Hatte mit meinen Freunden eine super Zeit da, hat richtig Spaß gemacht <3 Der schwan Jaro könnte jetzt mit unserer Wasserpistole bewaffnet sein, da wir diese verloren haben 😅

Toller Ort um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen!

Wir waren gestern am frühen Abend dort. Sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Leider fehlt auf der Karte ein Hinweis dass die Küche früh schließt. Wir hätten gene eine Kleinigkeit gegessen. Auch dass das Lokal an einem Samstag Abend schon um 21³⁰Uhr schließt ist an einem so schönen Sommerabend doch recht früh.

Die Lage ist absolut Top und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Zwar ist das Essen relativ günstig, dafür aber auch echt schlecht, was sich darin zeigt das alles Fertigprodukte sind (in meinem Fall die Pommes, die Champion/Burger - soße und das Fleisch ist ohne Liebe zubereitet) Somit kann ich nur empfehlen hier etwas zu trinken und die schöne See Atmosphäre zu genießen :)

Die Lage und Aussicht ist wirklich gut. Lediglich die Qualität des Essens lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig - besonders die separat angebotene Champignonrahmsauce stellt mich vor Fragen, weil diese die Essenzusammenstellung auf einmal auf den Gast umlagert? Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett und es ging alles überraschend zügig.

Sehr unfreundlich und Anti Familie Von dem Beach Club ist abzuraten. Die Kellner sind nicht nur super langsam, sondern alle sind auch noch äußerst unfreundlich. Ich war soeben mit meinem Baby draußen um 14:00 Uhr die zweite Person und habe im Lounge Bereich gesessen. Die Kellner haben mich und noch eine andere Familie registriert, aber uns munter ignoriert. Daraufhin habe ich nach 20 Minuten angerufen und gefragt, ob man uns bedienen möchte. Der Inhaber am Telefon sagte mit den Worten, wenn sie das Schild gelesen hätten, dann wüssten sie, dass der Bereich gesperrt ist. Daraufhin sagte ich ich komme vom Strandbereich. Ich sehe keine Absperrung. Nein es wird nicht bedient. Danach entdeckte ich ein Schild mit Kreide geschrieben bitte auf die linke Seite setzen. Das war’s. Das hätten die Kellner einem wohl mitteilen können. Unfreundlich, familienunfreundlich und das Essen und Trinken ist sowieso teurer, als es sein sollte. Hier nie wieder.

Klassische Karte mit Snacks und Getränken zu fairen Preisen. Aufmerksamer Service, der über Tabletts die Bestellung und schnelle Lieferung organisiert. Mit Holzmöbeln, Sonnenschirmen, Sandboden und Palmen und im Hintergrund Wassersport auf dem See, kommt es bisschen Karibikfeeling auf.

Ganz ehrlich. Von mir sehen die keunen Cent. Wenn man den Schirm auf haben, will weil es regnet und dies verweigert wird, weil es angeblich windig war, was gar nicht stimmt, da muss man sich auch nicht wundern, dass die Gäste gehen. Zum Glück hatten wir noch nichts bestellt oder zu uns genommen.

Currywurst, Pommes waren okay, Service aufmerksam, bei schönem Wetter ist das schon ein sehr schönes Fleckchen

Wollten den Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen. Die Möbel sind Nix zum relaxen und die Bedienung hatte auch nicht so richtig Lust.

Gutes Ambiente aber die Fenster sind so dreckig dass einem der Appetit vergeht. Müssten dringend mal geputzt werden

Ich habe hier meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Trotz der extremen Hitze an dem Tag war das Personal super freundlich, hat sich perfekt um alle Gäste gekümmert und mitgedacht. Besondere Dank an die Damen die sich rührend und unermütlich um die älteren Gäste gekümmert. Gerade bei der Hitze war das wichtig. Auch das vorherige Abstimmen und Menüauswahl lief super ab. Das Ambiente und Essen waren super. Das ist nicht nur meine Meinung sondern auch die Rückmeldung der Gäste war nur positiv. Diese Rückmeldung kam ohne Nachfrage von mir, somit gehe ich auch von einer ehrlichen Meinung aus. Für mich war es nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich hier eine Feier veranstallten werde.

