The new ordering system sucks, everything that was once agreed to at subway is no longer there... you order from the machine, which sometimes works... you can't see what's being done anymore... (the broken machines are in front of the counter so you can't see anything... the waitress goes to the back with the sub where you don't notice anything at all) 30 cm phili beff I had to pop 6 times because there was a tendon in the meat and even a cat spat it out would have.... Service has always not been good. Ambience? Really now? Go get something to eat, keep going... that's the concept that has never been inviting to "eat here"

Erst nach zweifacher Aufforderung die Karte erhalten, nachdem wir 20 Minuten dort saßen. Auf Essen 1,5 Std gewartet und nicht geschmeckt. Jägersoße kein Geschmack(wässerig)Wienerschnitzel kein Geschmack, aus Fritteuse sehr fettig. 2. Getränke kamen nie an. Was macht der Service, wenn alle Tische besetzt sind?! Überhaupt keinen Überblick, bei maximal der Hälfte Auslastung auf der Terrasse und drinnen waren keine Gäste. Tisch war sehr dreckig, nach Aufforderung wischte, womöglich der Chef oder der Kellner nur kurz mit Serviette drüber. Hygiene lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Und keine Kartenzahlung!

Leider war 1 Getränk nicht verfügbar. Bei den Salatsossen konnten nicht 2 Soßen bestellt werden sondern nur 1 Soße. Der Service war aber in Ordnung.

Absolut enttäuschend Wir sind über 360 Km gefahren und haben von dem was auf der Webseite präsentiert wurde nichts angetroffen Ganz andere Location wir waren zur Onkelz Nacht da Plötzlich wurde Ramstein und AcDc gespielt Es war nichts zu sehen von dem tollen Abiente das im Internet versprochen wurde echt schade

The service lady is here rude ASF Couldn't einlösen a coupon on the self order thingy so asked her about it her reply made me furious even though I replied in German she asked me am I from Pakistan or something.

Food tastes very good. we were very satisfied

Staff very nice. I had a Turkish pizza, it was topped with a hint of minced meat, which I consider to be a betrayal of the customer. For a slice of flatbread with tomato sauce and salad €5.50 is a disgrace. I also asked the staff about it and they knew exactly that it wasn't right.

Lots of rice, lots of peanut sauce, almost no vegetables

It's a shame, I remembered Vapiano as a nice place. Modern, fresh and friendly. Unfortunately, the place here is totally wrong. Staff not at all interested in customers, a dreary salad and spring cleaning couldn't hurt the house either.

Very tasty food delivered quickly

The food is ok, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

It used to be great, but unfortunately it's disappointing today. We were regular customers for a long time, but that's over. In the last 12-18 months it feels like the salad has halved and there are hardly any high-quality ingredients left. Waited almost an hour despite pre-ordering. The prices are now completely excessive for the quality. With the competition you get significantly more for your money. It's a shame - but we won't be ordering anymore.

Ordered food over the phone. One dish was not delivered enough upon delivery. On the phone they said they couldn't do anything about it and I would now have to wait 2 hours. After the phone call I noticed that there was no sauce on my salad, so I called them again without finding a solution. What a shame, I can't help it if the employee doesn't listen on the phone.

Unfortunately not flexible, but the quality of the food was still good.
