-through because I was really looking forward to going out for Greek food. But I'll put it this way... a long emptiness. And I have a guess. In summer there is often a coach in front of the restaurant. .... I don't want to say anything more about this. I then ate my meal in the comfort of my own home. So that's it. We were at VICINO yesterday and had two different pasta dishes. When the decorative pasta plate was served, I immediately noticed that the plate was very cold, and unfortunately so was the spaghetti. Apart from that, unfortunately they were hardly seasoned at all (Spaghetti Aglio/Olio). When we subsequently ordered an espresso, we told the waitress, who then acknowledged it with a sympathetic smile, shaking her head and without comment. It's a shame and definitely not a second time!

We (2 adults) were in Pelzerhaken from December 27th, 2024 to January 1st, 2025 and came here twice. Spontaneously on December 27th, there were several tables occupied, we got a table without any problems. On December 31st with reservation, the second room was also open. The menu is very extensive, and I was most pleased that there was also a good selection of turkey. We cannot confirm the reviews that the food took a long time. It was almost too fast for us, on both days. We had barely finished the salad when the main course arrived. A little more time in between would be more pleasant. But I've already complained about this with my Greek friend at home, but unfortunately it doesn't change. I like to sit comfortably and eat in peace and not be "gone" after an hour. But we didn't feel like we had to leave again straight away. On the first evening I didn't like that they didn't ask if we would like anything else to drink and if everything was okay. We sat right near the bar. On New Year's Eve the worry was almost too much, all the waitresses, I think three, asked the same thing at intervals. The food was very tasty. Turkey in saffron sauce Gyros with garlic sauce Lamb fillet on spinach (although we were surprised that it was garlic tomato sugo with 4 leaves of spinach, which was very tasty, but not according to the menu) Grill plate We would come back again.

My wife ordered via Lieferando and expressly expressed her wish in the comments column that the dish should be delivered without ham!!!!!! It came with ham and we let it go back. The driver said that he would not receive the tip we paid via Lieferando (which was specified separately)!!!! That's really not okay! We also ate in the restaurant from time to time, which we won't do anymore.