Das Restaurant ist wunderschön, aber leider hatten wir nicht reserviert und kamen am Freitag um 19:30 Uhr an. Sowohl der Gastraum als auch die Straße waren komplett voll. Die Kellnerin erklärte uns, dass sie uns nicht platzieren könne, da dort gerade eine Hochzeit gefeiert wurde. Die Küche war stark ausgelastet. Wir konnten weder das Essen noch den Service genießen, obwohl die Auslastung etwas anderes vermuten ließ. Nächstes Mal reservieren wir auf jeden Fall im Voraus.

Tolle Location. Man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub.

In der Woche alles in Ordnung aber die Öffnungszeit am Sonntag ist echt seltsam. Vor 2 Tagen dort gewesen, alles offen und eine Kellnerin unten sagte, dass es zu war. Die Leute kamen rein und dann wieder schnell raus. Sehr Schade. Die Sonne war noch da aber wir mussten umplanen und woanders hinfahren. Scheinbar sind die Kunden nicht wichtig. Letze Woche Mittwoch war ich dort mit meiner Familie und dieselbe Kellnerin brachte uns ein Flammkuchen. Noch ein Bier wurde bestellt aber kein Flammkuchen. Die war sehr genervt aber wenn man nicht gut hört, können die Kunden nichts dafür. Danach hat sie uns nicht mehr bedient. Jetzt ist Schluss mit Lago Beach.

Wirklich ein schöner Ort zum Essen/Trinken/Verweilen und wir mögen Pech gehabt haben... Dies vorweg. Als wir ankamen, saßen wir im zentralen Zelt und die ersten 25 Minuten hat sich niemand für uns interessiert. Nicht, dass wir nicht auf uns aufmerksam gemacht hätten, während um uns herum verschiedene Tische abgeräumt wurden. Ein einfaches: "Ich hab drinnen Bescheid gesagt, gleich kommt jemand." hätte es getan, war aber wohl nicht drin. Erst eine recht direkte Anfrage hat binnen 10 Minuten - auch nicht eben schnell - dazu geführt, dass jemand kam, der willens und in der Lage war, eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Das ist schlicht kein guter Service.

Echt schöne Location. Essen super, ging auch schnell und super lecker. Der Kellner der die Bestellung entgegen genommen hat, war nicht besonders freundlich aber ich möchte seinen Job auch nicht machen.

