Not recommended! We waited almost two hours for our delivery, some of the food was already cold. We won't be ordering again!

I waited almost two hours, and then the pizza rolls ended up completely burnt and inedible, which ended up in the trash. It's absolutely outrageous to deliver such things to customers. I reported it, of course, and took a picture before throwing it away.

When you order and a very long delivery time is given, but then you're still hours late. Respect. And when you call and complain that the route is too long, yeah, then I'm not allowed to include it in the delivery area. Very unfriendly to customers. On top of that, all the food was spicy, even though it wasn't supposed to be. That was definitely the first and last time.

What's going on with you guys? I wanted a mega kebab, not a mega salad! Totally unacceptable 😕

We have ordered there several times and so far it has always been delicious. The delivery times are also okay and the suppliers are always friendly.

I'm so pissed off... you waited over two hours for the food, and when I tried to ask about the delivery, no one answered the phone. Mind you, after several attempts... I won't be ordering from there again...😡

Tried calling more than 15 times, waited 2 hours, and he didn't apologize. He didn't even call me to let me know if the food would be late. Rude and disrespectful. Never order from him again!

I've ordered from them six times now. Not once has everything arrived exactly as ordered. On top of that, the delivery time was almost always 2-4 hours, not the stated 60 minutes. Once, after waiting for over two hours, I was even called back and asked in almost incomprehensible German whether the driver even needed to leave or whether I no longer needed my order (EVEN THOUGH I'D ALREADY PAID!). Do yourself a favor and DON'T ORDER FROM THERE.

The food is quite good but the delivery times are catastrophic, two hours later is standard and when you call you are told as always (it will be here 30 minutes later).

Unfortunately no stars for the store. We've already been waiting 2 hours for our food (4 pizzas) with a promised delivery time of 40 minutes. There's no food in sight yet!

It used to taste really delicious, but now everything is swimming in fat and tastes bland. Delivery time is catastrophic, one hour turns into two to three...

So if I had ordered there for the first time today, I would never order again. 2 pizzas were delivered completely incorrectly. Order information apparently wasn't read either. It couldn't be worse.

The store was a disaster, I ordered at 6:07 p.m. - it was supposed to be there at 7:26 p.m., it came exactly 2 hours later and all the dishes were cold and my pizza wasn't baked through, the onions weren't cooked through - it was chewed on like it was on rubber. And after I called, I got an answer in gibberish and perplexity. Honestly - I'll never order anything again and I advise against it.

So we're gradually looking for another pizzeria. Our order came in vain. Ordered at 8 p.m. At 9 p.m. we wanted to call to see what was going on, but no one answered the phone even though it was still open. Thanks for nothing

Delivery time a disaster. Ordered at 6:15 p.m., then attempted delivery at 9:30 p.m. In the meantime, 1st call to the pizzeria. Delivery was apparently on the way. 2nd call at 9 p.m. the cancellation was made, followed by insults, outrageous answers, even threatening to come here. It's exactly this kind of business that makes it difficult for decent pizzerias. Have not received the goods to date.

I waited a very long time and the pizza that me and my friends ordered had a very disgusting smell and didn't taste really good either.

I was greeted warmly, I ordered a mega kebab and two salami pizzas. The meat and the side dishes of the kebab were tasty and looked fresh. The pizzas are well browned, fresh, tasty and crispy on the edge. The pizza dough was well ripe and was able to fully develop its flavors. Always happy😊👍!

We ordered our food via WhatsApp. After asking over the phone we were told our food would be there in an hour. After an hour and a half I asked again and was told the driver was on the way. After another 30 minutes they said our order had gone down and they would prepare it now. We then refused. We will never order there again. We've never experienced anything like this before.

You order, wait 90 minutes for the food, only to end up with no sauce, the drink you ordered didn't come with you and the employees were too incompetent to do the math or even take change

Cheeseburger menu, the burger is huge, the patty is thick and juicy, like homemade?, the wavy fries, crunchy, tasty, plentiful and with a drink for €8 more than fair. Everything to go was great. I have already ordered there for delivery, not mine, this negative review has been deleted. But it wasn't good. Every time you order food on site it's just great. It doesn't look particularly inviting, but I and my friend always receive very friendly service there, even when there are complaints, except for home delivery, which somehow always goes wrong... The prices are really great and the pizzas are great too.. .

The worst pizza shop of my life, first we were treated badly, then he insulted us in Indian and the food didn't taste good at all. He was stingy with the sauces and also the meat, there were only 11 pieces of kebab meat in it so I've never seen that before.

So I can't share the reviews I read here. Delivery time was quite long, okay, but I also live on the other side of town and I ordered on the holiday. Despite the long time, I would order again. I found the salami pizza to be absolutely delicious and the slices weren't skimpy either. The cauliflower casserole also had plenty of ham. I think a solid 3 stars is fair and the price/performance is absolutely right.

Absolute disaster, I ordered a potato mince casserole there. Delivery time was okay, but the casserole was pretty spicy (I'm not a spicy eater), so I called and passed it on, it was assumed that I had done something to it myself that made the food spicier. Then they wanted to send someone over to pick up the food, fun fact no one was there yet. It's the worst restaurant I've ordered from so far, just horrible. NEVER AGAIN. The restaurant should honestly just be closed, the staff is just as unfriendly and less recommended as the food…

Just disappointed...2 1/2 hours waiting for 4 pizzas...disaster Pizza tasteless/bland and bad base .. Conclusion - not again...

The best kebab in Halle. Flatbread super tasty and crispy, wishes taken into account. Dürüm kebab is also very tasty, crispy and wishes have been taken into account here too. Driver also very friendly. We like to order here 😀

So what we got delivered was tasty, but a kebab was forgotten during delivery and we've been trying to call for an hour now. After we finally reached one, processing the missing kebab was uncomplicated and it was delivered later.
