The food tastes really fresh and delicious. There's a wide selection of tapas and dishes. The service often seems distracted. When we were there, the whole conversation revolved around a puppy. Even though we obviously wanted to pay, we were barely noticed. Tip: 6 tapas and 2 cocktails are perfectly sufficient for 2 people.

The soup was an impertinence, dish water. The schnitzel 2 mm without breading. The vegetables not fresh. Conditions good.

Simply comfortable! If you want to visit a beautiful old village pub, this is the right place for you. -with a more modern hall for eating or celebrating. The food selection is constantly changing. However, anyone looking for a fancy menu will be bitterly disappointed. “Everything that comes to the table is eaten” 😉 The owner cooks a few home-style dishes, snacks and salads. -Whereby the emphasis is on “good” from good bourgeois! She cooks whatever she feels like, so she is also “the one who personally presents the menu”. If you don't like something, you can say so and then the food will be made as desired, or something else will be conjured up from the supplies. Just lovely and beautiful the way it is!

Am Muttertag waren wir mit meiner Mutter in Op d`r Kinat (Zülpich) essen, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, leider war das Essen sehr schlecht. Wir haben an dem Tag nichts gesagt, da wir die gute Stimmung aus Respekt gegenüber meiner Mutter nicht verderben wollten. Es war Spargeltag, als Vorspeise hatten wir eine Spargelcremesuppe, die geschmacklich nach nichts schmeckte. Als Hauptgang hatte ich Spargel mit Lachs, meine Mutter + Partner Spargel mit Kalbsschnitzel. Die Kartoffeln waren teils angedunkelt und nicht frisch hergerichtet, sie müssen vom Vortag gewesen sein und wurden wahrscheinlich in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Das sah man auch daran, das ein weißer Filmbelag auf den Kartoffeln lag. Der Spargel war teils hart und das Stück Lachs für den Preis (26 Euro) sehr klein. Das gleiche gilt für die Portionen der anderen beiden Gerichte. Die Panade der Kalbsschnitzel waren nicht kross, so wie man das von anderen Restaurants kennt (Preis knapp 30 Euro). Wir haben bereits viele Restaurants in verschiedenen Städten/Orten kennengelernt, ob eine einfache Gastwirtschaft oder hochwertige Restaurants, kein Restaurant servierte beim Spargel alte, aufgewärmte Kartoffeln und das für so einen hohen Preis. Der Preis wäre in Ordnung gewesen, wenn die Qualität gestimmt hätte. Das war einfach nur Abzocke und sehr ärgerlich. Die Küche des Restaurants ist nicht zu empfehlen und die anderen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

You used to be so great, but lately things just aren't good anymore. The delivery was quite quick. I forgot the sauce, but I can still ignore it. But what's with the sweet potato fries?! They are black and inedible, €5 for the trash can. Too bad