Alles mega, vielleicht ein paar mehr Schattenplätze

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Lago Beach Restaurant in Zülpich und wussten nicht, wie dort alles abläuft. Leider wurden wir von Anfang an nicht gut behandelt. Zuerst gingen wir durch den unteren Eingang und setzten uns an einen Tisch. Schon dort hatten wir das Gefühl, von einigen Mitarbeitern und Gästen komisch angeschaut zu werden. Da wir Ausländer sind und dort überwiegend Einheimische saßen, hatten wir persönlich den Eindruck, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Nachdem wir bereits die Speisekarten erhalten hatten und bestellen wollten, wurde uns erst dann mitgeteilt, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen sei. Da fragt man sich, warum man uns überhaupt erst Platz nehmen und die Karten geben ließ, anstatt uns direkt darüber zu informieren. Stattdessen wurden wir nach oben ins Restaurant geschickt. Oben mussten wir zunächst einige Minuten warten, ohne begrüßt zu werden. Auch dort hatten wir erneut das Gefühl, wegen unseres Aussehens oder unserer Kleidung kritisch angeschaut zu werden. Da wir mit einem Baby unterwegs waren, baten wir um einen Kinderstuhl. Dieser wurde trotz mehrmaliger Erinnerung zunächst vergessen, wodurch unsere Tochter sehr unruhig wurde. Auch das bestellte Wasser und die Gläser wurden zunächst vergessen. Das Brot kam mit Kräuterbutter, die allerdings noch gefroren und steinhart war. Der größte Ärger kam jedoch beim Verlassen des Restaurants. Wir wollten zurück zum Strand, wo sich noch unsere persönlichen Sachen befanden. Uns wurde jedoch der Durchgang durch die Drehtür verweigert und wir sollten komplett außen um das Gelände bis zum Parkplatz laufen. Das Problem war nur: Für den Strand benötigt man ein Eintrittsticket, die Kasse war bereits geschlossen und wir waren vorher nicht darüber informiert worden. Zum Glück war der Mitarbeiter von der Strandkasse noch vor Ort und ließ uns nach Erklärung der Situation hinein. Andernfalls hätten wir nicht gewusst, wie wir wieder an unsere Sachen kommen sollten. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns leider nicht willkommen. Vielleicht war vieles einfach schlechte Organisation, dennoch hinterließ der gesamte Besuch bei uns einen sehr negativen Eindruck. Gerade als Gäste, die zum ersten Mal dort waren, hätten wir uns etwas mehr Freundlichkeit, bessere Kommunikation und einen respektvolleren Umgang gewünscht. Leider können wir das Restaurant nach dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Absolut und unglaublich schlecht, Personal inklusive Chef( Mann mit grauen Haaren) total unfreundlich. Der Mann hat Gästen damit gedroht sie einen Kopf kürzer zu machen sollten sie sich die Sonnenschirme selber öffnen. Anstatt zu den Gästen zu eilen und ihnen freundlich zu helfen. Wir warteten während dessen auf die Getränke, fast 15 Minuten um drei Kronkorken von drei Flaschen zu entfernen.

Tolle Location. Den See im Blick. Da werden Urlaubsgefühle wach. Personell scheint hier alles richtig zu laufen. Schnell, Aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir waren Sonntags dort, hatten ein Traumwetter, Flammkuchen und zwei Burger. Bbq sowie Pulled pork jeweils mit Pommes. Alles solide Qualität,Preis-Leistung stimmt. Persönlich bin ich absolut kein Freund dieser dünnen Pommes...

Habe am Sonntag an der Motorradtour teilgenommen. Man kann nur sagen alles Top organisiert. Top Veranstaltung Komme gern wieder

Ich bin gestern der Einladung von Safak Toptas Party Park Zülpich zur Malle Party im Lago Beach gefolgt. Ich muss einfach sagen: Es war Mega Geil, Top Veranstaltung, Top Ambiente und erstklassig organisiert. Hut ab dafür. Ich lobe das Service-Team vom Lago Beach in den höchsten Tönen, mein Respekt für die erstklassige Leistung die Ihr dort vollbracht habt, Danke. Bis zum nächsten mal.

Sehr schöner Badesee mit ansprechender Restauration und definitiv sehr vielen geilen Partyevents. Auf jeden Fall dir Top Alternative zum Fühlimger oder Otto Maigler See.

Als wir gestern vom See aus ins Restaurant wollten sind wir zur Drehtüre. Die Drehtüre war jedoch verschlossen, als eine Mitarbeiterin uns sah fragte sie was wir den möchten, wir sagten ihr dass wir gerne bei ihr im Restaurant noch was essen und trinken wollen würden, die Kellnerin sagte das sei kein Problem jedoch müssen wir komplett außen rum durch den Haupteingang rein kommen (Drehkreuz abgeschaltet). Schließlich sind wir aus dem Seepark raus und komplett außen rum zu Fuß bis ins Restaurant gelaufen, dort angekommen wurden wir oben gefragt was wir möchten, wir sagten ebenfalls etwas essen und trinken, die Kellnerin bat uns dann nach unten an einen Tisch zu gehen. Unten angekommen rief schon ein Kellern um die Ecke wie kann ich helfen? Wir sagten wir würden gerne noch was essen und trinken wollen er sagte nein das geht nicht wir haben geschlossen. (Laut Öffnungszeiten aber nicht) Die Kellnerin die uns außen rum geschickt hat, hat es mitbekommen und lachte lautstark. Wir sind dann schnell aus dem Restaurant raus gegangen. Nie wieder werden wir dort hin gehen- also nicht zu empfehlen. Personal sehr unfreundlich und Inkompetent 20 Minuten verschwendete Lebenszeit!!

