A course was served every hour. 7 p.m a cream of cauliflower soup, well... 8 p.m Forest porcini mushroom ravioli, thinly filled with an indefinable mass, thyme foam was zero foam, fried onions, no comment - the goods are ready and finished? Four heated small tomatoes were good. Not only us, but also the other guests were waiting for the food. In between, people were attentively asked what else they would like to drink. 9 p.m The main course - the plate with two small pieces of veal fillet, potato and carrot mash, chopped mushroom stalks. All in all, not a blast, we were still waiting for dessert (10 p.m.). Rum parfait, right? Apple ragout, with split ends, vanilla sabajones, a teaspoon. My evaluation as an employee at the Schnitzelhaus is absolutely positive. I can assure you that these are definitely NOT frozen schnitzels and that the meat is pounded and breaded by hand :) I also can't fault the cleanliness and freshness of the food. Not even a tomato has time to grow old here. I eat here several times a week myself and can therefore recommend everything with a clear conscience.
