We visited this restaurant for the first time at the weekend and absolutely loved it. Great welcome, outstanding food and excellent service. However, the ambience clearly has room for improvement. The inventory is no longer up to date and reminds us little of France. Unfortunately, white tablecloths and fresh flowers are also missing, which should be a given in this price segment. Investing in inventory would certainly help to “attract” walk-in customers to the restaurant. We are from Leipzig and have so far only walked past the restaurant without going in or reserving a table. Nevertheless, the restaurant can absolutely be recommended.

I visited this restaurant with my brother for dinner. First of all, when we arrived, the staff were standing around debating who would come over to assist us, and no one seemed eager to help. The tables were fully booked, but they offered us seats at the bar, assuring us we could still have dinner there. We sat at the bar and waited for 15 minutes, yet not a single member of staff came over. Even the people working behind the bar didn’t make eye contact with us during that time. Eventually, we decided to leave. The service was absolutely awful. I understand that Germany isn’t particularly known for great service, but this was beyond disappointing. I won’t be coming back and would suggest others to consider different options.

Minced meat in a vegetarian taco is crazy

We ordered the Green Ghost pizza and the Green Bull pizza from Lieferando. The order was delivered faster than stated. Unfortunately, the edge of both pizzas was inedibly black and the dough in the middle was wafer-thin. The pizza box arrived soggy. You couldn't eat the pizza like a classic pizza because it hung like a cleaning rag and the toppings fell off. We had to eat them with cutlery. The topping was sufficient and the tomato sauce was fruity. But in the end I found them disappointing. We ordered there because Lieferando has a 4.8 star rating out of over 200 reviews, which I can't understand in retrospect. Too bad. :(

We were guests at Franky's Cafe for the first time today and were very enthusiastic 🥰The atmosphere is very lovingly designed, you always discover something new 😊 The host is very warm, you can only feel comfortable there. ☺️The food was really very good. You can taste that it was prepared with love. 🤗We haven't eaten so well in a long time. We'll definitely be back, even if it's just for a drink.