Sehr schöner Beach Club. Wundervolles Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein. Richtiger Urlaubsflair mit tollem Ausblick und leckerem Essen.

Pfingstmontag 30 Grad 18:30 Uhr „Wir haben geschlossen“ Öffnungszeiten: 19:00 Uhr Man hätte durchaus noch was trinken können, aber uns wurde quasi der Zugang versperrt!

Super Ausblick auf dem See. Nettes Personal und tolles Ambiente. Und das Essen ist auch super. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Es war wie immer sehr schön und lecker. Besonders die Befienung an diesem Tag war sehr sehr nett!!! Immer wieder gerne:)

Die Location ist sehr schön und das Essen schmeckt gut. Die Preise scheinen angemessen zu sein. Wenn es sehr voll ist, kann es natürlich etwas dauern, bis man bedient wird. In Kombination mit den ziemlich schlechten Öffnungszeiten führt das leider dazu, das man hier Abends nicht entspannt sitzen kann und alles etwas hektisch ist. Telefonisch leider nie jemand zu erreichen.

Empfehlenswert bei schönem Wetter.

Seit vielen Jahren besuchen wir – meistens mit dem Ebike – das Lago Beach und freuen uns über die einzigartige mediterrane Note im Beachbereich. Mit seinem feinen Sandstrand, den einladenden Palmen und dem traumhaften Blick über den See bietet es eine einzigartige Urlaubsatmosphäre direkt vor Ort. Die im Strandbereich angebotenen Speisen und Getränke sind perfekt auf die Strandatmosphäre abgestimmt… Auch der Service war immer sehr aufmerksam.. Aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen haben wir eine größere Familienfeier im angrenzenden Restaurant „DAS LAGO“ durchgeführt ( Brunch ). Sowohl wir, als auch all unsere Gäste waren mit der Durchführung der Feier sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität der Speisen, der aufmerksame Service und die einmalige Lage direkt am See machten diesen Tag perfekt. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen: Rührei, frischer Lachs, warme Croissants und viele weitere Köstlichkeiten bildeten den sehr leckeren Start. Auch das anschließende Mittagessen überzeugte voll und ganz – erneut mit Lachs, Fleisch und Hühnchen, begleitet von vielfältigen Beilagen wie Gratin und sehr gut abgeschmecktem Gemüse. Der Dessertbereich war ebenso beeindruckend: eine große, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Süßspeisen in ausgezeichneter Qualität – so umfangreich, dass man sie kaum vollständig aufzählen könnte. Ein großes Lob gilt auch dem jungen, engagierten Serviceteam, das stets freundlich und aufmerksam war. Der Restaurantleiter sorgte persönlich dafür, dass der gesamte Ablauf reibungslos verlief, und packte bei Bedarf auch selbst mit an – besser ist Service kaum leistbar. Auch bei der Abrechnung gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Für die teilnehmenden Kinder wurden – je nach Alter – automatisch reduzierte bzw. keine Gebühren berechnet, was wir als sehr fair und entgegenkommend empfanden. Wir können daher DAS LAGO – und auch das mediterrane LAGO BEACH – ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben im Oktober unsere Hochzeit im Lago Beach Club gefeiert. Die Location ist für den Rahmen wunderschön und für ca 50 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Das Buffet war toll, alle waren begeistert. Auch das das Team war super und sehr engagiert, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Wir würden das Lokal jederzeit weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich für alles. Axel und Birgit

Just a quick coffee break here on the beach during a bike ride on the weekend. It was pretty empty; the kite festival was happening next door, and as always, it was well attended. Service was friendly and quick, and both coffees were hot enough and delicious. Oat or lactose-free milk is also available upon request.

