Have you tried the food yourself? Today was the worst food I have ever eaten in this cafeteria. In the last few years it was always very good and nice, but today it's really bad. No taste. “CURRY” sauce tastes like pureed tomatoes from cardboard with curry powder on top. Fries as if they were just made warm The bratwurst felt hard and dry from yesterday. Especially since there used to be real sausages and nothing like that. Ate 15 minutes ago and already have a slight stomach ache. It's hard on the stomach and simply not digestible. It's never been this bad!

We have ordered there several times and so far it has always been delicious. The delivery times are also okay and the suppliers are always friendly.

Fast, it's really something different. If you're hungry you have to bring a lot of time. The food is ok. But the staff really needs to work on the processes. I have never seen so many staff in a snack bar that sends so few eaters.

We were in Mayrhofen for one I ate pizza there. The staff is very friendly and the pizza was very 👍

Wir trafen uns heute zum Frühstück im Galeria Kaufhof in Halle ! Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön ,man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Halle ! Das Frühstück selber war lecker ! Nur der Service ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig ! Brötchen und Croissant 🥐 waren Mangelware . Brötchen wurden zwar noch nach gebacken,aber Croissant waren scheinbar nur 6 Stück vorhanden ! Wir waren gleich zur Öffnungszeit da , hatten aber kein Glück ! Mein Mann nahm sich zwei Kiwis und da wurde ihm gesagt ,er hätte die Deko zerstört ! Muss schon mal sagen , für 11.90 Euro könnte man schon etwas verlangen ! Es gab auch die Aussage ,da müssen sie eben für 6.90 € woanders frühstücken gehen ! Ich kann es mir nicht vorstellen , daß sich Galeria Kaufhof Restaurant leisten kann ! Wir waren auf jeden Fall das erste und letzte Mal dort !

Disgusting, nothing more needs to be said about it. That no one from the hygiene department came there yet. Otherwise he would be long gone.

The food arrived cold and we waited for two hours. I couldn't eat the schnitzel, and the burger wasn't great either, and for about €43, that's a disgrace. Never again, and to anyone who hasn't ordered from there, go to your local kebab shop instead; MC is a fancy place compared to that.

In advance: Since we have only ordered so far, I can't say anything about the ambience. Have ordered several times and have always been satisfied with the food (both burgers and side dishes). The burgers are delicious and topped with fresh ingredients. The fries are very well salted and crispy despite the long delivery. As just mentioned, the delivery is a complete disaster. Ordered at 5 and said it would take about 40 minutes. We waited until 7:30 and it still wasn't there. When asked, it was said that many orders had been received. However, this is not an isolated case!! If you plan to order, it's best to allow 1 to 2 hours for delivery!!!

++ Edit #2++ The so-called business practices have now been discontinued... BECAUSE THE COMPANY APPEARS TO NOT EXIST ANYMORE. My attempts to call were blocked by the owner and the office in the beautiful Halle has now been dismantled. Nobody to reach. ++Edit++ Dubious scammers! After my last review (see below) I'm still waiting for money from this so-called "company". The sometimes criminal business practices, if you can call them that, have still not been stopped. Even multiple questions/reminders are not taken seriously and are certainly not answered. If I could give minus stars, I would give all of them. After spending a good 5 months in this uncompany, I'm now more than fed up. Another issue is the hygienic conditions and much more in at least one of the branches (Leipzig Karl Liebknecht Straße), which can be described as disastrous. Wages never came on time, once we waited in vain for over 2 weeks, the boss told us on the phone that a suitcase with cash had to be flown here from the USA first :DDDDD +++++ original review: After spending a good 5 months in this uncompany, I'm now more than fed up. Working time and data protection laws are ignored and wage fraud is attempted. Wages almost never come on time (sometime around the 25th of the following month), and online tips are NOT paid out, contrary to various employees' claims to the contrary. I strongly advise everyone not to have any contact with this fucker. Both as a customer and as an employee.
