Well, I liked the pizza very much. The Margherita was very good. I would love to come back. The staff was very nice. Friendly and polite. It was very tasty. See you again. Kind regards from enes
We were visiting here, and since we'd read some very positive reviews and wanted to enjoy a beautiful view of the Elbe, we stopped in.
The food was good and plentiful.
However, despite the rising prices in our economy, I think it's a bit overpriced.
It says international cuisine on the internet.
Most of the food was Italian.
So, if you offer Italian cuisine, there should be more different casseroles and more different pizzas.
Not just the obligatory ones.
No question, I like Italian.
But if you say international cuisine, then there should be more of that to choose from.
What I didn't like was that the owner stood there the whole time and watched you eat.
He certainly meant well, checking to see if the guests wanted anything else, but for me personally, it disturbed the peace and quiet.
There's a beautiful view of the Elbe, and if you have a bit more money and like Italian food, I would recommend the restaurant.
Conclusion: The food is good, but too expensive for what you get.
Comparison: We went to an Italian restaurant in Bernburg, right on the Saale River, where the boat rental is, because we really enjoy Italian food.
The Italian restaurant has a wider selection, more casseroles, for example, more extravagant and superb pizzas, but also schnitzel, etc., but it's affordable.
Very good food, a bit cheaper, and you also get a small house specialty.
But I don't want to advertise other Italian restaurants here.
But no one can deny me my own feelings and opinions.
Thanks anyway to Restaurant Elbblick.
Just my personal opinion.
I find it a bit too expensive for what it offers.
One of the last gems of its kind!
Mucky's is far more than just a stopover – it's a true experience. Authentic, welcoming, down-to-earth, and full of character. This is exactly what you imagine a place to be, where you'll enjoy lingering and forget about everyday life. The lakeside location is idyllic, the clientele is diverse, and the owners passionately offer what many have forgotten: genuine hospitality.
Absolutely 5 stars plus – if you haven't been here, you've definitely missed out!
Food was very good, it's asparagus season with an extra menu. Ambience is good, service is very attentive. Dessert recommendation: sweet potato fries with ice cream, sounds strange, tastes very good
Fried noodles and rice contain absolutely no other ingredients apart from 3.4 soy sprouts. The peanut sauce was by far the worst I've ever seen. Hardly any taste, gelatin cubes were not dissolved. Thanks no.
Top ice cream parlor, it brings back childhood memories. Just let your mind wander. Fries classic and good. Prices are top family-friendly.
Update 2024: Ice cream parlor unfortunately burned down due to arson and was not rebuilt!
The new chef is doing the Shanghai Palace a lot of good. It is and remains the only and now good Chinese restaurant in Schönebeck.
Unfortunately, the fried noodles are really just “Asian spaghetti”. The peanut sauce is recommended!
Very nice people on site, despite minimal information, the price is still very low compared to the competition and the food is delicious. Ideal for eating here while driving by, as there is a parking space and the food is prepared quickly. Clear recommendation - I'll be back! :)
Today we picked up something from Dr Wok at the Ecenter for a long time. Today I tried something completely different and was really impressed. I believe this dish was called “Hong Kong style”. We ordered by phone to pick up. This always works great and is quick to do :). When we got home we first ate the spring rolls with dip. They were crazy hot and super crispy and delicious. The vegetables in my dish (see photo) were crunchy, tasted super fresh and the seasoning was perfectly balanced. The rice was also very tasty and plentiful. I'm only halfway through the dish. Was totally thrilled. The fried noodles always taste just as good, but sometimes they are greasier than usual, like today. After my delicious vegetable rice dish, I was full, happy and looking forward to the next time. The owners are also super nice and very accommodating and communication is always good :)
I ordered a 28cm Jasmine pizza with extra pepperoni. Unfortunately, I only got a 23.5cm pizza without white cheese (sorry, I can't attach a photo). It wasn't particularly tasty either. This was my last order.
Small and beautiful campsite directly on the Elbe. We received a friendly welcome and were given seats in the first row with a view of the Elbe, despite booking at short notice.
There is a small snack bar. In the sanitary facilities, warm water for showering costs 1 euro for 3 minutes. But completely justified due to the location. The Frohse train station is a 15-minute walk away and the SBahn doesn't take long to reach Magdeburg. All in all a good place to stay (even with a small child).