Am We nur eine kurze Kaffeepause, während einer Radtour, hier am Beach gemacht. Es war ziemlich leer, nebenan war das Drachenfest, wie immer gut besucht. Service war freundlich und flott, die beiden Kaffee Getränke heiß genug und lecker. Auf Wunsch gibt es auch Hafer-, oder laktosefreie Milch.

Wunderschön gelegen und der Service war nett und schnell, Essen war sehr lecker. Kommen gerne wieder 👍

Beautifully designed and right on the water. We enjoyed currywurst, fries, and beer. Unfortunately, we had to sit in the blazing sun because we weren't allowed to move our tables. We didn't understand why or what the problem was. Larger groups with small children weren't allowed to move their tables either. In our opinion, this is very inflexible; the staff tried hard but weren't really motivated. It was our first visit and will probably be our last... What a shame!!!

The ambiance was truly lovely. The food was truly good, and the prices were fair. The service, however, left much to be desired; we were greeted with a lackluster and unfriendly attitude at times. Our inquiries were met with annoyed responses.

The quality of the food is commendable, the service staff is very attentive, and we enjoy the ambiance. However, the price of €30 for just the evening buffet on the day of the motorcycle tour seems a bit high, especially compared to the price for the entire day.

Very nice ambiance. Especially when the weather is fantastic, like today. The food was OK. The service was OK, too. It took a bit of getting used to. Everyone had their job and wasn't allowed to do anything else. Taking orders, setting the table, drinks/food. But we'll be back anyway. Then we can check it all out again.

A quick stop for a beer. Allgäuer Büble and Schöfferhover Weizen. Nicely chilled, served promptly. Good service! Nice beach bar.

Beautiful location Would be nice staff talk with tourist in English

Unfortunately, it wasn't clear that a private party was there, and the access to the beach bar was anything but clear. There was no service or assistance.

The food tasted okay, but it took quite a while, even though the restaurant was operating at a maximum of 10% capacity. Service was also slow and apparently unwilling to earn money by ordering more drinks. The ambiance and the surrounding options, however, were convincing.

I can definitely recommend this place! The weather was beautiful, we sat in the sun, enjoyed a delicious meal, the view of the lake was fantastic, the service was friendly, and the food came quickly. It was a great stop on our motorcycle tour. We'll definitely be back, perhaps for an event.

Unfortunately, we can't rate the food, as we didn't get a chance to. The ambiance is very nice. However, in bad or windy weather, it gets a bit crowded and correspondingly noisy inside. The service was unfortunately disappointing. We had reserved a table online for Sunday brunch at 11 a.m. outside, because everything inside was already fully booked. This went smoothly, and the online display showed where the chef-free tables were. A call shortly before 10 a.m., but no one answered, because according to the website, the restaurant doesn't open until 10 a.m. A positive reservation confirmation came a few minutes after entering the necessary information. Their website states brunch time is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We got ready with our child and ourselves and drove there. The waitress was surprised that we had reserved a table outside, as reservations were apparently not possible for that, but we could have a table outside. However, she informed us that brunch time would be over in half an hour, as it started at 9:30 a.m. and they would be setting up everything for lunch right away. No apology or explanation as to why the reservation or the information on the website differed; rather, they expressed a lack of understanding that we were able to make a reservation. Two minutes after 11, the 11:00 reservation was canceled by email. This is, of course, annoying, as we had cycled there. Nevertheless, it's commendable that the lady remained honest with us and tried to make it possible. Please update your information on the website and revise the reservation tool.

We love Seepark Zülpich. It has a real beach feel with plenty of distractions for the little ones.

Eight years ago, it only had one star; today, it has five stars. There's nothing to complain about, everything is top-notch 👍👍.

Wir waren bisher immer zufrieden, leider war es diesmal nicht so gut. Der Service und das Ambiente wie immer gut. Das Essen war leider nur unterer Durchschnitt. Der Salat mit Garnelen war gut, allerdings schien das Joghurt-Dressing eine Fertigdressing zu sein. Das panierte Kalbsschnitzel war viel dick und die PanPanade war nicht knusprig sondern fettgetränkt. Die Bratkartoffeln waren hart, sie waren vor dem Braten nicht gar gekocht. Auch hier schien beim Beilagensalat das Dressing eine Fertigsauce zu sein. Alles in allem dieses Mal leider enttäuschend.

The place is beautiful, yes, but the service is pretty bad. Inexperienced, unorganized, and at 5 o'clock they've thrown everyone out for an event. The food is mediocre, to be honest, and for what you pay, it's pretty poor.

Trotz bestätigter Reservierung war unser Tisch im Lago Beach nicht vermerkt. Wegen einer Veranstaltung war das Personal stark überfordert, nur eine Kellnerin nahm Bestellungen auf. Wir warteten eine Stunde auf unser Essen. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die patzige Antwort, dass eine Reservierung (?) das Essen nicht schneller bringe. Leider ein enttäuschender Besuch.

Ausgezeichnete Bedienung, sehr freundlich. Etwas Smalltalk. Sehr angenehm.

An idyllic spot, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. However, the restaurant service is slow and inattentive. The prices are slightly excessive for such quality food.

Meerkat Party, July 19, 2025 We were at the party that so many people rave about for the first time and were really looking forward to the evening, but unfortunately, we were disappointed in some aspects. But first, the positive experiences: the food and service were great. Regarding the drinks, I have to say there was a wide selection, but it was posted at the bar that they also offered cocktails and alcohol. When I asked, I was told this wasn't available for tonight. It's a shame, then they shouldn't have put up a sign! The food was great and varied, but all the food was cleared away around 10 p.m. and thrown into large garbage bags, which we and other guests noticed. A. Not exactly nice, and above all, the food was served throughout the entire evening. As guests, you would have always gotten something to eat or dessert, especially as a midnight snack. B. So much food was simply thrown away, that really wasn't necessary. And it wasn't the temperature either, as it was pleasant and not too hot. As for the music, it all started off quite atmospherically, then there was a power outage, and that wasn't the weather either; there was no thunderstorm in sight as predicted. The acoustics weren't perfect either; two speakers failed and then remained off completely in the back area throughout the evening. From 10 p.m. onwards, the music was turned down until around midnight, when it was completely turned down. It seemed as if the DJ was finishing work around 10 p.m. All in all, considering the price of €66 per ticket, it wasn't a great evening! What a shame!!!!

Beautiful restaurant with a beach-style outdoor area. The view of the lake is amazing, and the staff is very friendly :)

All in all, a well-rounded experience: the menu is manageable yet very varied, and vegetarians are also very satisfied. The food tastes excellent. The ambiance is very appealing and evokes holiday feelings. The service is very attentive, fast, and professional.

We were there for lunch on a Thursday. The lakeside ambiance really does create a great beach bar vibe, even if the shady spots were a bit scarce at 35°C. Unfortunately, it took an incredibly long time for our orders to be taken because, out of a staff of six, only one woman could take orders, and even after twice telling other waiters that we would really like to order, it was unsuccessful. When we finally got our order after a long wait, not only did everything go quite quickly, but the food was truly fantastic at absolutely fair and reasonable prices (Lago Beach Burger... a dream in terms of meat and cheese, and a truly delicious, freshly topped tarte flambée for my wife). Once everything was there, ordering more drinks was also quicker... highly recommended.

Great atmosphere...we sat upstairs on the restaurant's terrace and had a view of the beach while listening to music. The salad was delicious, but it could have been a bit more substantial. The service was super friendly, and the beer was cold and freshly tapped.

Today, after a long moped ride in Zülpich, I was able to stop off at Lago Beach Zülpich with my best friends. We received a very friendly and warm welcome and were promptly served with delicious, cool drinks. The waitress unobtrusively asked us what we wanted to eat. The food arrived quickly, plentiful, and very tasty. We'd happily return to Lago Beach in every respect. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💯 The ambiance right on Lake Zülpich is unbeatable!! The collaboration with the Marienborn Clinics in Zülpich deserves special mention. Inclusion only works together, and it works extremely well here!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to an after-work party on June 17th, 2025. There were far too many people. We waited 40 minutes for the manager to tell us that our table, which we had reserved in advance, was occupied by someone else who had apparently thrown the reservation sign under the table. We would be refunded our entry fee. It was completely badly organized and it was overcrowded.

We were at the after-work party yesterday. Great weather, nice atmosphere. It's a shame that drinks like Aperol were only available in plastic cups, while beer was served in glass bottles... Self-service drinks... unfortunately, so the line was a bit longer. What suddenly happened behind the bar was pretty embarrassing. A guest seemed to have gotten into a fight with the man behind the bar. For whatever reason. The waiter tried to punch the guest in the face, throwing a bottle at his face. After security came to escort the guest out, the waiter followed him and tried to kick and hit him. I found his behavior pretty antisocial. Even if the guest did something stupid that made the waiter freak out, you have to have a little self-discipline when you work behind the bar and think, "The wisest one will give in."

What a horrible restaurant! Despite the fact that it is quite busy, they have cordoned off the right side and you have to wait, there are far too few staff, you are only served on request, no one even comes to your table... The meat is still raw... They bring fries that you didn't order. They bring drinks that you didn't order. If you go to the counter and want to order something, the barman with no work clothes just says "orders only outside"... Unbelievable what goes on there! If possible, I would have given it minus 4 stars. Sorry, but this was our first and last time there! Never been to such a bad restaurant.

After arriving, we had to ask for a seat – no one approached us on their own. Ordering was only possible after repeated requests. The food finally arrived – at first glance, it looked "okay." But unfortunately, that impression was deceptive. The chicken my wife ordered wasn't fully cooked. My schnitzel was extremely fatty and also undercooked – so much so that, even though I'm not usually picky, I couldn't eat it. I wouldn't have even given it to my dog. Our drink orders were taken incorrectly every time. We were only able to pay after repeated requests – no one approached us on their own. I've always tipped, no matter where, in my entire life. But this time, for the first time, I consciously decided not to. Conclusion: An absolute disaster. Feel free to judge for yourself, but for us, it was the first and last time. Disgusting.

Beautiful location right on the river – very cozy and stylishly decorated! Unfortunately, I ordered a wheat banana beer, but only got a regular wheat beer – barely any banana flavor. However, I was charged as if it were a banana beer. It's a shame, otherwise everything was really nice.

Unfortunately, the event was disappointing. The DJ failed to create a good atmosphere – the music was monotonous, seemed like a repetitive playlist, and appealed more to an older crowd. For events of this type, which also draw heavily from a younger crowd, the music was completely unsuitable. Added to that were the long wait times at the bar, which further negatively impacted the overall atmosphere.

Escape from everyday life...then head to Lago Beach. Fantastic location, delicious food, very friendly staff! Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

I waited 30 minutes and no one came to take my order. There were more staff clearing tables than there were to take orders. Other guests also left the place.

Beautiful place, DESSOLATE staff (the tall, young lady with glasses). They should look for another job. They own a restaurant themselves, so they can judge it fairly well. They sit there, play on their phones, and prefer to watch the guests bring in their own food and drinks in the rain. There are plenty of other restaurants with competent and friendly staff. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. Actually very well done, it gives you a bit of a holiday feeling. However, our waitress was quite stressed and abrupt. A friendly sentence or two would have been good. Otherwise we had a nice time with delicious cold drinks
